Reductive Amination of Aldehydes and Ketones with Primary Amines by Using Lithium Amidoborane as Reducing Reagent

A variety of secondary amines were obtained in high isolated yields in the reductive amination of aldehydes and ketones by using lithium amidoborane as reducing agent. Compared to ammonia borane, lithium amidoborane has higher reducibility, and thus, exhibits faster reaction rate.     

Cathepsin B-responsive nanodrug delivery systems for precise diagnosis and targeted therapy of malignant tumors

The tumor microenvironment (TME) significantly influences cancer evolution and therapeutic efficacy. Targeting biofunctional molecules to the TME has long been appreciated as a means of raising local drug concentrations and reducing systemic toxicities. The booming nanotechnology field has realized the importance of cathepsin B to derive a variety of intelligent enzyme-responsive nanosized drug delivery systems (nanoDDS) to improve treatment responses and clinical outcomes. In this tutorial review, after introducing the molecular structure and physiological/pathological functions of cathepsin B, the outstanding achievements of cathepsin B-responsive nanoplatforms in the precise diagnosis, targeted therapy, and synergistic theranostics of malignant tumors are systematically described. Finally, the challenges of enzyme-substrate incompatibility, low diagnostic sensitivity, mass production and biocompatibility of multifunctional nanoDDS are considered in order to successfully promote them to clinical applications     

等离子体减阻技术的研究进展

利用等离子体的特性减小飞行器的气动阻力是一种新概念的减阻思路.目前国外的一些风洞实验和计算结果已证明了等离子体减阻效果的显著性.本文介绍了国外等离子体减阻技术的研究进展,包括:逆向等离子体喷流减阻、基于等离子体边界层控制减阻和局部施加能量点源减阻.分析了等离子体减阻的基本原理及所涉及的一些关键技术点.最后针对我国的减阻研究情况,提出了等离子体减阻技术的研究方向.      

Laser induced damage threshold derived from chaotic electron dynamics

The small metallic inclusions whose presence is thought to be responsible for the onset of laser induced damage of a dielectric are modeled by one-dimensional square well potentials. The known fact that this system turns chaotic in the presence of a sufficiently strong external field allows for a rather simple estimate of the damage threshold.     

同余式2n-2≡1（mod n）的一些新解

1991年,Sinisalo求出了同余式2n-2≡1（mod n）在区间[3,1011]上的所有解,共有88个,其中满足n≡9（mod 10）的解有6个.本文证明了,当n〈3.462＊1014时,同余式2n-2≡1（mod n）不存在有平方因子的解.利用一种新方法,借助计算机的Maple软件,得到了该同余式的9个含有平方因子的解.利用该方法,也可得到该同余式的许多大于1011的新解.     

Vibrational spectrum,force Field calculations,thermodynamic functions and barrier to internal rotation for benzoyl fluoride

The i.r. and Raman spectra of benzoyl fluoride have been studied in solid, liquid and vapour phases. All of the 36 normal modes of vibration have been assigned in the light of normal coordinate analysis. The carbonyl group stretching mode exhibits a broad band group at ∼ 1800 cm⁻¹, with three bands of comparable intensities. The appearance of the triplet is explained by the existence of strong Fermi resonance. The CO stretch, CF stretch and CFO wag modes have been confidently assigned at 1810, 1014 and 682 cm⁻¹ (in solid/liquid state spectra), respectively. The former two of these show an upward shift and the latter one shows a downward shift in going from solid phase to vapour phase. These results evidence the presence of strong intermolecular interactions in solid and liquid phases. Thermodynamic functions and barrier to internal rotation of the CFO group have also been computed using the fundamental frequencies. The barrier height is found to be ∼4.91 kCal/mole.     

Enhancement origin of SERS from pyridine adsorbed on AgCl colloids

SERS of pyridine molecules adsorbed on AgCl colloids are recorded. The enhancement origins are discussed by studying the effects of illumination, thiosulfate, hydrogen peroxide and ferricyanide on SERS of pyridine on AgCl colloids. In addition to an important contribution of local field enhancement on photolytic Ag particles in AgCl colloid, the surface Ag⁺ complexes on AgCl colloids as the SERS-active sites also make an important contribution to SERS of pyridine on AgCl colloid.
