We study the effect of linearly polarized light on the band structure and longitudinal conductivity in ABC-stacked trilayer graphene. The linearly polarized light can induce a pair of additional points in ABC-stacked trilayer graphene, where conduct and valence bands touch. The locations of these points are determined by the amplitude of the light. Furthermore, the layer pseudospin polarization can be controlled by the light. When the Fermi energy locates at Dirac points, i.e., Ef=0, the longitudinal conductivity shows resonance phenomena when the light is present. Away from the Dirac points, the longitudinal conductivity is unchanged as varying Ef for weak light field at larger Fermi energy, and the amplitude of longitudinal conductivity can be controlled by tuning the light field amplitude. Moreover, the effect of linearly polarized light on resonance phenomena in k-cubic Rashba-Dresselhaus system under the irradiating of linearly polarized light is discussed. 相似文献

在氮气气氛下采用高温固相方法, 合成了Mg、Ti 离子复合掺杂改性的锂离子电池正极材料(Li0.98Mg0.01)(Fe0.98Ti0.01)PO4/C, 并通过粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和充放电循环对材料进行性能表征. 测试结果表明, 复合离子掺杂可显著改善材料的电化学性能, 模拟电池在0.2C和1C倍率下的放电比容量分别为154.7 和146.9 mAh·g-1. 以此复合掺杂样品为正极材料组装60 Ah动力电池, 其3C倍率放电容量仍保持为1C倍率放电容量的100%; 低温0 和-20 °C测试条件下, 动力电池放电容量分别保持为常温初始放电容量的89.7%和63.1%; 在常温1C/1C充放电条件下, 经过2000次循环后, 电池容量依然保持为初始放电容量的89%, 显示出优良的倍率放电性能和循环性能. 研究结果表明, Mg、Ti 离子复合掺杂改性的磷酸铁锂正极材料及其电池具有优良的放电性能和循环稳定性, 可广泛应用于电动(或混合动力)汽车和储能电池系统. 相似文献

Several methods have been reported in the literature using pulsed thermography for quantitative measurement of defect depth or sample thickness. In this paper, based on the analysis of a theoretical one-dimensional solution of pulsed thermography, we proposed to use the absolute peak slope time (APST) for quantitative measurement of defect depth. APST is the peak slope time of the curve which is obtained by multiplying the original temperature decay with the square root of the corresponding time. The theoretical model shows that APST has linear relation with square of defect depth, which was verified with the experimental results of an aluminum and a steel specimen with six flat-bottom wedges and holes as simulated defects respectively. 相似文献

采用传统固相法制备Ba(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3微波介质陶瓷。研究了预烧温度对其物相组成、显微结构、烧结性能、微波介电性能的影响。结果表明:在不同预烧温度下制备的陶瓷样品主晶相为复合钙钛矿结构的Ba3CoNb2O9,900℃、1000℃有微量Ba3Nb5O15生成。最佳预烧温度为1100℃,在1380℃烧结4 h时,εr=31.8,Q×f=60164GHz,τf=-15×10-6/℃。合适的预烧温度能有效抑制第二相的生成,提升材料致密度,促使主晶相B位有序排列,进而降低介电损耗。 相似文献

This paper deals with the effects of the configurations of electrodes and filter elements on the filtration speed of a charge injection type of electrostatic oil filter, which has been proposed by Yanada et al. It has been demonstrated that the filtration speed can be increased by injecting charges into oils. However, investigation into the effects of the configurations of the electrode and filter element has been limited. In this paper, several types of filter model with different configurations are proposed and their performance is experimentally investigated. A better filter configuration is proposed. 相似文献

Highly preferred orientation 3C-SiC films were deposited on Si (111) substrates by a modified two-step carbonization method. The crystal quality of SiC films were examined by XRD. To evaluate the effect of the introducing of silane during carbonization, cross-sectional SEM was carried out. Results indicated that the introducing of silane during carbonization is effective to prevent the out-diffusion of silicon atoms from silicon substrates. And by adjusting the carbonization conditions, void-free 3C-SiC films were obtained. XPS results demonstrated that the prepared 3C-SiC films were corresponding with the stoichiometric ratio. 相似文献

针对目前各油田聚合物驱转为水驱后,一般出现含水上升快,产油量大幅度下降的情况,以及油层内残余的大量聚合物未得到利用,而目前开发的残余聚合物再利用技术存在一些缺点,未得到推广应用,研制出新型复合处理剂JY-8。新型复合处理剂JY-8可与聚合物形成强度较高的凝胶体,将地层内残余聚合物有效地固定和絮凝,是很好的固定剂和絮凝剂,实现了“二剂合一”,达到对地层进行深部调剖、驱油的目的;同时,通过调整复合处理剂JY-8的加量等可调节成胶时间和凝胶强度。室内评价和现场应用表明,与以前的技术相比,复合处理剂JY-8可使油层内的残余聚合物利用率从原来的8%提高到15.65%,使聚合物驱后续水驱的采收率增加值从原来的10.33%提高到18.1%,在油井上起到了很好的增油、控水效果。 相似文献
