Stable monolayers of electropolymerized poly-N-vinylcarbazole (EPVK) and arachidic acid(AA) are obtained on a subphase of alkaline Tl2O3 colloidal solutions. As revealed by the atomic force microscope, there is phase separation in the mixed LB monolayers. Transmission electron microscopic observations reveal that ordered arrays of composite Tl2O3/Epvk nanowires are formed in the mixed monolayers. Formation of the composite nanowire arrays is attributed to the ordered adsorption of Tl2O3 colloidal particles along the polycationic EPVK chains. The composite nanowire array is 3.2nm wide with a spacing of 2.7nm.The composite nanowire arrays can also be formed when pure EPVK is used. Composite LB multilayers of Tl2O3/EPVK nanowire arrays are prepared. The bilayer spacing is 5.54nm.The present study is of importance to the fabrication of inorganic semiconductor/functional polymer composite nanowires.  相似文献

The method of successive estimation of regression parameters, which is widely used in nonlinear regression analysis, is applied to obtain kinetic information from spectral data for the case when the spectra of individual components are unknown. Using a model example with a two-step successive reaction, the reliability of the algorithm is demonstrated. To compare the proposed method with other known methods for estimating kinetic parameters literature data are used. All simulations were done using a new software for nonlinear regression analysis: FITTER. The proposed approach is especially useful when the spectra of reaction components are unknown and when formal calibration methods do not provide desirable accuracy.  相似文献

A novel sensitive method for the determination of nucleic acid (DNA) using the resonance light scattering (RLS) spectra of pentamethoxyl red has been developed. It is based on the effects on the resonance light scattering of Pentamethoxyl Red. The effective factors and the optimum conditions were studied, and the enhanced intensity of RLS is in proportion to the concentration of nucleic acids in the range of 0–2.54 µg mL−1 for ct-DNA, 0–4.54 µg mL−1 for hs-DNA. The limits of detection are 1.1 and 2.1 ng mL−1, respectively. Most foreign substances do not interfere in the determination, and the method has good selectivity and high sensitivity. It has been applied to the determination of DNA in synthetic samples and in real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Using cotton as a solid-phase extraction sorbent of the precolumn, an on-line coupled precolumn preconcentration-liquid chromatography system with fluorescence detection was developed for the determination of PAHs in aqueous samples. Four PAHs including fluorene, phenanthrene, fluoranthene and benzo[k]fluoranthene were preconcentrated by a precolumn packed with 30 mg of absorbent cotton and then separated by C18 analytical column. When 100 ml of sample was enriched, the proposed procedure provided detection limits in the range of 0.5-57 ng l−1. Several water samples spiked with PAHs were analyzed with recoveries in the range of 92-119% at spiking level of 100 ng l−1 for fluorene, phenanthrene and fluoranthene, and 10 ng l−1 for benzo[k]fluoranthene, respectively.  相似文献

A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of trace amount of manganese (II) in nonionic microemulsion medium. The method is based on the catalytic effect of manganese (II) on the oxidation of dahlia violet by potassium periodate with nitrilotriacetic acid as an activitor in the presence of nonionic microemulsion. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration graph is linear in the range of 0.0004-0.0056 μg ml−1 of manganese (II) at 580 nm. The detection limit achieved is 3.75×10−5 μg ml−1. Manganese (II) in foodstuff samples was determined with satisfactory results.  相似文献
