关于《数学实验》课考试的思考

通过对《数学实验》课程考试内容、方式,以及考试环境的分析,研究了实验课考试面临的一系列问题。结合实验课程的特点,强调重视考试反馈信息,对试卷分析报告提出了一种实用的写作框架。     

免疫珠技术快速检测腹泻性大肠杆菌

采用表面光滑玻璃珠作为载体材料，用1：40的腹泻性大肠杆菌诊断血清进行包被。可制成免疫珠。这种免疫珠能与腹泻性大肠杆菌发生特异性结合。经乳糖蛋白胨培养液培养，然后根据其产酸产气进行判断。能在18h内完成腹泻性大肠杆菌的检测。其灵敏度为样液中含有腹泻性大肠杆菌数必须大于10CFu／mL．该法简单、快速、易操作、灵敏度高。     

On the summability of the formal solutions for some PDEs with irregular singularity

In this Note, we consider some classes of nonlinear partial differential equations with regular singularity with respect to t=0 and irregular one with respect to x=0. Our purpose is to establish a result which is similar to the k-summability property, known in the case of singular ordinary differential equations. We can prove that, except at most a countable set, the formal solution is Borel summable or k-summable with respect to x in all other directions. To cite this article: Z. Luo et al., C. R. Acad. Sci. 绿色荧光粉YAGG∶Tb,Gd用于FED的尝试

FED器件的发展迫切需要具有化学和热稳定性 ,高亮度 ,长寿命的新型荧光材料。本文合成了Gd3 +离子共掺杂的YAGG∶Tb获得了YAGG∶Tb ,Gd ,并将其用于 0～ 30 0 0V低压范围 ,对其在不同电压和电流密度下的发光特性进行了测试。结果表明 ,该种材料特性优于ZnO∶Zn并且不存在电压与电流饱和     

A combined programming and iteration algorithm for finite element analysis of three-dimensional contact problems

Comparing with two-dimensional contact problems, three-dimensional frictional contact problems are more difficult to deal with, because of the unknown slip direction of the tangential force and enormous computing time. In order to overcome these difficulties, a combined PQP (Parametric Quadratic Programming) and iteration method is derived in this paper. The iteration algorithm, which alleviates the difficulty of unknown slip direction, is used along with the PQP method to cut down computing costs. Numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity of the present algorithm. The project supported by the Machinary and Electronics Ministry of China     

A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.     

Crystallization process of Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O glass

A crystallization study has been carried out for rapidly solidified Bi₂Pb_0.5Sr₂Ca₄Cu₅O_x glass. Glass transition temperature T _g, crystallized superconducting phases and microstructural changes were measured and analysed by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The crystallization mechanism of the three superconducting phases — (2201) 20 K phase, (2212) 80 K phase, and (2223) 110 K phase — has been discussed, and a time-temperature-transformation diagram for the glass has been constructed.
