An alternative method for anomeric deacetylation of fully acetylated carbohydrates has been developed using imidazole in methanol.     

活化/失活反应对原子转移自由基共聚产物微观结构的影响

提出了一个可以处理原子转移自由基共聚及其产物微结构的模型,采用计算机模拟产生了包括活化/失活反应的ATRcP稳态增长反应链,得到了有关链段分布的信息.模拟发现,含有休眠过程的ATRcP产物与常规的自由基的相比组成结构和序列结构完全一致,即活化/失活反应不影响ATRcP产物的微组成与微序列结构.

Increase of Calcium Levels at Interphase in NIH 3T3 Cells

The fluorescent calcium ion indicator dye Fluo-3 and DNA-binding dye Hoechst 33342 were employed to determine, in a quantitative microspectrofluorometric study, the intracellular calcium ion concentration ([Ca~(2+)]_i) and the DNA content of individual living NIH3T3 cells. The well-separated excitation and emission properties of these dyes allowed us to establish for each cell both the phase of the cell cycle using DNA content and [Ca~(2+)]_i. We found that the transition from G_1, through S, to the G_2 phase is accompanied by a two-fold increase in [Ca~(2+)]_i. The [Ca~(2+)]_i was inhomologous in each phase of the interphase (G_1, S and G_2) although [Ca~(2+)]_i in the S and G_2 phases was never lower than certain threshold values in the G_1 and S phases respectively. [Ca~(2+)]_i in G_0 cells was lower than that in G_2 cells. These changes in [Ca~(2+)]_i suggest that [Ca~(2+)]_i may be an import regulator of cell cycle progression.     

高分散纳米二氧化钛混合晶体的合成、结构与光催化性能

Using TiCl₄ and urea as the raw materials and nanometric carbon black as plate, nanometric mix-crystals of rutile and anatase TiO₂ were prepared at 100 ℃ for 10～180 min by homogeneous precipitation method. The effects of pH on the ratio of nanometer TiO₂ mix-crystals were also discussed. TEM measurement indicates that the TiO₂ is spherical particles, and the average diameter of the particles is 20 nm. XRD and TG-DTA were also used to characterize the nanometer mix-crystal materials. The photocatalytic experiment show that the mix-crystal material has the best photocatalytic reactivity. After being irradiated under the sunlight for 40 min, the compound can completely degrade the acid-red 3R.     

氨基酸与钠离子非共价键相互作用的电喷雾质谱研究

实验研究中常常观察到钠离子与一些多肽或蛋白质有较强的非共价键结合能力,这种非共价键相互作用可能与生物的一些功能和活性有关。为了进一步了解这一结合作用,我们应用电喷雾质谱研究了常见的20种氨基酸与钠离子在溶液中的非共价键相互作用。实验研究中发现脯氨酸和苯丙胺酸与钠离子有较强的非共价键结合能力。     

降铅冲剂对低水平铅暴露仔鼠血铅及脑铅的影响

目的:研究降铅冲剂对低水平铅暴露仔鼠血铅及脑铅的影响,为评价降铅冲剂的作用提供依据。方法:选用Wister大鼠仔鼠60只,体质量80~100 g,随机分成6组,每组10只,分别为空白组、模型对照组、EDTA对照组、降铅冲剂低剂量组、降铅冲剂中剂量组、降铅冲剂高剂量组;造模后开始给药,EDTA对照组给CaNa2EDTA注射液10(mg/kg)/d腹腔注射,降铅冲剂低、中、高剂量组分别予降铅冲剂5(g/kg)/d、10(g/kg)/d、20(g/kg)/d的剂量灌胃,空白组和模型对照组予等量蒸馏水灌胃,给药共30 d。用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定仔鼠血铅、脑铅。结果:(1)染铅后,各染铅组的血铅水平与空白组比较都显著升高(P<0.001),经过30 d的治疗后,各治疗组的治疗后血铅水平均有不同程度下降,与模型对照组比较均有统计学意义。(2)染铅后,各染铅组的脑铅水平与空白组比较都显著升高(P<0.05),治疗后,各组脑铅与治疗前比较均显著升高,降铅冲剂低、中剂量组的脑铅与模型对照组比较显著下降。结论:降铅冲剂能显著降低低水平铅暴露仔鼠的血铅和脑铅含量,其综合疗效优于CaNa2EDTA。     

固体CD光谱研究及其应用于手性席夫碱M(II)配合物

结合课题组近期的相关研究,对固体CD光谱在手性配合物研究中的应用,特别是手性样品固体CD光谱的测试方法进行了概述,通过对四对手性席夫碱M(II)(M=Ni、Cu)配合物的固体和溶液CD光谱进行比较研究,发现配合物的手性构型在固液相中保持一致,但其固液CD光谱之间存在不同程度的差异,可能是由于相应配合物在固体和溶液相中的四面体扭曲或构象的微妙不同所致.     

脲基苯乙炔4-′(对甲基苯基)-6-苯基-2,2′-二联吡啶铂(II)络合物的合成

本文通过异氰酸酰化反应合成了含有脲基的苯乙炔新型配体及以它作为辅助配体的4′-(对甲基苯基)-6-苯基-2,2′-二联吡啶铂(II)络合物,初步研究了铂(II)络合物的光物理性质,发现由于脲基的存在,当浓度大于3.32×10-5mol/L时铂(II)络合物能够发生分子间簇集.
