新型AFM探针的制备及应用

采用熔拉 -腐蚀复合方法 ,将普通单模石英光纤制成直锥形光纤探针。利用自制工具将探针打弯 ,制成悬臂式光纤探针 ,在AFM上取得了较理想的测试结果。将自制光纤探针和商用硅材料探针获得的两种扫描图像进行了对比 ,分析了悬臂式光纤探针的特点     

一种新颖的测定和分析羟自由基氧化损伤RNA及其分子机理的化学发光体系

近年来，羟自由基（^.OH)对DNA氧化损伤已受到广泛关注，但是很少研究^.OH对RNA的氧化损伤。其实，RNA与DNA一样，也是核酸的两大组分之一，也有许多重要功能。所以^.OH攻击RNA也会引起重后果，会造成细胞功能衰退甚至细胞死亡等。为此，我们建立了Vit.C-CuSO4-Phen-H2O2-PNA这一产生和测定^.OH氧化损伤RNA的化学发光体系，以便加强^.OH氧化损伤RNA的研究。通过对本体系测定条件的研究，得出了本体系最佳组方是：Vit.C,CuSO4,Phen,H2O2和RNA，浓度分别为350μmol/L,55μmol/L,350μmol/L,0.2mol/L和20μg/mL,体系pH为5．5，体系终体积为1mL。随后，利用本体系检测了槲皮素，咖啡酸，黄芩甙和芦丁抗^.OH氧化损伤RNA的作用，发现这四种抗氧化剂均能有效抑制^.OH氧化损伤RNA的分子机理，结果发现，^.OH清除剂硫脲几乎抑制全部发光，推测是因硫脲清除了引发剂^.OH所致；O^-.2清除剂SOD只能抑制小部分发光；^1O2清除剂叠氮化钠和苯甲酸都能抑制绝大部分发光。这些事实提示，^.OH是RNA氧化损伤的引发剂；O^-.2只是导致RNA氧化损伤的次要因素，^1O2才是导致RNA氧化损伤的最主要因素。     

模糊集重心法在评估科研院所绩效素质中的应用

为了评价中国科研院所的绩效和素质提出了一个由人才资源、成果绩效、发展后劲和财务管理指标组成的评价指标体系 ,使用模糊集重心法解决了各种线性和非线性问题。由于此模型具有中间过程的分析能力 ,大大丰富了提供给决策部门的信息。这种方法可成为研究我国中央级科研院所的等级分布、类型优势分析、改革现状估计、潜力比较和指标灵敏度分析的有力工具     

含铒碲酸盐玻璃的上转换荧光性质研究

在室温下,用804nm波长的半导体激光器作激发源,在TeO_2-PbO基掺铒碲酸盐玻璃中实现了中心波长分别为525nm,550nm和660nm的上转换发射.荧光强度与激发功率呈非线性关系.估测了PbO含量对上转换荧光相对强度的影响.     

Charge order and spin order in Nd_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Mn_(1-x)(Ga_x, Ti_x)O_3 system

Magnetic properties of Nd_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Mn_(1-x)(Ga_x, Ti_x)O_3 system (0.04≤x≤0.4) were inves- tigated through magnetization and electron spin resonance (ESR) measurements. It was observed that a small amount of Ti substitution for Mn will destroy the charge-ordering (CO) phase completely and induce the cluster-spin-glass phase in the system, which displays a procedure of collapse of CO and of an enhancement of spin ordering (SO) phase. In contrast, the Ga substitution for Mn induces a melt- ing of CO phase in the system. It was observed that with substitution the CO phase is suppressed gradually and the remanent CO phase is retained all the while, and withal, there is a co-existence of AFM CO phase and FM SO at low temperature. In addition, an abrupt rise of magnetization was observed in M-T curves. We attributed this abnormal phenomenon to a transition from canted AFM SO to FM SO in CO region.     

离散型半参数广义线性纵向数据模型的方差成分检验

在回归分析中, 随机误差是否存在方差非齐性是大家十分关心的问题, 本文根据Laplace展开原理针对随机效应的影响研究了基于纵向数据的离散型半参数广义线性模型的方差成分检验,得到了Score检验统计量, 最后通过一个实例和计算机模拟验证了本文所提出的方法的有效性.     

Studies on O-,N-Acylation of 3-Hydroxyisoxazole and Their Regioselective Synthesis(Ⅰ)——O-,N-acylation of 5-Methyl-3-hydroxyisoxazole with 2,2-Dimethyl 3-Substituted Cyclopropanecarboxylic Chlorides

The reactions of 5-methyl-3-hydroxyisoxazole with 2, 2-dimethyl, 3-substituted cyclopropanecarboxylic chlorides give O-acyl-5-methyl-3-hydroxyisoxazole and N-acyl-5-methylisoxazolin-3-one derivatives. The ratio of O-acyl to N-acyl product depends upon the acylation reagents. O-acyl derivatives can be converted to the N-acyl compounds by isomerization under acidic conditions or heating.     

Fabrication of Long-Period Fibre Gratings Using 800 nm Femtosecond Laser Pulses

Long-period fibre gratings inside standard single-mode optical communication fibres are successfully fabricated with infrared femtosecond laser pulses. The refractive index perturbations are well confined within the fibre core by choosing the proper laser focusing parameters and translation speed of the fibre during the direct laser writing process. With the self-focusing effect considered and at a constant average irradiation dose of 1.62 × 10^3 J/（cm^2μm）, the threshold intensity for fabricating long-period gratings with infrared femtosecond laser pulses is determined to be 5.13 × 10^13 W/cm2.     

中高温工质在蒸发器中的换热模拟分析

本文采用分布参数的方法,建立了水源热泵中普遍采用的壳管式蒸发器稳态数学模型.通过中高温水源热泵试验台的实验数据同模拟计算结果的对比,验证了数学模型的准确性。应用此数学模型对中高温工质HTR01、HTR02及R134a在蒸发器典型制热运行工况,进行了模拟计算。得出了三种工质制冷剂侧换热系数沿管长的变化关系并对三种工质的换热性能进行了对比分析,为采用中高温工质的水源热泵换热器设计提供了参考依据.     

Optimal Investment Strategies for an Insurer with SAHARA Utility

In this paper, we consider the optimal investment strategy which maximizes the utility of the terminal wealth of an insurer with SAHARA utility functions. This class of utility functions has non-monotone absolute risk aversion, which is more flexible than the CARA and CRRA utility functions. In the case that the risk process is modeled as a Brownian motion and the stock process is modeled as a geometric Brownian motion, we get the closed-form solutions for our problem by the martingale method for both the constant threshold and when the threshold evolves dynamically according to a specific process. Finally, we show that the optimal strategy is state-dependent.
