Room temperature deposition of nanocrystalline cadmium peroxide thin film by electrochemical route

Nanocrystalline cadmium peroxide thin film has been electrodeposited on indium doped tin oxide glass substrate from aqueous solution at room temperature. The grain size of the nanocrystals of the film is estimated from XRD and is about 14 nm. The deposits are decomposed at 228 °C by formation of CdO, releasing plentiful heat at same time. The band-gap of the nanocrystalline CdO film made from decomposition of electrodeposited CdO₂ is around 2.4 eV.     

环状芴基张力半导体拉曼光谱理论与实验研究

环状芴基张力半导体由于其特殊的分子结构，发射状排布的p轨道和纳米级空腔等诸多特点，引起了科学家广泛的关注.相对于直链型芴基半导体，环状芴基张力半导体展现出独特的光电性质.然而，迄今为止其振动性质没有被报道.对四元环芴的晶体与直链四聚芴粉末样品进行拉曼光谱表征和归一化处理，并结合理论计算.结果表明，与直链寡聚芴相比，环芴类似于碳纳米管的G峰发生了偏移，并且低频区域拉曼频移峰的峰强增加.其原因是由于张力的引入，改变了芴基主链的骨架和电子结构，加强芴骨架上π电子离域，同时使环芴中每个芴单元都参与到振动中.该研究结果为芴基张力半导体材料拉曼光谱的研究提供了一定的工作基础.     

Studies on the properties of ionic liquid EMIInCl4

This paper reports that an ionic liquid (IL) has been prepared by directly mixing InCl₃ and 1-methyl-3-ethylimidazolium chloride (EMIC) with molar ratio 1/1 under dry argon atmosphere. The densities, and surface tension of the pure IL were determined at temperature range of 293.15 to 343.15 ± 0.1 K. The volumetric properties and the properties of surface for ionic liquid based on group III were discussed by Glasser's theory and Yang's interstice model.     

Studies on the thermodynamics of solvent extraction of indium (III) with HDEHMTPCA

The equilibrium molalities In³⁺ in {In₂(SO₄)₃ + Na₂SO₄ + HDEHMTPCA + n-C₈H₁₈ + water} were measured at ionic strength from (0.1 to 2.0) mol · kg⁻¹ containing Na₂SO₄ as supporting electrolyte in aqueous phase and at constant molality extractant at temperatures from (278.15 to 303.15) K in organic phase. The standard extraction constants K⁰ at various temperatures were obtained by methods of extrapolation and polynomial approximation. Thermodynamic quantities for the extraction process were calculated.

LAS和5种洗衣粉对水蚤的毒性试验

采用多刺裸腹蚤对ＬＡＳ（十二烷基苯磺酸钠）和５种洗衣粉的毒性作用进行了研究。结果表明，这些物质能够抑制多刺裸腹蚤的运动，并且造成蚤类的大量死亡。４８ｈ所测得的半数致死浓度ＬＣ５０值，ＬＡＳ为７．１ｍｇ／ｇ；白猫、碧浪、汰渍、奥妙、芳草等的ＬＣ５０值分别为６６ｍｇ／ｇ，５１ｍｇ／ｇ，３５．５ｍｇ／ｇ，４２ｍｇ／ｇ，５５ｍｇ／ｇ。
