影响中药饮片质量的因素及对策探讨

分析了影响中药饮片质量的原药材质量、饮片加工及销售过程中的质量问题。为确保中药饮片质量,针对存在的问题探讨了如下对策：加强道地药材的发展和良好农业规范（GAP）种植基地建设;加强中药饮片炮制规范化和标准化管理;加强对中药饮片生产企业和中药材交易市场监管力度,规范市场经营。     

Novel phosphorescent neutral iridium(III) complex with the steric hindrance for highly efficient red organic light-emitting diodes

A novel and highly efficient thiophenquinolone-based red iridium(III) complex bearing a bulky fluorophenyl moiety is designed and synthesized. The complex shows intensive red phosphorescence (596 nm with shoulder at 642 nm), high photoluminescence efficiency (0.62) and broad full width at half maximum (81 nm). The bulky fluorophenyl moiety introduced into the complex could improve the efficiency of electroluminescence with the maximum current efficiency, power efficiency and the external quantum efficiency up to 29.0 cd/A, 30.4 lm/W and 17.6% due to the effective steric hindrance in solid states.     

Visible light induced decomposition of sulfonyl hydrazides using Pd/ZrO2 nanocomposite photocatalyst

A new approach to synthesis of thiosulfonates has been developed under mild conditions without any oxidants and promoting reagents through a Pd/ZrO₂ nanocomposite photocatalyst catalyzed decomposition of sulfonyl hydrazides. This protocol gave the products in moderate yields, comparable to the best results reported so far. Finally, a plausible reaction mechanism was proposed.     

高效液相色谱的4种商品手性柱对38种手性化合物的拆分研究

采用纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)涂敷型手性固定相(Chiralcel OD柱)、直链淀粉-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)涂敷型手性固定相(Chiralpak AD柱)、直链淀粉-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)键合型手性固定相(Chiralpak IA柱)和Pirkle型的(S,S)-Whelk-01手性固定相对38种外消旋体化合物进行手性拆分。实验结果表明,4种固定相的手性识别能力为:OD>AD>IA>(S,S)-Whelk-01,OD固定相的手性识别率达到60%,并且它们之间的手性识别性能还具有一定的互补性。本研究对4种常用手性固定相的拆分能力进行了对比,为拆分手性化合物时有的放矢地选择手性固定相提供了参考。     

Bifurcation of limit cycles by perturbing a class of hyper-elliptic Hamiltonian systems of degree five

In this paper, we investigate a class of hyper-elliptic Hamiltonian systems of degree five under the polynomial perturbation of degree m+1$m+1$. First, we study the number of different phase portraits of the unperturbed system when it has a class of family of periodic orbits and prove that the number is 40. Then, we consider the limit cycle bifurcations and obtain some new results on the lower bound of the maximal number of limit cycles for these systems.     

Limit cycle bifurcations by perturbing a class of integrable systems with a polycycle

In this paper, we deal with the problem of limit cycle bifurcation near a 2-polycycle or 3-polycycle for a class of integrable systems by using the first order Melnikov function. We first get the formal expansion of the Melnikov function corresponding to the heteroclinic loop and then give some computational formulas for the first coefficients of the expansion. Based on the coefficients, we obtain a lower bound for the maximal number of limit cycles near the polycycle. As an application of our main results, we consider quadratic integrable polynomial systems, obtaining at least two limit cycles.     

加强职业道德建设规范会计工作行为

对目前我国会计行业职业道德状况严重滑坡的现象进行了剖析，并从标准制定、宣传教育、环境陶冶等5个方面提出了加强会计从业人员职业道德教育的一些具体措施。     

钩藤中异钩藤碱在TLC原位的FT-SERS研究

本文报道了将薄层色谱（TLC）与傅里叶变换表面增强拉曼散射（FT－SERS）联用，获得了中草药钩藤中的异钩藤碱光谱研究的新方法。研究表明，在薄层原位，2.5μg钩藤总碱可将异钩藤碱等8种生物碱完全分离。应用薄层原位的薄层色谱傅里叶变换表面增强拉曼散射（TLC－FT－SERS）技术，获得异钩藤碱分子的特征振动谱带，进而阐述了样品分子在银胶表面的吸附模式，异钩藤碱以分子中氧化吲哚基团上N原子的孤子电子对和吲哚环π电子共同吸附于银晶体微粒表面,1.615cm^-1与芳环骨架振动和氧化吲哚N－H变形振动相关的峰获得最大增强。说明TLC－FT－SERS对中草药化学成分进行高灵敏度示踪指纹检测的可靠性和优越性。     

中国养老政策的演进及智慧社会下居家养老的发展

 人口老龄化已经成为世界各国、各地区社会经济发展面临的重要问题。中国从2001年步入老龄化社会,提升老龄群体生活质量对于全面实现小康社会意义重大,也是促进中国城镇化健康发展的需要。梳理了中国20世纪80年代以来养老政策和实践的演进路径,强调了居家养老既要符合中国社会经济发展的特征,也要满足老龄群体的生活需求;鉴于中国社区的养老服务设施供给仍然滞后于老龄化发展的现状,探讨了在智慧社会下,通过信息化策略（虚拟空间）与可步行邻里环境（实体空间）,提升已有养老服务设施的服务覆盖面和质量、构建老龄群体的智慧社区生活模式、促进居家养老服务的时空匹配、提升居家养老服务的质量水平等策略。
