聚丙烯酰胺/醋酸铬与聚丙烯酰胺/酚醛胶态分散凝胶的纳米颗粒自组织分形结构

采用原子力显微镜 ,分别对无机交联体系聚丙烯酰胺 Cr3+ 和有机交联体系聚丙烯酰胺 酚醛胶态分散凝胶的微观结构进行了显微图像分析 .发现无论是在有机还是无机交联体系中 ,也无论聚丙烯酰胺和交联剂浓度如何变化 ,在微米尺度上最终形成的都是具有自相似性的树枝状分形图像 ,在更小尺度上则发现单个小树杈分形体都是由纳米级的颗粒紧密堆积而成 .在所研究的胶态分散凝胶体系中 ,树枝状分形结构的形成及其具体的形态取决于聚丙烯酰胺的浓度 ,而交联剂的有无及其多少只对树枝状凝胶分形的几何形态产生一定影响 .实验结果还表明纳米级 (≤ 10 0nm)的胶体颗粒构成的分形结构的凝胶其弹性模量G′比微米级的高出一个数量级 .且粒子尺度越小 ,则凝胶的力学稳定性越强     

Synthesis of monodisperse poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads and their application in separation of biopolymers

The monodisperse, porous poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads of 7.9 microm were prepared by a single-step swelling and polymerization method. The seed particles prepared by dispersion polymerization exhibited good absorption of the monomer phase. Based on this media, a weak cation-exchange (WCX) stationary phase for HPLC was synthesized by a new chemically modified method. The prepared resin has advantages of biopolymer separation, high column efficiency, low column backpressure, high protein mass recovery, and good resolution for proteins. The dynamic protein-loading capacity of the synthesized WCX packings was 18.2 mg/g. Five proteins were separated in 3.0 min using the synthesized WCX stationary phase. The experimental results show that the obtained WCX resin has very weak hydrophobicity. The WCX resin was also used for the rapid separation and purification of lysozyme from egg white in 5.0 min with only one step. The purity and specific bioactivity of the purified lysozyme were found to be more than 93% and 70 245 U/mg, respectively.     

试剂加入次序不同造成镉对肝脂质过氧化的诱导或拮抗作用

采用TBA检测方法，体外观察了CaCl2对大鼠线粒体脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)生成的毒性作用和对半胱氨酸-Fe^2 诱导的线粒体脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明，1 μmol／L～1mol／L CdCl2均能诱导肝线粒体的脂质过氧化，使MDA含量增加，但只有CdCl2浓度高于1 mmol／L时，诱导作用才与对照组有显著性差异。在Fe^2 -Cd^2 半胱氨酸共同对肝线粒体作用时，由于试剂加入顺序的不同，100～1000 mmol／L CdCl2对线粒体脂质过氧化可产生诱导或拮抗作用。结果提示，CdCl2可直接诱导线粒体脂质过氧化，在做几种金属离子体外协同对肝脂质过氧化影响的实验时，应考虑试剂加入顺序所产生的不同影响。     

Fabrication of hexaphenylsilole nanowires and their morphology-tunable photoluminescence.

Immersion of nanoporous alumina membranes into saturated solutions of hexaphenylsilole with subsequent solvent evaporation affords aligned organic nanowires. The luminescent properties of the hexaphenylsilole nanowires can be manipulated by varying their morphologies, which were controlled by changing the channel sizes of the alumina templates.     

A microfluidic device using a green organic light emitting diode as an integrated excitation source

A simply fabricated microfluidic device using a green organic light emitting diode (OLED) and thin film interference filter as integrated excitation source is presented and applied to fluorescence detection of proteins. A layer-by-layer compact system consisting of glass/PDMS microchip, pinhole, excitation filter and OLED is designed and equipped with a coaxial optical fiber and for fluorescence detection a 300 microm thick excitation filter is employed for eliminating nearly 80% of the unwanted light emitted by OLEDs which has overlaped with the fluorescence spectrum of the dyes. The distance between OLED illuminant and microchannels is limited to approximately 1 mm for sensitive detection. The achieved fluorescence signal of 300 microM Rhodamine 6G is about 13 times as high as that without the excitation filter and 3.5 times the result of a perpendicular detection structure. This system has been used for fluorescence detection of Rhodamine 6G, Alexa 532 and BSA conjugates in 4% linear polyacrymide (LPA) buffer (in 1 x TBE, pH 8.3) and 1.4 fmol and 35 fmol mass detection limits at 0.7 nl injection volume for Alexa and Rhodamine dye have been obtained, respectively.     

蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极测定氨基酸的研究：Ⅱ.酪氨酸的测定

本文报道蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极测定酪氨酸，在０．００１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ ＫＣｌ－ＨＣｌ（ｐＨ＝２．０）溶液中开路富集，介质交换后微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定，在０．５－２．５μｇ／ｍｌ范围内有线性，检测限为６３ｎｇ／ｍｌ。可避免其他氨基酸，微量元素和常量金属元素的干扰，直接用于氨基酸药物样品的分析，获得了满意的结果，还对酪氨酸在电极上的反应机理进行了探讨。     

男性型秃发患者发中K,Na,Ca,Mg元素含量分析

采用火焰原子吸收法对３０例男性型秃发患者及３８例毛发健康男性对照者发中宏量元素Ｋ、Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ的含量进行了测定。结果表明，男性型秃发患者发Ｋ含量明显高于对照组，具有统计学上的显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。发Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ含量在两组间未见显著差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。本文提示，体内某些宏量元素变化对男性型秃发可能产生一定影响。     

Synthesis of novel mesoporous silica spheres with starburst pore canal structure

Novel spherical mesoporous silica materials with uniform diameters and starburst mesopore structures were synthesized by a simple one-step procedure with ethanol as the co-solvent in dilute aqueous solution and their formation mechanism was proposed. The arrangement of the pore canal and the diameter of the sphere could be tailored by altering the concentration of ethanol.     

Stable, reproducible nanorecording on rotaxane thin films

Stable, reversible conductance transitions and memory effects were observed in solid-state rotaxane-based Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) thin films. Taking advantage of the switching property, we have achieved reproducible nanometer-scale recording dots on rotaxane LB films via voltage application using a scanning tunneling microscope probe. The stable and easily controlled conductance switching makes the rotaxanes a hopeful candidate for nanorecording.     

Synthesis of multi-hydroxyl and sulfonyl dual-functionalized room temperature ionic liquids

Starting from the hydroxylamine (dimethyl amino ethanol, triethanolamine) and 1,3-propane sultone, a series of hydroxyl and sulfonyl dual-functionalized zwitterionic salts and corresponding acidic room temperature ionic liquids have been synthesized. The hydroxyl groups of the synthesized substances were confirmed by the 1H NMR measurement. These zwitterionic salts and ionic liquids may be used for synthesizing other functionalized ionic liquids or ionic liquid-polymer (polyelectrolyte).
