Effect of maltodextrins on the surface activity of small-molecule surfactants

We report on the effect of commercially important polysaccharides (maltodextrins with variable dextrose equivalent (Paselli SA-2, MD-6 and MD-10) on the surface activity at the air–water interface of small-molecule surfactants (sms), possessing different hydrophobic–lipophilic balance ((SSL (Na⁺), the main component is a sodium salt of stearol–lactoyl lactic acid, and PGE (080), polyglycerol ester of C18 fatty acid), and widely used in food products. A marked change of the surface activity of sms was found in the presence of maltodextrins by tensiometry. The combined data of laser multiangle light scattering and mixing calorimetry have suggested that this result is governed by specific complex formation between maltodextrins and sms in aqueous medium. Measurements have been made of the molar mass, the second virial coefficient and the enthalpy of intermolecular interactions in aqueous solutions. The implication of a degree of polymerization of maltodextrins in this phenomenon was shown. The interrelation between the molecular parameters of the formed complexes and their surface activity at the air–water interface has been revealed and discussed.     

Molecular cloning and expression of interleukin Ibeta (IL-1β) from red seabream (Pagrus major)

The interleukin 1β (IL-1β) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1β sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1β (RS IL-1β). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1β genes. The RS IL-1β had the highest homology with piscine IL-1β according to phylogenetic tree analysis.     

Development of Full Automatic External Welding Machine for Annular Welds of Pipeline

To meet the demands of rapid development of pipeline constructions in China, a complete set of full automatic external welding machine for annular welds of pipeline and welding procedure have been developed thereof. The system has been applied in the “West-East Pipeline Project” and its performance is proven. With this welding machine the welding parameters can be either preset before or adjusted in real time during the welding process, which avoids the blemishes of same type domestic and international products. Thus it is best propitious to in-situ construction conditions and workers‘ technical level in China. In this article the development of mechanical and control systems of this product is introduced and typical welding procedure parameters are provided.     

制备介孔复合环境材料的酸洗刻蚀工艺

探索了一种制备介孔复合环境材料的方法--破坏式造孔与有机复合相结合,使最终产品可大量吸附污染水体中的各种污染物并具有一定的杀菌功能.该方法通过酸洗刻蚀,达到了去除原材料中的杂质和刻蚀孔径的目的,所制备的中间产品24h吸湿率为原材料的2倍,染料吸附量为原材料的1.6倍.     

A microspectroscopic study of the electronic homogeneity of ordered and disordered Sr2FeMoO6

Disordered Sr₂FeMoO₆ shows a drastic reduction in saturation magnetization compared to highly ordered samples, moreover magnetization as a function of the temperature for different disordered samples shows qualitatively different behaviours. We investigate the origin of such diversity by performing spatially resolved photoemission spectroscopy on various disordered samples. Our results establish that e_xtensive electronic inhomogeneity, arising most probably from an underlying chemical inhomogeneity in disordered samples, is responsible for the observed magnetic inhomogeneity. It is further pointed out that these inhomogeneities are connected with composition fluctuations of the type Sr₂Fe_1+x Mo_1-x O₆ with Fe-rich (x > 0) and Mo-rich (x < 0) regions. 极低硫钢的精炼脱硫动力学模型

通过对影响脱硫反应限制性环节的分析,将持续接触和瞬时接触两种反应模式综合考虑,建立了精炼脱硫动力学模型,并通过实验室"极低硫钢精炼脱硫"实验数据对模型进行验证.结果表明,本模型的预测结果与实验结果比较吻合.

300 km·h-1电动车组制动参数研究

在我国研制的先锋号电动车组制动系统的基础上 ,借鉴国外高速列车的经验 ,对自行研制 30 0km·h-1高速动车组制动系统的重要参数进行了研究 ,并提出了可供运用的设计值 .通过对先锋号动车组和 30 0km·h-1高速动车组制动参数的比较分析 ,指出先锋号制动系统的模式比较适合于 30 0km·h-1动车组 .     

籽瓜植株(地上部)的生长发育规律

对内蒙古地区有代表性的四个籽瓜品种植株(地上部)的生长发育进行了研究．结果表明：内蒙古籽瓜的全生育期为92-101d，籽瓜植株的生长发育可分为发芽期、幼苗期、伸蔓期和结果期，结果期分为前期(开花座果期)、中期(果实膨大期)、后期(种子成熟期)．发芽期、幼苗期以叶为生长中心，伸蔓期、结果前期以茎为生长中心，进入结果中期以果实为生长中心不同生育分期长短的差异主要表现在结果中期的差异上．     

公共教育学课程中存在的主要问题与对策

公共教育学教学中存在着诸多的问题，概括起来主要有以下几个方面：一是有些教师授课违背教育学本身的要求；二是学生被动学习；三是部分教育学知识的老化；四是教学方法落后。这些问题的存在严重制约着合格教师的培养。为了解决教育学教学中存在的问题，必须坚持教学改革。第一，努力发挥教师的榜样和示范作用；第二，调动学生学习教育学的积极性；第三，坚决摒弃陈旧的知识，不断充实新内容；第四，改革教学方法。
