The paper summarizes and discusses the recent advances of proteins as functional interlayers in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). Specific focus is given on the proteins integrated into the device structure, either to act as dielectric materials or to perform as the functional interlayer between the dielectric and the organic semiconductor (OSC). The main emphasis is give to the location and the specific effect of protein layers in the structure of OFETs. Besides, the possibility of amyloid serving as useful building blocks for OFET is discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a novel salient region detection algorithm by using background priors. Because of the fact that superpixel is perceptually more meaningful than pixel, and which can reduce the complexity of image processing, we use the superpixel algorithm to reprocess original images. In addition, we hold the point that the colors in the image boundary could mainly represent all background colors, hence we compute the color contrast between the intern colors and the boundary colors. Since the nearer the patches are close to center, the more they affect other patches, we propose a new distribution-based model. Finally, experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches.  相似文献

Solar-driven water splitting to produce clean and renewable hydrogen offers a green strategy to address the energy crisis and environmental pollution. Heterostructure catalysts are receiving increasing attention for photocatalytic hydrogen generation. ZnO/ZnS/CdS and ZnO/CdS heterostructures have been successfully designed and prepared according to two different strategies. By introducing a heterointerface layer of ZnS between ZnO and CdS, a Z scheme charge-transfer channel was promoted and achieved superior photocatalytic performance. A highest hydrogen generation rate of 156.7 μmol g−1 h−1 was achieved by precise control of the thickness of the heterointerface layer and of the CdS shell. These findings demonstrated that heterostructures are promising catalysts for solar-driven water splitting, and that heterointerface engineering is an effective way to improve the photocatalytic properties of heterostructures.  相似文献

We perform first-principles calculation to investigate electronic and magnetic properties of Co-doped WSe2 monolayer with strains from −10% to 10%. We find that Co can induce magnetic moment about 0.894 μB, the Co-doped WSe2 monolayer is a magnetic semiconductor material without strain. The doped system shows half-metallic properties under tensile strain, and the largest half-metal gap is 0.147 eV at 8% strain. The magnetic moment (0.894 μB) increases slightly from 0% to 6%, and jumps into about 3 μB at 8% and 10%, which presents high-spin state configurations. When we applied compressive strain, the doped system shows a half-metallic feature at −2% strain, and the magnetic moment jumps into 1.623 μB at −4% strain, almost two times as the original moment 0.894 μB at 0% strain. The magnetic moment vanishes at −7% strain. The Co-doped WSe2 can endure strain from −6% to 10%. Strain changes the redistribution of charges and magnetic moment. Our calculation results show that the Co-doped WSe2 monolayer can transform from magnetic semiconductor to half-metallic material under strain.  相似文献

In this communication, the two-well Duffing oscillator with non-linear damping term proportional to the power of velocity is considered. We mainly focus our attention on how the damping exponent affects the global dynamical behaviour of the oscillator. In particular, we obtain analytically the threshold condition for the occurrence of homoclinic bifurcation using Melnikov technique and compare the results with the computational results. We also identify the major route to chaos and the regions of the 2D parameter space (consists of external forcing amplitude and damping coefficient) corresponding to the various types of asymptotic dynamics under linear (viscous or friction like) and nonlinear (drag like) damping. We also attempt to analyze how the basins of attraction patterns change with the introduction of nonlinear damping. We also present our analysis for the physically less-interesting cases where damping is proportional to the 3rd and 4th power of velocity for the sake of generalizing our findings and establishing firm conclusion.  相似文献
