For direct numerical simulation (DNS) of turbulent boundary layers, gen- eration of an appropriate inflow condition needs to be considered. This paper proposes a method, with which the inflow condition for spatial-mode DNS of turbulent boundary layers on supersonic blunt cones with different Mach numbers, Reynolds numbers and wall temperature conditions can be generated. This is based only on a given instant flow field obtained by a temporal-mode DNS of a turbulent boundary layer on a flat plate. Effectiveness of the method is shown in three typical examples by comparing the results with those obtained by other methods. 相似文献

运用时分粒图仪 (time-resolved particle imagevelocimetry)对平板边界层中立方体扰动诱导产生的发卡涡涡结构进行了实验测量, 得到了立方体扰动尾迹区中展向平面内的速度矢量分布.基于拉格朗日坐标系, 运用李亚普诺夫指数对流场中的相干结构进行了辨识, 比较欧拉坐标系下的结果发现拉格朗日体系下李亚普诺夫指数场不仅有效地包含欧拉坐标系下涡强所表征的发卡涡涡头信息外, 并且能够呈现出涡颈在空间中的分布, 能够完全刻画出发卡涡涡结构在展向平面内的信息, 还发现李亚普诺夫指数对流场拟序结构的表征有很好的鲁棒性.另外, 李亚普诺夫指数场的互相关分析表明诱导产生的发卡涡涡结构随着向下游的传播, 其涡头不断抬升, 发卡涡涡结构与壁面的倾角也逐渐变大, 有效地刻画了拟序结构的空间演化过程. 相似文献

This paper explores the critical and post-bulging bifurcation of a cylindrical dielectric elastomer (DE) tube undergoing finite deformation under electro-mechanical coupling loading. Explicit expressions for the critical conditions of electro-mechanical bifurcation are derived by using a simplified mathematical method. The post-bifurcation path is comprehensively investigated by specifying the material model as ideal dielectric elastomer. In the post-bifurcation analysis, we analytically establish conditions for the phase coexistence of steady propagation and analyze the physical implications. We demonstrate a global instability under force or voltage control and a localized instability under volume or charge control. Cylindrical tube experiments have been carried out under electro-mechanical coupling loading to verify the theoretical predictions. Good agreements on the critical conditions as well as the post-bifurcation path are obtained. This work characterizes the bifurcation mechanism of rubber-like materials under complex coupling loading. 相似文献

The interaction between ammonia (NH3) and nitric oxide (NO) at high temperatures is studied in this work using a shock tube combined with laser absorption diagnostics. The system simultaneously measured the NH3 and NO time-histories during the reaction processes of the shock-heated NH3/NO/CO/Ar mixtures (NH3:NO ≈ 0.9:1.0 and 1.4:1.0). The absorption cross-sections of NH3 near 1122.10 cm–1 and NO at 1900.52 cm–1 (characterized in this study) were used for measuring NH3 and NO time-histories with the temperature measured by two CO absorption lines. The measured NH3 and NO time-histories at 1614–1968 K and 2.4–2.8 atm were compared with predictions of seven recent kinetics models. The predictions that based on different mechanisms are very different and the measured profiles are within the range of the predictions. The Glarborg, NUI Galway Syngas-NOx, and Mathieu mechanisms give the closest predictions to the measurements. Kinetics analyses indicate that the NH3 and NO consumption rates are extremely sensitive to the rate constants and branching ratio of NH2 + NO = N2 + H2O and NH2 + NO = NNH + OH, which are more reliably represented in the Glarborg and NUI Galway Syngas-NOx mechanisms. The performances of Glarborg mechanisms at lower initial temperatures can be apparently improved by revising the rate constants and branching ratio of NH2 + NO = N2 + H2O and NH2 + NO = NNH + OH. These two reactions are also the primary pathways for NO reduction and NH3 is mainly consumed via NH3 + OH = NH2 + H2O and NH3 + H = NH2 + H2. Trace amounts of NO2 and N2O impurities decompose to form O radical followed by the generation of OH radical via H-abstraction reactions, which significantly affects the predictions of NH3 and NO according to kinetics analyses. 相似文献

