Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs) play an increasingly important role in the field of medicine and affects public health in the world.Although more and more strict has been employed to ensure the quality and safety of CHMs,pesticide residues in CHMs remain a serious issue and are the bottleneck for the global development of CHMs.In this work,we applied molecularly imprinted membrane electrospray mass spectrometry(MIM-ESI MS) for rapid detecting 4 classes of pesticide residues in CHMs,including organophosphorus(OPP),carbamates,pyrethroids and neonicotinoids in CHMs.Compared with our previous ambient ionization method MESI,MIM-ESI is capable of achieving a ~50-fold increase in the detection limit of conventional analytical methods owing to the specificity recognition and unique enrichment of MIM.The optimal experimental conditions were determined,and the method was further validated for its sensitivity and specificity.Our data showed that MIM-ESI MS is applicable for the direct quantitation of pesticide residues in CHMs.This detection technology may help to ensure the quality of CHMs in the future.  相似文献

Pumpkin seed oil (PSO), which is a valuable compound with high nutritional value used for the prevention of various chronic diseases, is prone to oxidation. In this work, small and uniform (su) ovalbumin (OVA) and pectin (PEC) were used to stabilize PSO in the form of an emulsion. The results showed that suOVA-PEC-PSO emulsion with a droplet size of 9.82 ± 0.05 μm was successfully self-assembled from PSO, PEC, and suOVA solution (with a droplet size of 230.13 ± 14.10 nm) treated with 300 W ultrasound, owing to the formation of a more stable interfacial film on the surface of droplets. The interfacial, rheological, emulsifying, and antioxidant properties of the suOVA-PES-PSO emulsions were excellent, owing to the synergistic effects between PEC and suOVA solution. Moreover, the physical stability of the suOVA-PEC-PSO emulsions to salt stress, a freeze-thaw cycle, and heat treatment was also increased and the oxidation of linolenic acid was notably delayed. These results have extended the food-related applications of OVA and PSO, and provide a promising foundation for further exploration of the self-assembly of composite emulsions by small and uniform proteins.  相似文献

探索LaAlO_3/SrTiO_3(LAO/STO)界面产生的新奇物理特性对理解关联电子系统中多自由度耦合和设计功能材料器件具有重要的价值.本文通过脉冲激光沉积方法在SrTiO_3基底上制备了LAO/STO薄膜,研究了正面照射LAO/STO膜面和侧面照射LAO/STO界面时的光伏效应,探讨了LAO/STO界面对光伏效应的影响.研究结果表明,在同样光照能量下侧面照射LAO/STO界面产生的光电压远高于正面照射LAO/STO膜面产生的光电压,说明LAO/STO界面对光伏效应有明显的增强作用.通过偏压调控可以进一步增强照射LAO/STO界面产生的光电压,当偏压为60 V时, LAO/STO样品的位置探测灵敏度达到了36.8 mV/mm.这些研究结果为设计场调控位置敏感探测器等新型光电子器件提供了新的思路.  相似文献

In this paper, we study homogeneous Einstein-like metrics on the compact irreducible symmetric space M, which is not isometric to a compact Lie group and has rank greater than 1. Whenever there exists a closed proper subgroup G′ of G = Isom_0(M) acting transitively on M, we find all the G′-invariant A-metrics and B-metrics on M. More precisely, we prove that G′-invariant metrics on M must be A-metrics, and G′-invariant B-metrics on M are always Einstein.  相似文献

As a glucagon (GCG) receptor (GCGR) and glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor (GLP-1R) dual agonist, oxyntomodulin (OXM) has been attracting scientific attentions due to its efficacies of suppressing appetite, increasing energy expenditure, and inducing body weight loss in obese humans. Based on the scaffold of native OXM, specific helix-favoring amino acids substitutions and the consequent salt bridge formations were believed to offer enhanced and balanced GCGR/GLP-1R activations through increasing α-helical conformation. Novel OXM analogues are obtained by intramolecular lactam stapling of positions [Glu16 & Lys20] or [Lys17 & Glu21] to further strengthen conformationally constrained stabilization. Even though the lactam staple does not provide additional dual GCGR/GLP-1R activations in vitro, the stapled OXM analogues are firstly reported to have higher or lower anti-PANC-1 cell proliferation activity, meanwhile which has no obvious inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HeLa cells. Therefore, it is speculated that the stapled analogues may have the potential to inhibit the proliferation of specific cancer cell types. Among the stapled peptides as well as their precursors, analogue 6 has the most prominent anti-PANC-1 proliferation activity with the IC50 value of 115.1 μmol/L. Its mechanism of actions including effective signal pathways should be worth further investigations in future.  相似文献
