Facial strategy for radical species through Ag(I)-mediated oxidation of the alkyl trifluoroborates

A rapid and highly efficient method for the radical formation using potassium alkylfluoroborates as radical precursor is devised and developed which conducts under relatively mild condition using silver(I) oxide as the oxidant. The observed silver mirror phenomenon hints at the fact that Ag₂O is the real oxidant. This approach effectively overcomes the drawbacks-stringent reaction conditions and poor tolerance of a variety of functional groups.     

发射可见光多孔硅的拉曼光谱

本文报导了多孔硅的拉曼散射和光致发光的研究。给出了多孔硅的拉曼和光致发光谱之间的对应关系,根据拉曼峰的移动,估算了多孔硅量子线横截面的平均尺度为2.1～4.2nm。     

冀东一季粳稻良种叶型和产量的分析

本文对冀粳８号和９０－３两个粳稻良种叶型和产量因素进行初步分析。结果表明：功能叶的比叶重以倒二叶最大，品种产量水平越高，各叶比叶重越大；抽穗期剪叶对结实率有显著影响，高产品种尤其明显；产量因素的进一步改良应在９０－３产量因素的基础上提高有效穗数。     

超滤法处理脱毛废水

本文介绍了用聚砜（ＰＳ）和聚氯乙烯（ＰＶＣ）超过滤膜对灰矸脱毛废水进行超滤处理。试验结果表明，超过滤技术对灰矸脱毛废水的处理提供了有效方法。     

Rapid establishment of pure lines of silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molirix) and bighead carp (Aristichthys nobilis)

The diversity of gynogenetic, artificial sex reversal and natural silver carp and bighead carp is examined using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) method.All of the 187 bands are obtained and 19 (10.16%) of them are polymorphic in gynogenetic silver carp.Meanwhile 32 (15.61%) out of 205 bands are polymorphic in control group.In gynogenetic bighead carp a total of 232 bands are identified and 11 (4.74%) out of them are polymorphic, while 25 (10.37%) out of 241 bands are polymorphic in control group.The genetic distance of four populations is calculated and it is 0.102 and 0.023 for gynogenetic silver carp and gynogenetic bighead carp respectively.The values of natural silver carp and bighead carp are 0.161 and 0.104.From the UPGMA trees constructed based on genetic distance, the sex reversal individuals that match with the gynogenetic female individuals are picked out.A new breeding process of establishing a pure line is developed.     

固—液相转移催化羧甲基化反应—IAA的合成

IAA 是一种高效的植物生长调节剂。采用固—液相转移催化法,由吲哚与氯乙酰聚乙醇酸(CPGA),在相转移催化剂聚乙二醇和固体 KOH 的存在下,于240℃回流5小时,常压下反应制得。相转移催化剂以 PEG 1500为好,PEG/KOH(wt.%)为20,吲哚:(?)CH双_2CO_2(?):KOH 为1:2.3～2.5:4.0～4.2,产率可达87.5%～88.5%。     

Porous nanocomposite derived from Zn,Ni-bimetallic metal-organic framework as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries

A highly stable and Zn, Ni-bimetallic porous composite was synthesized via a one-step pyrolysis of a bimetal-organic framework as an efficient anode material for lithium-ion batteries. Remarkably the obtained composite shows 1105.2 mAh/g at a current density of 5000 mA/g after 400 cycles which makes it a promising candidate to improve the volumetric energy density.

链霉菌M1033葡萄糖异构酶的分离纯化及其性质的研究

链霉菌M1033菌株所产的葡萄糖异构酶培养液经二级(NH_4)_2SO_4沉淀、DEAE-Sephadex A50,Sephadex-G150柱层析分离纯化,可得到电泳均一的纯酶。该酶的全分子量为91000左右,由两个相同的亚基组成。其pI为4.3,经糖染色后证明并非糖蛋白;最适反应温度70℃,在该温度下分别以D-木糖和D-葡萄糖为底物,测得最适pH分别为8.0和8.3。该酶为金属激活酶。Co~(2 )和Mg~(2 )对该酶有激活作用,Ca~(2 )则使之几乎失活。金属离子的激活作用随底物而异。动力学研究表明,该酶对D-木糖有更大的亲和性。
