GC-MS测定中的小体积样品浓缩技术

在GC-MS仪器分析中,采用窄孔毛细管分析柱(0.25 mm id/0.32.mm id),能引进样品的柱容量很小(约20～60μL气体),为了有效地完成进样过程并获得较高分辨的测定结果(离子色谱图),通常采用的技术主要有柱前"冷聚焦"、柱前分流等,以纯化和减少进样体积,确保进样过程与GC-MS系统的载气流量匹配.     

Photopolymerization induced by a benzophenone derivative photoinitiator

A benzophenone derivative photoinitiator, HBP-TDI-HQ-TDI-HBP （HTCTH）, was synthesized based on 4-hydroxy benzophenone （HBP）, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate （TDI） and hydroquinone （HQ）. HTCTH was a more effective photoinitiator which had longer wavelength absorption in the UV-vis absorption spectra than the low molecular counterpart benzophenone （BP）. It showed that both rate of polymerization （Rp） and final conversion （P） increased with increase of amine and HTCTH concentration in photopolymerization.     

N-环丙甲基-7α-[(R)-1-羟基-1-甲基-3-(2-噻吩)丙基]-6,14-内乙基桥四氢去甲基蒂巴因(噻诺啡)合成和晶体结构

N-环丙甲基-7α-[(R)-1-羟基-1-甲基-3-(2-噻吩)丙基]-6,14-内乙基桥四氢去甲基蒂巴因(噻诺啡)是阿片受体部分激动剂.噻诺啡经过一步法合成其结构通过单晶X射线衍射分析确证,其结构保持吗啡"T"型主体结构.     

小肽修饰的PAMAM树枝状化合物的生物活性

合成了甘氨酸 (Gly) 天冬氨酸 (Asp)组成的肽链Gly Asp、Gly Asp Gly Asp、Gly Asp (Gly Asp) 2 .分别将天冬氨酸及上述合成的肽链引入到聚酰胺 胺型树枝状化合物 (PAMAM)的表面 .对所得化合物进行了分子模拟 ,结果表明Gly Asp (Gly Asp) 2 肽链在PAMAM表面可形成接近于 β sheet的构象 .由实验得知 ,经Asp、Gly Asp、Gly Asp Gly Asp、Gly Asp (Gly Asp) 2 修饰的PAMAM树枝状化合物对抗坏血酸还原FeⅢ 细胞色素C(cytc)的反应有干扰作用 ,导致该反应速率下降 .这说明所合成的化合物与cytc有较好的结合能力 .特别是Gly Asp (Gly Asp) 2 修饰的PAMAM ,其与cytc的结合常数为 1 6ⅹ 1 0 5.     

聚-4,7-二硫杂壬基倍半硅氧烷铑配合物的合成与催化硅氢化性能

本文叙述了一种新型有机硅聚合物负载配位催化剂——聚-4,7-二硫杂壬基倍半硅氧烷铑配合物的合成、结构及其对烯烃硅氢化反应的催化性能.标题配合物在用量为烯烃摩尔量的十万分之一时仍具有良好的催化活性,烯烃的转化数达到80,000.     

荧光猝灭法测定痕量镉-四碘合镉-罗丹明S-聚乙稀醇荧光猝灭体系的研究

本文首次将罗丹明S应用于镉的荧光熄灭法测定,由于PVA-124的稳定作用,克服了罗丹明类试剂常须经萃取测定操作繁杂之不足。在加入各种试剂后,直接进行水相荧光测定。方法简便、灵敏,精密度好。

Correlation between Site ll-Specific Human Serum Albumin (HSA) Binding Affinity and Murine in vivo Photosensitizing Efficacy of Some Photofrin Components

Human serum albumin (HSA) is one of the key components in human blood that may influence drug distribution. As such, it is important to know the affinity of any drug for albumin. Previously, Photofrina mixture of monomeric, dimeric and oligomeric porphyrins, has been subjected to HSA binding studies. However, due to its complex nature, binding studies on Photofrin or other hematoporphyrin derivatives with HSA are inconclusive. In this report, the binding properties of some components (dimers and trimers) of Photofrin® and the relationship between murine photosensitizing efficacy and those binding properties were investigated. The interaction of these porphyrins with HSA was investigated by direct ultrafiltration and fluorescent titration techniques with fluorescent probes such as dansyl-L-proline (DP), which is known to interact selectively with site II on HSA. Porphyrins also were tested for antitumor activity in a mouse model following intravenous administration and exposure to laser light. Together, the results suggest that the photosensitizers that were preferentially bound to site II of HSA were most effective at controlling murine tumor regrowth     

耐高温α-淀粉酶结合Ca2+的研究

测定了耐高温α-淀粉酶分子中含10个Ca2+,脱钙酶逐量补钙后的活力及稳定性研究表明:酶分子中前8个Ca2+参与酶的催化作用,后2个Ca2+抖对酶结构起稳定作用.脱钙酶加钙后室温下的荧光光谱和CD谱表明:酶的构象虽有变化,但不显著,说明酶的构象对ca2+的依赖性很小.脱钙酶结合不同数目的Ca2+,于90℃加热15 min后,测其荧光光谱,结果表明,结合10个Ca2+时,酶保持最大的稳定构象;CD谱表明脱钙酶加热时仍具有一定的螺旋结构.这再次说明,酶的构象对ca2+依赖性较低.     

蒂巴茵衍生物的合成研究

The reaction of 7α-acetyl-6,14-endoethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrothebaine with 2-（thien-2-yl）ethylmagnesium bromide was investigated. The tertiary alcohol derivative 7α-[R-l-hydroxyl-l-methyl-3-（thien-2-yl）propyl]）-6,14- endoethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrothebaine （3） and a by-product 4 were isolated. The structure of 4 was elucidated by X-ray analysis. The Grignard reaction shows high degree of stereoselectivity according with Cram rule. The crystal structure of 4 indicates that dihydrofuran ring was opened to form a phenolic hydroxyl group and a three-membered ring structure. It maintains the main rigid structure of morphine and contains a C（6）-C（14） enthano bridge. The 1-hydroxyl-1-methyl-3-（thien-2-yl）propyl group at C（7） position adopted S-configuration.
