陆生植物黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum)对富营养化水体修复的围隔实验研究——氨氮的净化效应及其动态过程

采用浮床黑麦草（Lolium multi florum）对畜禽养殖富营养水体氨氮的净化效应及动态过程进行了研究．结果表明：浮床黑麦草对富营养水体中的氨氮具有明显的净化效果．当覆盖率30％时，对氨氮的去除率最高可达到95．89％．对其去除水体氨氮的动态过程拟合表明符合三次方程曲线．该研究为冬季陆生植物修复富营养水体提供重要依据．

利用双曲函数方法，研究了具有广泛、深刻物理背景的Toda-Lattice系统，得到了它的显式精确解，这种方法也适用于求解其他离散的非线性方程(组)。

Effects of Post-Thermal Treatment on Quality of SiC Grown by PVT Method

We report the effects of post-thermal treatment on the quality of 2-inch 6H-SiC wafer cut from a crystal boule grown by physical vapour transportation method. The full widths at half maximum of x-ray diffraction rocking curves measured on sites across the 2-inch wafer become narrower, indicating the quality improvement after a three-step post-thermal treatment. It is found that the most common defects such as micropipes and inclusions can be significantly reduced after the treatment. Our results show that the post-thermal treatment is an effective route to improve the quality of SiC single crystals.     

T＝∞跟踪问题的一种解法

跟踪问题是线性系统二次型性能指标最优控制讨论的一个重要应用问题。当终端时间T为有限时 ,很多文献都给出了适当的解法 ,但T =∞时的求解还有很多问题值得探讨。本文给出了终端T =∞时预期输出满足一定条件的跟踪问题的一种解法。此种情况可转化为输出调节器问题 ,并给出了具体的求解方法和例子。     

m阶多时滞中立型微分方程的2T周期解

研究m阶常系数线性多时滞中立型方程的周期解，讨论了2T周期解的存在性和唯一性，得到了2T周期解存在唯一若干新的充分必要条件。所得主要结果适用性更广。它包括了许多相关献的结果为其特例，推广、改进了这些献的主要结果。可对所研究的中立型方程周期解存在的大量情形作出判断，而这些情形用其他献的结果是无法判断的。换言之，对方程（1），主要结果是最一般化的，用同样的方法已不可能得到更好的结果。     

用激光感生荧光法测量亚稳态原子寿命

本文用激光感生荧光法(LIF)分析了Gd原子亚稳态能级215cm~(-1),533cm~(-1),999cm~(-1)在原子束中的速度分布。由原子束轴线上两不同点上的亚稳态原子速度分布的变化得到了亚稳态原子的寿命。理论分析和实验结果表明这是一种简单、灵敏并且有效的亚稳态原子寿命测量方法。     

量子混合态的统计角

本文把关于量子纯态之间的统计角概念推广到量子混合态,并提出了单个混合态的发散角这一概念,导出了纯态判据,用到测量上,响应函数不过是量子系统与仪器之间的统计角余弦的平方,而测量过程中的熵增加则显现为混合态发散角的扩大。 关键词：     

Preparation and properties of the SmOx/Rh(100) model surface

The preparation of SmOx/Rh(100) and CO adsorption on this model surface have been investigated with Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and temperature programmed desorption spectroscopy (TDS). The oxygen adsorption on the SmRh alloy surface leads to the aggregation of Sm on the surface. The thermal treatment of this oxidized surface induces the further agglomeration of SmOx on the Rh(100) surface. Compared with CO TDS on the clean Rh(100) surface, three additional CO desorption peaks can be observed at 176, 331 and 600 K on the SmOx/Rh(100) surface. The CO desorption peak at 176 K may originate from CO adsorbed on SmOx islands, while the appearance of the CO adsorption peaks at 331 and 600 K, depending on the oxidation state of Sm, is attributed to CO species located at the interface of SmOx/Rh(100).     

Ferromagnetic Properties of Bond-Dilution and Random Positive or Negative Uniaxial Anisotropy Blume-Capel Model

We study the ferromagnetic properties of spin-1 system, which is considered in the frame of the bond dilution and random positive or negative anisotropy Blume-Capel model in the effective field theory and a cutting approximation. The investigation of phase diagrams displays some rich properties of the trajectory of tricritical point, reentrant henomena at low temperatures. Under certain both bond concentrations and random negative anisotropy, there are new transition lines of double tricritical points. So special emphasis is placed on the influence of the bond dilution and random anisotropy on phase diagrams. The magnetizations of the system are also discussed. Some results have not been evealed in previous reports.
