The evolvement of chemical structure and thermal-mechanical properties of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A and novolac epoxy resin blends cured with low molecular polyamide (DGEBA/EPN/LMPA system) during thermal-oxidative aging were investigated by Attenuated Total Reflectance Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometry (ATR-FTIR) and Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analysis (DMTA). The results revealed that the chemical reactions during thermal-oxidative aging contained oxidation and chain scission. Some possible chemical reaction processes were given. There was a new compound formed during aging processes and the change of its glass transition temperature (Tg) with aging time followed an exponential law. In addition, the changes of dynamic mechanical behavior of this epoxy system aged at four different temperatures (110 °C, 130 °C, 150 °C, 170 °C) were compared. An empirical formula was obtained through kinetic analysis and this formula can be used to predict the oxidative degree of the surface at different aging temperature.  相似文献

A novel hydroxyl‐ethynyl‐arene (HEA) resin was synthesized via Aldol condensation and Sonogashira reaction. The structure of the obtained resin was confirmed by the techniques of mass spectroscopy (MS), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H‐NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, (FT‐IR) and elemental analysis (EA). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results showed an exotherm at the temperature range of 187°C–245°C, attributable to crosslinking reaction of the acetylene groups. After thermal cure, the obtained cured resin possessed excellent thermal stability. Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) in nitrogen showed the Td5 (temperature of 5% weight loss) was about 400°C, and the char yield in nitrogen was about 78% at 900°C. The laminate composite of HEA resin was prepared and its mechanical and thermal properties were determined. The usefulness of the HEA resin as matrix for ablative composite was evaluated. Well-defined macroporous V2O5–CNTs hybrid solid foams are synthesized in the form of monolith by a controlled bubbling process. For the first time, the solid phase results from the co-assembly of two different anisotropic nano-building blocks in the continuous phase of model foams whose bubble size and liquid fraction could be tuned. Their electrochemical properties were examined in view of their application as cathode for Li-ion battery. This first investigation revealed that capacity up to 250 mAh g−1 (i.e. 2 Li per V2O5) can be attain with a good retention under cycles when CNTs are present making these new cellular materials interesting candidate for systems which require the penetration of viscous ionic-liquid/polymer electrolytes.  相似文献

〗通过超临界萃取方法对大港减压渣油进行深度窄馏分切割,利用钌离子催化氧化(RICO)对其抽余残渣进行选择性降解,对降解生成的混合物进行分离,其中非挥发性羧酸进行甲酯化处理,挥发性羧酸进行苯甲酰甲酯化,最后分别利用GC-MS等方法进行定性定量分析。结果表明,大港减压渣油超临界萃取萃余残渣分子中含有大量与芳环相连的正构烷基侧链和桥接芳环的聚亚甲基链,芳环的缩合程度小于利用结构族组成等分析方法分析大港减压渣油沥青质得到的结果。大港减压渣油超临界萃取萃余残渣的共价结构信息可对该原料的加工和优化利用提供指导。  相似文献

建立在线式红外分光测油仪的校准方法。在线式红外分光测油仪的校准主要包括绝缘电阻、示值误差、重复性、漂移和最小检出浓度等项目。通过分析实验数据,测量范围不大于10 mg/L时,示值误差不超过±0.8 mg/L;测量范围大于10 mg/L时,示值相对误差不超过±8%;重复性不大于2%;零点漂移不超过±0.5 mg/L,示值漂移不超过±5%;最小检出浓度不大于0.5 mg/L,仪器的计量性能正常。据此对影响仪器性能的各个参数进行全面评价,确认各项指标控制在合理范围内。该校准方法切实可行,可用于在线式红外分光测油仪的校准。  相似文献

<正>Oligo(methylsilylene)-ethynylene polymer with crosslinkable ethynyl unit in the main chain was synthesized by condensation ofα,ω-dicholorooligo(methylsilane) with dilithioacetylene.The as-synthesized polymer was characterized by GPC,FT-IR and NMR.The results showed ethynyl group was successfully introduced to the polymer main chain.The ceramic yield was dramatically increased by the cross-polymerization of ethynyl group,and the excess silicon of PMS was compensated.Nearstoichiometric (C/Si=1.17) and partial crystallizationβ-SiC monoliths were obtained by pressureless pyrolysing PSPA at 1200℃in a high yield(73.6 wt%).  相似文献

介绍了SiO2体系分子动力学模拟中的Si、O原子电荷转移问题;采用Morse势函数研究了原子电荷转移对石英玻璃模拟的影响,发现原子电荷转移在影响模型密度的同时,还直接影响着原子的最近邻距离.NPT和NVT系综下的模拟结果对比显示,系综对模型中原子最近邻情况影响不大,但在NVT系综下模拟结果表明实际玻璃中存在的较大的空隙结构,找到了以往模拟中密度结果偏高的原因,提出了一种较好的石英玻璃分子动力学建模的方法.该方法不但解决了在调整电荷时维持原子最近邻距离与保证模型密度之间的矛盾,而且可以很好地描述石英玻璃在远程结构上密度不均、存在较大空隙的无序结构.此外,原子自扩散系数的计算结果展示了空隙结构在石英玻璃扩散性质研究中的作用.  相似文献

A novel arylacetylene oligomer containing octamethyl POSS units in main chains was prepared from difluoride octamethyl POSS (diexo-(CH3)8Si8O11F2) and diethynylbenzene (DEB) by Grignard reaction and characterized by FT-IR, NMR, WAXD, GPC, DSC, and TGA. The curing reaction kinetic of the oligomer was studied by Kissinger and Ozawa methods and the kinetic parameters were obtained. The cured polymer had good thermal and thermal-oxidative properties. TGA analyses demonstrated that the thermal decomposition temperature (Td5) of the cured polymer in nitrogen and air were 503 and 479 °C, respectively.  相似文献

Na+K+ ion-echange at 810°C and 1200°C between high density β, β″-Al2O3 multiphase specimens and KClNaCl melts has been investigated. It was found that the equilibrium conditions are affected significantly by the developed stresses. Microstresses are caused by the thermal expansion anisotropy of both phases and by the difference of alkali ion diffusion rates in the two phases. Macrostresses are introduced by compositional differences between the surface and interior of the specimens. The critical condition for the appearance of microfractures has been estimated using a simplified model. Based on the determination of the distribution gradient of the two kinds of ions, the residual macrostresses have also been calculated. Analysis of these two kinds of stress suggests failure of the material when conditions are such that they act concurrently.  相似文献
