A DIAGNOSTIC STUDY OF FORMATION AND MAINTENANCE OF BLOCKING SITUATION ON THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE USING E-P FLUX

In this paper, the variations of the mean flow, the E-P flux and its divergence of planetary waves in the process of the formation, maintenance and collapse of the blocking situation in the second half of February, 1979 are analysed with the transformed Eulerian mean-motion equations.Analysed results show that because the basic flow changes from the easterly into the westerly in the lower troposphere at high latitudes, the planetary wave for wavenumber 2 strongly propagates upwards, and because of the interaction between the upward propagating planetary wave and the basic flow, the westerty is weakened and approaches to the resonant flow of wavenumber 2 in the middle and upper troposphere (then, in the lower and middle Stratosphere). This may cause the anomalous amplification of planetary wave for wavenumber 2, and moreover make the mean flow change from the westerly into the easterly in the lower and middle stratosphere, following the upper troposphere. 小波包去噪信号的分形特征

将分形理论与小波包滤波相结合，用盒维数的大小来评判信号曲线的滤波情况。随着小波包分解尺度的增大，滤波后信号曲线的盒维数逐渐减小，并最后趋于稳定值。因此可以根据盒维数-分解尺度曲线来选择最佳分解尺度。对仿真含噪信号进行了滤波实验，结果表明：即使在信噪比低至0．5时仍能得到较好的结果，并且该法用于毛细管电泳实验数据的处理结果同样令人满意。     

微波辐射下一步合成3-氨基-4-氰基-1-芳基-5,6,7,8-四氢异苯并吡喃

亚环己基马来腈与芳醛在哌啶催化下,经微波辐射一步合成3-氨基-4-氰基-1-芳基-5,6,7,8-四氢异苯并吡喃,反应7～11min,产率57%～94%.     

四苯硼钠-甲苯胺蓝缔合物纳米微粒体系减色效应研究

在PH4.0醋酸-醋酸钠介质中，甲苯胺蓝在600nm处有一个吸收峰，随着四苯硼钠浓度的增大甲苯胺蓝在600nm处吸收峰降低，颜色减弱，这是由于甲苯胺蓝-四苯硼钠缔合物分子间存在较强的疏水作用及分子间作用力，聚集形成纳米微粒所致，甲苯胺蓝-四苯硼钠纳米微粒体系亦在600mm处有1个吸收峰，在400mm、470mm和580mm处产生3共振散射峰，其中400mm和580mm为甲苯胺蓝-四苯硼钠复合纳米微粒产生的特征共振散射峰，这也表明有纳米微粒存在，丙酮浓度的影响实验结果等表明，纳米微粒的形成是产生其减色效应的原因。     

阳、阴、非离子表面活性剂胶束对酯碱性水解的影响

应用紫外分光光度法和热动力学方法研究了芳香酸酯和正脂肪酸酯在表面活性剂ＤＴＡＢ、ＴＴＡＢ、ＣＴＡＢ、ＳＤＳ、Ｂｒｉｊ３５、ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００胶束中的碱性水解反应。阳、阴、非离子表面活性剂胶束对酯的碱性水解均有禁阻作用。讨论了胶束对酯碱性水解禁阻作用的原因。     

固定化辣根过氧化物酶在有机/水混合溶液中的电化学

用魔芋多糖(KGM)将辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)固定在玻碳电极(GCE)表面, 制备了HRP-KGM膜修饰电极. 在乙醇等亲水性有机溶剂与水的混合溶液中, 包埋在KGM中的HRP 可以与电极发生直接电子传递, 且能催化还原过氧化氢、氢过氧化异丙基苯、氢过氧化叔丁基、过氧化丁酮等过氧化物. HRP-KGM膜修饰电极具有较好的稳定性和重现性, 可用于这些物质的定量检测.

铂-金交替修饰的铂核纳米颗粒的制备与表征

通过吸附在铂纳米颗粒表面的氢交替还原氯金酸和氯铂酸,得到了复合型纳米颗粒Pt@Au/Pt,用UV-Vis光谱、TEM和XRD对其进行了表征.     

非晶SiO2纳米灯笼的制备和表征

在1000 ℃用活性炭把二氧化锡粉末还原成单质锡, 锡作为催化剂, 硅片作为硅源同时作为收集衬底, 在硅片上制备出了非晶SiO2纳米灯笼. 灯笼的一端连在硅片上, 另一端为一个锡球, 中间是一些圆弧状的SiO2纳米线把两端相连. 纳米灯笼具有良好的对称性. 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED) 和HRTEM自带的能谱分析仪(EDS)对样品的表面形貌、微观结构和成分进行了分析研究. 结果表明, 灯笼中SiO2纳米线为非晶态, 结点是晶态锡, 结点表面覆盖一层非晶态的硅的氧化物. 结合实验条件对纳米灯笼的生长机理进行了讨论, 提出了纳米灯笼生长的一个模型.
