Construction and Analysis of N-phosphoryl Peptide Libraries

N-Phosphoryl peptide libraries were constructed by transformation from homo-oligopeptide libraries, which was synthesized by self-assembly of amino acids with the assistance of phosphorus oxychloride. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to monitor the reaction.     

Synthesis of a Novel Type of Phosphates of Puerarin

A novel type of phosphated puerarin derivatives were synthesized through a simplified Atheron‐Todd reaction for the first time. The structure of these compounds were elucidated by IR, ESI‐MS and NMR. Moreover, the reason the dialkylphophite reagent had different chemselectivities toward different hydroxys on the puerarin was discussed.     

Synthesis and X-ray crystal structure of oxamido-bridged heterobinuclear Ni(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) complexes

The two complexes [Ni(oxen)Cu(L)2](ClO4)2.xH2O (L=2,2'-bipyridyl(bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)) have been synthesized, where oxen is N,N'-bis(2-aminoethyl)oxamido di-anion. The crystal structure of [Ni(oxen)Cu(bpy)2](ClO4)2.CH3OH has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic system, space group P1 with a=12.179(1),b=12.298(2), c=11.476(2) A, a=97.57(1), B=97.52(1), 7=80.29(2), V=1669.04(67) A3, Z=2, Dcalcd=1.667 g/cm3. The structure has been refined to final R of 0.076 and Rw of 0.080, respectively. The complexes have an extended oxamido-bridged structure and consist of Ni(Ⅱ) ion in a square planar environment and Cu(Ⅱ) ion in a distorted octahedral environment.     

Nitrogen enriched mesoporous carbon spheres obtained by a facile method and its application for electrochemical capacitor

A kind of mesoporous carbon spheres (MCS) containing in-frame incorporated nitrogen has been prepared by a facile polymerization-induced colloid aggregation method. As the electrode material for electric double layer capacitor (EDLC) in 5 mol/L H₂SO₄, the MCS products present excellent specific capacitance as 211 F/g much larger than that of the most popularly applied activated carbon at a high discharge current density of 1 A/g. Its specific capacitance can still remain 200 F/g at 20 A/g. The superior electrochemical performance of MCS is associated with the following characteristics: high specific surface area (∼1330 m²/g) contributed mainly by the mesopores, uniform pore size as large as 29 nm and moderate content of nitrogen (10 wt%), which are the requirements for ideal supercapacitors.     

Copper-catalyzed oxidative CH bond functionalization of N-allylbenzamide for CN and CC bond formation

CH bond functionalization for CN and CC bond formations via cross-dehydrogenative coupling (CDC) of N-allylbenzamides with indole as amine source has been developed under a copper-catalyzed condition. To the best of our knowledge, these are the first examples in which different classes of N-containing compounds were directly prepared from the readily available N-allylbenzamides using an inexpensive catalyst-oxidant (CuSO₄/TBHP) system. Further, it was applied for the synthesis of α-substituted N-allylbenzamides by using Grignard reagent as nucleophiles.     

多场耦合作用下光热敏感介电凝胶的力电耦合变形行为

介电弹性体在电场作用下将产生形变,为获得高的变形能,需对介电弹性体施以较强的电场,而强电场的施加可能诱发力电耦合失稳导致失效。针对光热敏感介电凝胶力电耦合变形行为,基于热力学和连续介质力学理论建立力电耦合变形模型,分析了光强、温度以及预拉伸对光热敏感介电凝胶力电耦合变形行为的影响,结果表明:无预拉伸时,随着电场强度的增大,光热敏感介电凝胶最终发生力电失稳,光强越小、温度越低发生力电失稳时的临界电压越高;预拉伸可显著改善力电稳定性,施加等双轴预拉伸后,凝胶厚度方向的伸长率显著变小,电场强度随电位移增大而线性增大,未出现力电失稳现象。     

X-射线衍射法测定尼龙1010结晶度

根据X-射线散射强度理论,使用图解多重峰方法对尼龙1010三个结晶峰及非晶峰的衍射强度进行校正,首次导出了尼龙1010结晶度计算公式,所得结果与密度及量热测定结果具有很好可比性。     

Synthesis,crystal structure and spectroscopic characterization of a hydrogen-bonded 1D copper(II) complex

Novel 1:2 and 1:1 (M:L) copper(II) complexes have been prepared from the tridentate ligand 2-(1-methyl-2-aza-5-oxapentyl)phenol (H₂L¹). The crystal structure of [Cu(HL¹)₂] (1) exhibits a noncentrosymmetric square-planar geometry with a slightly tetrahedral distortion. The Cu^II atom is coordinated by two amino N and two phenoxo O atoms of two (HL¹)^– ligands. The phenoxo and the alkoxy groups are involved in two strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The coordination moieties are further connected to a 1D linear structure by the action of intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the alkoxyl and the amino groups. The importance of steric hindrance introduced by the methyl group in the molecular structure and the packing of the complex molecules has been demonstrated. The e.p.r. parameters of (1) have been obtained: g = 2.231, g = 2.005, g _iso = 2.080, A = 185.0 G, A _iso = 86.5 G, A = (3A _iso – A )/2 = 37.3 G. These results confirm a distorted square planar stereochemistry with a ( )¹ ground state.     

A Substituted Tetraazaporphyrinogen as an Electroactive Component for a Polymeric Membrane Anion-Selective Electrode

A novel anion-selective electrode has been prepared by usingtetraazaporphyrinogen as the electroactive component and o-nitrophenyloctylether as the plasticizer. The electrode exhibits almost Nernstian responsecharacteristics for Pic^-, ReO ₄ ^- ,SCN^-, ClO ₄ ^- and TPB^-. The linearresponse ranges towards the above-mentioned anions are 10^-6 10^-2, 10^-5 10^-2,10^-5 10^-2, 10^-5 10^-1, and 10^-5 10^-2mol/Land the corresponding slopes are -56.8, -57.1, -56.3, -56.1, and -59.9mV/decade with correlation coefficients of -0.99978, -0.99987, -0.99999,-0.99998, and -0.99998, respectively. The electrode shows an anti-Hofmeisterselectivity sequence: Pic^- > SCN^- >ReO ₄ ^- > ClO ₄ ^- > I^- >Br^- > BF ₄ ^- > Sal^->NO ₃ ^- > Cl^-. The unusual responsemechanism of the novel anion-selective electrode was investigated byexperimental observations and calculation with the MNDO method. Theelectrode was used as a TPB^- and a Pic^-sensitiveelectrode, respectively, and applied to the assay of levamisolehydrochloride tablets by potentiometric titration and Gran's methods. Theresults obtained are in excellent agreement with that determined by thestandard pharmacopoeia method based on nonaqueous titration.     

Synthesis of dendritic polyamide with protected amino functional groups in the periphery

A homologous series of first-to third-generation dendritic polyamides 2a, 3, and 5 with tris(aminoethyl) amine (TREA) as the core and the protected amino functional groups at the periphery were synthesized via active ester route from “Schlüter” type dendron 1a. Their structures were characterized by ¹H-NMR and mass spectra. Based on the efficient synthesis of the first generation dendrimer 2a (yield 75%), the synthesis of second-generation dendrimer 3 was found to be more efficient via the convergent method (yield 69%), while the mixed strategy was applied efficiently for the synthesis of the higher generation dendrimer 5 (yield 37%).
