Polymer-supported DABCO–palladium complex as a stable and reusable catalyst for room temperature Suzuki–Miyaura cross-couplings of aryl bromides

Polymer-supported DABCO–palladium complex was observed as to be efficient and reusable catalytic system for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction. In the presence of 0.25 mol % of the polymer-supported DABCO–palladium complex, a variety of aryl bromides were coupled with arylboronic acids efficiently in an aqueous ethanol at room temperature under air. Moreover, the reaction was very rapid, and the catalyst could be recovered readily from the reaction by simple filtration and could be reused at least five times.     

两台自私型机器上自私工件排序的PoA紧界

本文研究了两台自私型机器上有自私型工件的关于二元均衡的排序问题。对任意工件序列$L$, 证明了二元均衡排序的PoA的紧界为$\frac{8}{7}$。如果工件尺寸在区间$[1, r](r\ge1)$内, 得到了二元均衡排序的PoA的紧界为关于$r$的分段线性函数。     

Bounded projections and duality on spaces of holomorphic functions in the unit ball ofℂ n

In this paper three Banach spacesA ₀(),A andA ¹() of functions holomorphic in the unit ballB of ⁿ are defined. We exhibit bounded projections fromC ₀(B) ontoA ₀(), fromL ¹(B) ontoA ¹(), and fromL(B) ontoA(). BICENTRAL POLYMER SUPPORTED PHASE TRANSFER CATALYST POLYSTYRENE—SUPPORTED POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL AND PYRIDINIUM SALT

A bicentral polymer-supported phase transfer catalyst,polystyrene-supported polyethylene glycol and pyridinium salt(PS-Py-PEG-400),synthesized with chloromethylated polystyrene as supporter on which PEG and pyridinium salt were immobilized successively.Its catalytic activity was tested for the reaction of solid potassium acetate and benzyl bromide by GC analysis.It was found that the bicentral catalyst performed higher activity than the monocentral PS-PEG-400 and PS-Py.     

葡萄糖、半乳糖和乙醇恒电流氧化过程电位振荡的EQCM研究

采用电化学石英晶体微天平(EQCM)研究了0.5 mol•L^-1 NaOH水溶液中铂电极上葡萄糖、半乳糖和乙醇恒电流氧化过程中伴随的电位振荡行为. 两个糖体系的电位振荡过程伴随EQCM频率的同步振荡响应, 而乙醇体系中相应的频率响应却非常小；三个体系振荡过程的同步动态电阻响应均很小, 表明振荡过程频率响应主要为质量效应. 虽然葡萄糖和半乳糖结构相似, 电位和频率振荡的幅度相当, 但频率波数和周期明显不同, 表明电位振荡行为对两者呈现良好的分子识别能力. 本文也讨论了相关振荡机理和NaOH浓度效应及碱性介质中铂电极电化学过程, 提出了所形成的铂氧化物主要是PtO₂-3H₂O_ad以及两糖体系振荡过程中糖酸根阴离子伴随着高/低电位在铂电极上吸/脱附的新观点.     

由硅醚经脱保护-氧化-Wittig反应一锅法合成,-不饱和酯

在1摩尔醋酸和稳定的Wittig试剂存在下, 活性MnO₂作为氧化剂时, 硅醚发生脱保护-氧化-Wittig反应. 考查了各种硅醚, 诸如苄基硅醚、炔丙基硅醚、烯丙基硅醚和烷基硅醚等作底物在反应性能方面的差异. 该反应使硅醚直接形成碳碳双键而得到α,β-不饱和酯. 产物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱表征.     

二氧化碳促进的醛和酮等羰基化合物烯丙基化反应研究

加入二氧化碳可以促进羰基化合物的烯丙基化反应. 实验结果表明: 在1.0 MPa的二氧化碳和2 equiv.的锡存在下, 以THF/H₂O为反应介质, 芳香醛化合物与烯丙基溴可以顺利地发生烯丙基化反应得到较高的产率, 而芳香酮化合物和脂肪醛等与烯丙基溴反应只得到较低的产率.     

镀金和碳纳米管修饰金电极上吸附态葡萄糖氧化酶比活性的EQCM研究

采用石英晶体微天平(EQCM)技术监测了裸金电极、镀金和碳纳米管修饰金电极上葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)的吸附过程. 通过EQCM测量吸附固定的GOD质量, 并实时检测酶反应产物H2O2的氧化电量, 求算了各表面上吸附态GOD的比活性(ESAi). 结果表明, 各表面上均可吸附一定的GOD, 且吸附态GOD均有一定的酶活性; 修饰CNTs可增大酶吸附量和酶电极对葡萄糖的响应电流, 但ESAi随CNTs修饰量的增大而降低; Au电极上电镀金后, 酶吸附量和酶电极对葡萄糖的响应电流亦增大, 但ESAi与裸金电极上的基本一致.     

De novo sequencing of tryptic peptides sulfonated by 4-sulfophenyl isothiocyanate for unambiguous protein identification using post-source decay matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry

A simple method of solid-phase derivatization and sequencing of tryptic peptides has been developed for rapid and unambiguous identification of spots on two-dimensional gels using post-source decay (PSD) matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometry. The proteolytic digests of proteins are chemically modified by 4-sulfophenyl isothiocyanate. The derivatization reaction introduces a negative sulfonic acid group at the N-terminus of a peptide, which can increase the efficiency of PSD fragmentation and enable the selective detection of only a single series of fragment ions (y-ions). This chemically assisted method avoids the limitation of high background normally observed in MALDI-PSD spectra, and makes the spectra easier to interpret and facilitates de novo sequencing of internal fragment. The modification reaction is conducted in C(18) microZipTips to decrease the background and to enhance the signal/noise. Derivatization procedures were optimized for MALDI-PSD to increase the structural information and to obtain a complete peptide sequence even in critical cases. The MALDI-PSD mass spectra of two model peptides and their sulfonated derivatives are compared. For some proteins unambiguous identification could be achieved by MALDI-PSD sequencing of derivatized peptides obtained from in-gel digests of phosphorylase B and proteins of hepatic satellite cells (HSC).     

Cr-β沸石的合成与催化性能研究

在SiO₂-Cr₂O₃-(TEA)₂O-Na₂O-H₂O体系中，以四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAOH)为模板剂合成了Cr-β沸石，用XRD、IR、SEM及DTA-TGA等方法对样品进行了表征，探讨了反应混合物组成对Cr-β沸石晶化的影响，初步考查了Cr-β沸石催化苯酚与过氧化氢的羟基化反应活性。
