利用热蒸发的方法制备了有机量子阱发光器件和Alq3单层发光器件,其中NPB(N,N′-Di-[(lnaphthalenyl)-N,N′-diphenyl]-(1,1′-biphenyl)-4,4′-diamine)作垒层,Alq3(Tris-(8-quinolinolato) aluminum)作阱层,量子阱结构类似于无机半导体的Ⅱ型量子阱结构.实验发现有机量子阱发光器件结构中存在垒层向阱层的F(o)rster无辐射共振能量转移,具有良好的电流-电压特性,光谱的窄化及蓝移,并且光谱的蓝移程度随电压的增大而逐渐增强.  相似文献

Organic light-emitting diode (OLED) based on two kinds of blue emission materials N,N′-bis(1-naphthyl)-N,N′-diphenyl-l,l′-diphenyl-4,4′-diamine (NPB) and 2-(4-biphenylyl)-5(4-tert-butyl-phenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (PBD) was fabricated. There is only one emission peak in photoluminescence (PL) spectrum which originates from NPB exciton emission. And the electroluminescence (EL) emission peaks have an apparent red-shift with the increase of driving voltage. The red-shift emission from exciplex emission could be ruled out. Thus, by the method of Gaussian fitting it should be ascribed to the overlap of exciton emission and electroplex emission which occurs at the interface between NPB and PBD. The formation of the electroplex emission under high electric field is analyzed.  相似文献

In this paper, the localization length that represents the distance of elastic waves propagating along the disordered periodic structures is defined as the reciprocal of the smallest positive Lyapunov exponent, i.e. the localization factor. The algorithm for determining all the Lyapunov exponents in continuous dynamic systems presented by Wolf et al. is employed to calculate those in discrete dynamic systems. Numerical results of the localization lengths of SH-wave are presented and discussed in ordered and disordered piezoelectric phononic crystals to identify the different effect degrees for the decay of electrical potential in the polymers and the randomness on the localization level. For the disordered case, disorder in the thickness of the polymers and disorder in the elastic constant of the piezoelectric ceramics are all considered. The results show that some parameters such as the incident angle of elastic wave, the randomness degree and the piezoelectricity of piezoelectric ceramics and so on have pronounced effects on the frequency-dependent localization length.  相似文献

We investigate the influence of the network topology on the performance (characterized by the total system cost and maximal tratffic volume) of transportation networks, where the weights are not static (constant), but dynamic (a function of the flow on the link). Four classes of networks are used in the simulation, including regular networks, random networks, small-world networks and scale-free networks. The initial simulation results show that topologies play important roles on the performance of transportation networks, and random networks have better performance than other networks. Also, we find that there are distinct difference of the link flow distribution for various networks in both the distribution function form and the span between the minimum and the maximum of the link flow, explaining the difference of the performance among distinct networks. These findings will be useful in network design problems of transportation systems.  相似文献

首先制备了α-MnO2纳米花簇、β-MnO2纳米针和δ-MnO2微米颗粒三种不同晶型的MnO2粉末材料,对其结构、形貌及吸附除铵能力进行了表征和测试.结果表明,层间距(7.2Å)大于NH4+直径(2.96Å)和水合NH4+直径(6.62Å)的δ-MnO2相比其他两种晶型的MnO2有更高的NH4+吸附量;接着研究采用KMnO4原位氧化还原法在石墨毡(GF)上直接生长超薄δ-MnO2纳米片(MnO2NPs)阵列构筑了石墨毡载纳米MnO2(MnO2NPs/GF)多级结构材料,制备简单,无须成型造粒就可直接用作除铵净水材料,研究结果表明,MnO2NPs/GF不仅具有较高的吸附量(15 mg·g-1)与良好的选择性,同时还展现了优异的快速吸附和稳定的循环使用性能.MnO2NPs/GF对水中NH4+的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,其吸附等温线符合Langmuir吸附等温式,是吸附-离子交换法除铵的理想材料.  相似文献

A misalignment fault is a kind of potential fault in double-fed wind turbines. The reasonable and effective fault prediction models are used to predict its development trend before serious faults occur, which can take measures to repair in advance and reduce human and material losses. In this paper, the Least Squares Support Vector Machine optimized by the Improved Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm is used to predict the misalignment index of the experiment platform. The mixed features of time domain, frequency domain, and time-frequency domain indexes of vibration or stator current signals are the inputs of the Least Squares Support Vector Machine. The kurtosis of the same signals is the output of the model, and the 3σ principle of the normal distribution is adopted to set the warning line of misalignment fault. Compared with other optimization algorithms, the experimental results show that the proposed prediction model can predict the development trend of the misalignment index with the least prediction error.  相似文献

In the unsteady shearing flows of a Bingham fluid, the yield surface may move laterally into the fluid with a finite speed. The exact nature of this motion can be explained by assuming that it is a jerk wave. That is, the yield surface is a singular surface across which the velocity, the acceleration and the velocity gradient are continuous, whereas the jerk, which is the time derivative of the acceleration, the spatial gradient of the acceleration and the second gradient of the velocity all suffer jumps. Simultaneously, across this singular surface, the shear stress, its time derivative and its gradient are continuous, while the corresponding temporal and spatial gradients of second order suffer jumps, with Hadamard’s Lemma defining the speed of propagation of the jerk wave. These theoretical assumptions are found to hold true in a shearing flow of a Bingham fluid in an unbounded domain, studied by Sekimoto. It is further shown that the same kinematical and dynamical conditions explain the movement of yield surfaces in the shearing flows of all viscoplastic fluids.  相似文献

Urban freeways play an important role in urban traffic networks. Compared with highway traffic, urban freeway traffic has different characteristics, such as denser on- and off-ramps, more complex road conditions, and lower velocity limits. Until now, however, there has been no comprehensive analysis of urban traffic flow. In this paper, through an analysis of the density dependence of velocity distribution, we investigate the fundamental velocity-density relationships of urban freeways, compare them with those of highway traffic, and explain them using existing traffic flow theories.  相似文献