We study defect modes in optically induced one-dimensional lattices in photovoltaic-photorefractive crystals. These defect modes exist in different bandgaps due to the change of defect intensity. For a positive defect, defect mode branches exist not only in the semi-infinite bandgap, but also in the first and second bandgaps. When the defect mode branch is fixed, the confinement of defect modes increases with the defect strength parameter. For a negative defect, defect mode branches exist only in the first and second bandgaps. For a given defect mode branch, the strongest confinement of the defect modes appears when the lattice intensity at the defect site is not the smallest in its branch. On the other hand, when the defect strength parameter is fixed, the most localized defect modes arise in the semi-infinite bandgap for the positive defect and in the first bandgap for the negative defect. 相似文献

This work investigates the active control of a fully developed turbulent boundary layer by a submerged synthetic jet actuator.The impacts of the control are explored by measuring the streamwise velocities using particle image velocimetry,and reduction of the skin-friction drag is observed in a certain range downstream of the orifice.The coherent structure is defined and extracted using a spatial two-point correlation function,and it is found that the synthetic jet can efficiently reduce the streamwise scale of the coherent structure.Proper orthogonal decomposition analysis reveals that large-scale turbulent kinetic energy is significantly attenuated with the introduction of a synthetic jet.The conditional averaging results show that the induction effect of the prograde vortex on the low-speed fluid in a large-scale fluctuation velocity field is deadened,thereby suppressing the bursting process near the wall. 相似文献

单晶石墨烯具有更优异的力学及电学性能,有望成为新一代柔性电子器件的核心材料.因此,有必要从实验的角度精细分析化学气相沉积法制得的大尺度单晶石墨烯与柔性基底复合结构的界面力学行为.本文通过显微拉曼光谱实验方法测量了不同长度的单层单晶石墨烯/PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)基底的界面力学性能参数及其在长度方向上界面边缘的尺度效应.实验给出了石墨烯在PET基底加载过程中与基底间黏附、滑移、脱黏三个界面状态的演化过程与应力分布规律.实验发现,单晶石墨烯与柔性基底间由范德瓦耳斯力控制的界面应变传递过程存在明显的边缘效应,并且与石墨烯的长度有关.界面的切应力具有尺度效应,其值随石墨烯长度的增加而减小,而石墨烯界面传递最大应变以及界面脱黏极限则不受试件尺度的影响. 相似文献

采用边长为10 mm的三角形柔性和刚性旋涡发生器,安装在二维NACA0018翼型上翼面前缘不同弦长处,用于控制翼型前缘分离流动.实验在低速直流式风洞中进行,以翼型弦长为特征长度的Reynolds数Re=1.1×105,采用单丝热线风速仪测量尾流速度剖面.分别研究柔性和刚性两种材料的三角形旋涡发生器对翼型前缘分离的控制效果.实验结果表明,与刚性旋涡发生器相比,柔性旋涡发生器利用来流能量实现自适应控制,使剪切层下移,从而明显抑制前缘分离. 相似文献

A new shock-capturing method is proposed which is based on upwind schemes and flux-vector splittings. Firstly, original upwind schemes are projected along characteristic directions. Secondly, the amplitudes of the characteristic decompositions are carefully controlled by limiters to prevent non-physical oscillations. Lastly, the schemes are converted into conservative forms, and the oscillation-free shock-capturing schemes are acquired. Two explicit upwind schemes (2nd-order and 3rd-order) and three compact upwind schemes (3rd-order, 5th-order and 7th-order) are modified by the method for hyperbolic systems and the modified schemes are checked on several one-dimensional and two-dimensional test cases. Some numerical solutions of the schemes are compared with those of a WENO scheme and a MP scheme as well as a compact-WENO scheme. The results show that the method with high order accuracy and high resolutions can capture shock waves smoothly. 相似文献
