Preparation of a piezoelectric immunosensor for the detection of Salmonella paratyphi A by immobilization of antibodies on electropolymerized films

 To obtain new coatings for the preparation of piezoelectric immunosensors, the anodic polymerization of o-aminophenol (oAP), o-phenylenediamine (oPD) and m-phenylenediamine (mPD) onto a gold-plated crystal has been studied. The possibility of immobilizing an antibody (anti-S. paratyphi A) onto the crystal via the electropolymerized films was investigated. The poly-mPD film gave the best results for immobilizing the antibody. With antibodies crosslinked on the poly-mPD film, a piezoelectric immuno-assay for the detection of S. paratyphi A was proposed. The shift (ΔF=F_20s−F_400s, Hz) between the frequency at 20 s after the addition of sample (F_20s), and that of 400 s (F_400s) was used to construct a calibration graph, and shortening of the assay time was achieved. The S. paratyphi A concentration in the range of 10^5–10⁹ cells/ml can be measured by this method. Received: 9 May 1996/Revised: 6 September 1996/Accepted: 19 September 1996     

羊睾丸,梅花鹿胎盘提取液中铅的测定

利用火焰原子吸收法直接测定羊睾丸，梅花鹿胎盘提取液中铅的含量，实验结果表明，两种提以液中均含有铅，梅花鹿胎盘提取液铅含量低于羊睾丸，透析液组高于超滤液组，这一结果为合理开发利用羊睾丸，梅花鹿胎盘提取液提供一定的数据。     

网胰藻Hydroclathrus clathratus的化学成分研究

报道从中国南海网胰藻Hydroclathrus clathratus中分离得到3个单体化合物,经过MS,IR,1HNMR,13CNMR(DEPT),HMQC和HMBC等波谱技术鉴定为:(6R,7aS)-6-羟基-4,4,7a-三甲基-2,4,5,6,7,7a-六氢苯并呋喃-2-酮(1),1-(2-脱氧-β-D-呋喃核糖)-5-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢嘧啶-2,4-二酮(2),尿嘧啶(3),并通过X射线单晶衍射实验确定化合物1的立体结构,其中化合物1是首次从自然界中分离得到.     

Synthesis and Mesogenic Properties of Liquid Crystals Containing Terminal Cyclohexylmethanol,Cyclopentylmethanol, Cyclobutylmethanol and Cyclopropylmethanol Moiety

Four series of compounds 11?50 containing terminal alicyclic rings such as cyclohexylmethyl, cyclopentylmethyl, cyclobutylmethyl, and cyclopropylmethyl rings were synthesized and their liquid crystal behavior studied. The ring size and the length of flexible alkoxy chain influence the phase formation in different ways. While the smaller ring and the shorter alkoxy chain tend to favor the formation of the N phase, the larger ring and the longer alkoxy chain tend to favor the formation of the SmC phase. All the compounds except 11 and 21 exhibit SmA phases. The widest temperature range of the N, SmA, and SmC phases are found in the compounds 41 , 46 , and 20 , respectively, which are 75 °C for 41 , 115 °C for 46 , and 100 °C for 20 .     

Decontamination of radioactive cesium from natural NaCl by amide-type open-chain crown ethers

An attempt has been made to develop a radiochemical methodology for the decontamination of a trace amount of radioactive cesium from a bulk amount of natural NaCl by liquid-liquid extraction (LLX). Open chain crown ethers, of amide type, namely, N,N,N",N"-tetraphenyl-3,6-dioxaoctanediamide (TDD), N,N,N",N"-tetraphenyl-3,6,9-trioxaundecanediamide and N,N"-dinaphthyl-N,N"-diphenyl-3,6-dioxaoctanediamide (DDD) have been chosen for this purpose. The separation factor between Cs and Na is the highest when 10^-4M TDD dissolved in nitrobenzene is used as extractant and 0.4M picric acid at pH 5.0 is used as aqueous phase. About 60% Cs is extracted in this condition in a single run.     

苏州荠苧总黄酮与微量元素含量的测定

采用分光光度法测定了苏州荠芋的总黄酮含量；采用了等离子发射光谱法测定了其元素含量。结果表明，苏州荠芋总黄酮的含量分别为55．31mg/g(7月采收)、65．00mg/g(8月采收)；含K、Ca、Mg等多种常量元素；含Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cr、Co等多种人体必需的微量元素，其中Fe含量最高；而有害重金属元素Hg未检出，Pb和AS的含量均较低(小于药典规定量)。可见8月采收的苏荠芋总黄酮含量较高，苏州荠芋含多种人体必需的微量元素，有害重金属含量低，具有较大的开发价值。     

多组分体系同时定性定量测定的逐步回归分析法

阐述了逐步回归分析法用于多组分体系同时定性定量分析的原理、实验及数据处理方法。分析了硝基酚类人工样、未知样及合成样。该法可用于仅知可能含有的组分范围的样品分析。     

Synthesis of 2'-O-methoxyethylguanosine using a novel silicon-based protecting group

A short and efficient synthesis of 2'-O-methoxyethylguanosine (8) is described. Central to this strategy is the development of a novel silicon-based protecting group (MDPSCl(2), 2) used to protect the 3',5'-hydroxyl groups of the ribose. Silylation of guanosine with 2 proceeded with excellent regioselectivity and in 79% yield. Alkylation of the 2'-hydroxyl group of 6 proceeded with methoxyethyl bromide and NaHMDS and afforded compound 7 in 85% yield, without any noticeable cleavage of the silyl protecting group and without the need to protect the guanine base moiety. Finally, deprotection of 7 was achieved using TBAF and produced 8 in 97% yield.     

Tetra‐n‐butylammonium bis(2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolato‐κ2S4,S5)nickelate(III)

The crystal structure of the title compound, (C₁₆H₃₆N)[Ni(C₃S₅)₂], is isomorphous with that of the corresponding Pt complex but different from the structures reported for compounds of the same chemical composition, and so provides a new crystalline phase of this complex. The nickel complex anion has good planarity and lies on a crystallographic inversion centre. There is disorder in the two terminal C atoms of two of the butyl chains of the tetra‐n‐butyl­ammonium cation, the N atom of which is located on a twofold axis.     

聚甲基丙烯酸4［（4＇－硝基－1＇硫酰基苯）－1－羟烷氧基本基］酯的合成

new series of sulfur-contalning side chain liquid crystalline polymers were described. Mesomorphic side chains with methylene spacer in different length have been synthesized and their structures were identified by NMR, IR and MS.The liquid crystalline nature of the polymers was characterlzed by microscopy.The Polymers have liquid crystalline nature.
