集成电路设计产业产品创新趋势研究——国际片上系统（SOC）IP核发展现状及对策分析

基于国际集成电路设计产业的分析，系统阐述了国际SOCIP核的发展状况，指出SOC设计将是集成电路设计企业技术创新的发展方向。提出了一些国际SOCIP核发展的对策，包括口核标准化、SOC技术平台开发及加强与Foundry的合作。

介绍了PLC控制器的可行性分析,阐述了基于PROFIBUS工业以太网数据采集的研究,并提出了基于PLC现场数据采集与分析的方法。     

Roles of rhenium diimine complexes as metal‐ion probes and photosensitizers in functional polyurethanes

Polyurethanes incorporated with rhenium diimine complexes were synthesized. The polymers exhibited interesting morphologies and solution properties. Results from gel permeation chromatography suggested the formation of polymer aggregates in solutions. The polymers could act as probes for metal ions. The addition of metal ions to polymer solutions led to significant changes in the electronic absorption properties of the polymer solutions. This was attributed to the interactions between the polyether moieties and metal ions. The metal complexes could also act as efficient photosensitizers. After doping with charge‐transport viologens, the photoconductivity of the polymers was greatly enhanced. The experimental quantum efficiency was simulated with Onsager's theory. 大尺寸YBa2Cu3O7—δ超导体的研制

利用固相反应法成功地制备了直径为100mm,厚为5mm的大尺寸YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)超导体。在通氧,930℃热处理45min后,超导体的上限转变温度为94K,零电阻温度为92K。x射线衍射进行物相定性,扫描电镜进行形貌和超导电性关系的对比观察。选区电子衍射给出YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)超导体的晶格参数为a=0.348nm,b=0.377nm,c=0.716nm,属于正交晶系。     

一类泛圈图

本文证明了如果G是2连通无爪图,G不是圈,n=|v(G)|>q,G的每个导出子图A都满足φ(a_1,a_2),且G中不存在W′作为其导出子图,则G是泛圈图。     

Dispersion and distribution of organically modified montmorillonite in nylon‐66 matrix

Nylon‐66 nanocomposites were prepared by melt‐compounding nylon‐66 with an alkyl ammonium surfactant pretreated montmorillonite (MMT). The thermal stability of the organic MMT powders was measured by thermogravimetric analysis. The decomposition of the surfactant on the MMT occurred from 200 to 500 °C. The low onset decomposition temperature of the organic MMT is one shortcoming when it is used to prepare polymer nanocomposites at high melt‐compounding temperatures. To provide greater property enhancement and better thermal stability of the polymer/MMT nanocomposites, it is necessary to develop MMT modified with more thermally stable surfactants. The dispersion and spatial distribution of the organic MMT layers in the nylon‐66 matrix were characterized by X‐ray diffraction. The organic MMT layers were exfoliated but not randomly dispersed in the nylon‐66 matrix. A model was proposed to describe the spatial distribution of the organic MMT layers in an injection‐molded rectangular bar of nylon‐66/organic MMT nanocomposites. Most organic MMT layers were oriented in the injection‐molding direction. Layers near the four surfaces of the bar were parallel to their corresponding surfaces; whereas those in the bulk differed from the near‐surface layers and rotated themselves about the injection‐molding direction. The influence of the spatial distribution of the organic MMT on crystallization of nylon‐66 was also investigated. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 血压指标的聚类分析

利用353人的血压数据,运用2种不同的聚类分析方法对15个血压指标分类并挑选典型指标:一是利用SAS软件包中提供的变量聚类过程(VARCLUS过程)对指标进行裂类聚类分析;一是利用SAS中提供的样品聚类过程(CLUSTER过程)对指标进行系统聚类分析.2种方法得到了相同的结果:15个指标分成了4类,得到4个典型指标:BPR(收缩压与舒张压比值),BPP(收缩压与舒张压乘积),MAPPr(平均动脉压与脉率乘积),BPRPr(BPR与脉率乘积).

Targeted disruption of the mouse transforming growth factor-beta 1 gene results in multifocal inflammatory disease.

Transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-beta 1) is a multifunctional growth factor that has profound regulatory effects on many developmental and physiological processes. Disruption of the TGF-beta 1 gene by homologous recombination in murine embryonic stem cells enables mice to be generated that carry the disrupted allele. Animals homozygous for the mutated TGF-beta 1 allele show no gross developmental abnormalities, but about 20 days after birth they succumb to a wasting syndrome accompanied by a multifocal, mixed inflammatory cell response and tissue necrosis, leading to organ failure and death. TGF-beta 1-deficient mice may be valuable models for human immune and inflammatory disorders, including autoimmune diseases, transplant rejection and graft versus host reactions.
