In this paper, we study the effects of thermal fluctuations on Dyadosphere of Reissner-Nordström, Janis-Newman-Winicour and the fragmentation of f(R) global monopole black holes. In the presence of these fluctuations, we obtain various thermodynamic quantities like pressure, entropy, specific heat, Canonical and Grand Canonical ensembles. We discuss the stability of these black holes using the γ (the ratio of heat capacities). We also discuss the phase transition and range of local and global stability. It is demonstrated that in Dyadoshpere of Reissner-Nordström, Janis-Newman-Winicour and fragmentation of f(R) global monopole black holes become locally and globally stable due to logarithmic correction term and large horizon radius. 相似文献

We propose a single-molecule electrical switches consisting of a photochromic dimethyldihydropyrene/cyclophanediene molecule sandwiched between two graphene electrodes and investigate the electronic transport by using density-functional theory and nonequilibrium Green's function methods. The “open” and “closed” isomers of the photochromic molecule are shown to have electrical switching behavior and negative differential resistance effect. Moreover, it is also found that the switching ratio between two different conductive states depends on the ambient temperature, and the device behaves as a stable electrical switch around room temperature, which is in agreement with a recent experimental study of another photochromic molecule diarylethene reported by Jia et al. The heart is the essential, yet complex, component of the human cardiovascular system. In the past few decades, researchers have taken giant steps toward better understanding of the cardiac system and there have been proposed some mathematical models to describe the heart's function. In this paper, a new Fitzhugh-Nagumo neuron (FNN) model is proposed to model the electrical activity of the heart in which the effect of magnetic flux is considered. Magnetic field can greatly affect the heart's function. The dynamical analyses of the model, including quantitative assessment of the system's equilibria and its stability, phase portraits analysis, bifurcation and Lyapunov exponents analysis, and basin of attraction analysis, are carried out. In addition, a model of cardiac tissue is designed to study the electrical spatiotemporal activity of heart tissue under the electromagnetic effects. Our numerical simulations confirm that the electromagnetic excitation can change the normal rhythm of the heart. It can initiate the reentrant excitations leading to emergence of spiral seeds. This study highlights the role of electromagnetic induction in dynamical instability of the action potential duration, and thus the chaotic dynamics in the cardiac tissue. 相似文献

Laminar unsteady multilayer axial flows of fractional immiscible Maxwell fluids in a circular cylinder are investigated. The flow of fluids is generated by a time-dependent pressure gradient in the axial direction and by the translational motion of a cylinder along his axis. The considered mathematical model is based on the fractional constitutive equation of Maxwell fluids with Caputo time-fractional derivatives. Analytical solutions for the fractional differential equations of the velocity fields with boundary and interfaces conditions have been determined by using the Laplace transform coupled with the Hankel transform of order zero and the Weber transform of order zero. The influence of the memory effects on the motion of the fluid has been investigated for the particular case of three fractional Maxwell fluids. It is found that for increasing values of the fractional parameter the fluid velocity is decreasing. The memory effects have a stronger influence on the velocity of the second layer. 相似文献

To explore the pathogenic mechanisms of MicroRNA (miRNA) on diverse diseases, many researchers have concentrated on discovering the potential associations between miRNA and disease using machine learning methods. However, the prediction accuracy of supervised machine learning methods is limited by lacking of experimentally-validated uncorrelated miRNA-disease pairs. Without these negative samples, training a highly accurate model is much more difficult. Different from traditional miRNA-disease prediction models using randomly selected unknown samples as negative training samples, we propose an ensemble learning framework to solve this positive-unlabeled (PU) learning problem. The framework incorporates two steps, i.e., a novel semi-supervised Kmeans (SS-Kmeans) to extract reliable negative samples from unknown miRNA-disease pairs and subagging method to generate diverse training sample sets to make full use of those reliable negative samples for ensemble learning. Combined with effective random vector functional link (RVFL) network as prediction model, the proposed framework showed superior prediction accuracy comparing with other popular approaches. A case study on lung and gastric neoplasms further confirms the framework’s efficacy at identifying miRNA disease associations. 相似文献

In this paper, we introduce and study a model of a Monod–Haldene type food chain chemostat with pulsed substrate. We investigate
the subsystem with substrate and prey and study the stability of the periodic solutions, which are the boundary periodic solutions
of the system. The stability analysis of the boundary periodic solution yields an invasion threshold. By use of standard techniques
of bifurcation theory, we prove that above this threshold there are periodic oscillations in substrate, prey, and predator.
Simple cycles may give way to chaos in a cascade of period-doubling bifurcations. Furthermore, by comparing bifurcation diagrams
with different bifurcation parameters, we can see that the impulsive system shows two kinds of bifurcations, whose are period-doubling

We present an adiabatic approximation method for the path integral of the Fermi field in the presence of a Bose field. The adiabatic phenomenon recently found by Berry and Simon is used for evaluating the Grassman path integral. Then we obtain the path integral of the effective action analogous to a magnetic field, and the quantization rule is derived by applying the semiclassical quantization method. 相似文献
