Genetic algorithm (GA) has a significant effect in the band optimization selection of Partial Least Squares (PLS) correction model. Application of genetic algorithm in selection of characteristic bands can achieve the optimal solution more rapidly, effectively improve measurement accuracy and reduce variables used for modeling. In this study, genetic algorithm as a module conducted band selection for the application of hyperspectral imaging in nondestructive testing of corn seedling leaves, and GA-PLS model was established. In addition, PLS quantitative model of full spectrum and experienced-spectrum region were established in order to suggest the feasibility of genetic algorithm optimizing wave bands, and model robustness was evaluated. There were 12 characteristic bands selected by genetic algorithm. With reflectance values of corn seedling component information at spectral characteristic wavelengths corresponding to 12 characteristic bands as variables, a model about SPAD values of corn leaves acquired was established by PLS, and modeling results showed r = 0.7825. The model results were better than those of PLS model established in full spectrum and experience-based selected bands. The results suggested that genetic algorithm can be used for data optimization and screening before establishing the corn seedling component information model by PLS method and effectively increase measurement accuracy and greatly reduce variables used for modeling.  相似文献

The present paper studies an optimal withdrawal and investment problem for a retiree who is interested in sustaining her retirement consumption above a pre-specified minimum consumption level. Apparently, the withdrawal and investment policy depends substantially on the retiree’s health condition and her time preferences (subjective discount factor). We assume that the health of the retiree can worsen or improve in an unpredictable way over her lifetime and model the retiree’s mortality intensity by a stochastic process. In order to make the decision about the consumption and investment policy more realistic, we assume that the retiree applies a non-exponential discount factor (an exponential discount factor with a small amount of hyperbolic discounting) to value her future income. In other words, we consider an optimization problem by combining four important aspects: asset allocation, sustainable withdrawal, longevity risk and non-exponential discounting. Due to the non-exponential discount factor, we have to solve a time-inconsistent optimization problem. We derive a non-local HJB equation which characterizes the equilibrium optimal investment and consumption strategy. We establish the first-order expansions of the equilibrium value function and the equilibrium strategies by applying expansion techniques. The expansion is performed on the parameter controlling the degree of discounting in the hyperbolic discounting that is added to the exponential discount factors. The first-order equilibrium investment and consumption strategies can be calculated in a feasible way by solving PDEs.  相似文献

Most agricultural products are harvested with a moisture content that is not suitable for storage. Therefore, the products are subjected to a drying process to prevent spoilage. This study evaluates an infrared rotary dryer (IRRD) with three levels of infrared power (250, 500, and 750 W) and three levels of rotation speed (5, 10, and 15 rpm) to dry terebinth. Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to illustrate and optimize the interaction between the independent variables (infrared power and rotation speed) and the response variables (drying time, moisture diffusivity, shrinkage, color change, rehydration rate, total phenolic content, and antioxidant activity). As infrared power and rotation speed increased, drying time, rehydration rate, antioxidant activity, and total phenolic content decreased, while the other parameters were increased. According to the results, the optimum drying conditions of terebinth were determined in the IRRD at an infrared power of 250 W and drum rotation speed of 5 rpm. The optimum values of the response variables were 49.5 min for drying time, 8.27 × 10−9 m2/s for effective moisture diffusivity, 2.26 for lightness, 21.60 for total color changes, 34.75% for shrinkage, 2.4 for rehydration rate, 124.76 mg GAE/g d.m. for total phenolic content and 81% for antioxidant activity.  相似文献

4,7,13-T4ioxa-1,10-diaza-5,6-benzocyclopentadecane, C14H22N2O3·H2O (7) was synthesized by reduction of macrocyclic diamides (3) or (6). The compound crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Pbca witha=9.361(3),b=9.175(3),c=37.152(11) Å. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to anR value of 0.048 and wR of 0.038 for 1875 reflections. The molecule itself is internally hydrogen bonded by N–H...O connections. Automatic image annotation is concerned with the task of assigning one or more semantic concepts to a given image. It is a typical multi-label classification problem. This paper presents a novel multi-label classification framework MLNRS based on neighborhood rough sets for automatic image annotation which considers the uncertainty of the mapping from visual feature space to semantic concepts space. Given a new instances, its neighbors in the training set are firstly identified. After that, based on the concept of upper and lower approximations of neighborhood rough sets, all possible labels of the given instance are found. Then, based on the statistical information gained from the label sets of the neighbors, maximum a posteriori (MAP) principle is utilized to determine the label set for the given instance. Experiments completed for three different image datasets show that MLNRS achieves more promising performance in comparison with to some well-known multi-label learning algorithms.  相似文献

Aerosol-assisted vapor phase synthesis aimed at preparation of magnetic semiconductor nanopowders of Ga1−xMnxN is carried out both from aqueous and methanol solution mixtures of gallium nitrate and manganese (II) nitrate. After an additional pyrolysis at 1000 °C under an ammonia flow, the light colored products are characterized with XRD, SEM/EDX, EPR, BET surface area determinations, helium pycnometry, and oxygen analyses. The characterization data for the powders are consistent with the formation of composites of nanosized manganese-doped hexagonal GaN and regular MnO phases.  相似文献

Wheat bread, produced by the single-phase method, is a common food consumed all over the world. Due to changes in lifestyle and nutritional trends, alternative raw materials are sought to increase the nutritional value and improve the taste of daily consumed products. Additionally, customers seek a wide variety of foods, especially when it comes to basic foods. Nuts, such as coconuts or chestnuts, might provide an attractive flavour with benefits to the nutritional quality. In this study, the effect of substituting wheat flour with coconut or chestnut flour (flour contribution level: 5, 10, 15, 30, 50% w/w), was evaluated in terms of the breads specific volume, texture, colour, nutritional composition, and dietary fibre fraction contents. Moreover, a sensory evaluation was conducted to assess potential consumer acceptance. Based on the consumer’s perception, the overall acceptance of bread with 15% w/w of coconut and chestnut flour was in privilege compared to the control sample. As a result, taking all of the tested parameters into account, the breads with 5, 10, and 15% supplementation of chestnut or coconut flour were still of good quality compared to the wheat bread and their fibre content was significantly higher.  相似文献

A sonochemical method for direct preparation of nanowires of SbS1?xSexI solid solution has been established. The SbS1?xSexI gel was synthesized using elemental Sb, S, Se and I in the presence of ethanol under ultrasonic irradiation (35 kHz, 2 W/cm2) at 50 °C for 2 h. The product was characterized by using techniques such as powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analysis, selected area electron diffraction, and optical diffuse reflection spectroscopy. The SEM and HRTEM investigations exhibit that the as-prepared samples are made up of large quantity nanowires with lateral dimensions of about 10–50 nm and lengths reaching up to several micrometers and single-crystalline in nature. The increase of molar composition of Se affects linear decrease of the indirect forbidden optical energy gap as well as the distance between (121) planes of the SbS1?xSexI nanowires.  相似文献
