A simple, rapid and sensitive method for the determination of pirimicarb in tomato and pear using polymer monolith microextraction (PMME) based on the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) monolith combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-photodiodes array detector (HPLC-PAD) was developed. By optimizing the polymerization conditions, such as the nature of porogenic solvent and functional monomer, the molar ratio of the monomer and cross-linker, an pirimicarb MIP monolith was synthesized in a micropipette tip using methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer, ethylene dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the cross-linker and the mixture of toluene-dodecanol as the porogenic solvent. The MIP monolith showed highly specific recognition for the template pirimicarb. The monolith was applied for the selective extraction of pirimicarb in tomato and pear. Several parameters affecting MIP-PMME were investigated, including the nature and volume of extraction solvent, sample volume, flow rate and sample pH. Under the optimum PMME and HPLC conditions, the linear ranges were 2.0-1400 μg/kg for pirimicarb in tomato and pear with the correlation coefficient of above 0.999. The detection limits (s/n=3) were both 0.6 μg/kg. The proposed method was successfully applied for the selective extraction and determination of pirimicarb in tomato and pear.  相似文献

 在不同的焙烧温度下制备了 Pt-Sn/SAPO-34 催化剂, 并使用 X 射线衍射、N2 吸附、X 射线荧光光谱、O2 脉冲烧炭、H2 程序升温还原和透射电镜等手段对催化剂进行了表征. 在微型反应器中评价了 Pt-Sn/SAPO-34 催化剂对丙烷脱氢制丙烯反应的催化性能, 考察了焙烧温度和反应气氛对催化剂性能的影响. 结果表明, 焙烧温度为 500 oC 时, 催化剂具有最佳的反应活性. 当焙烧温度高于 500 oC 时, 催化剂出现不希望的表面变化, 例如活性 Pt 位点的聚集、Pt 的团聚、Sn 的流失等. 当反应温度为 595 oC 时, Pt-Sn/SAPO-34 催化性能稳定, 且能够保持表面金属状态.  相似文献

To identify and eliminate the inner filter effects (IFEs), prepositive and side cells containing absorbents are fixed beside the fluorescer contained cell. In this way, excitation and emission lights can be quenched by primary and secondary outer filter effects respectively, depending on absorbent concentration and cell length. Herein the quenching of emission fluorescence caused by IFEs can be equally reduced by outer filter effects (OFEs) and the interference of IFEs was eliminated. This approach was experimentally used for identifying the interaction mode and mechanism between BSA and nanoAg. Results showed that the quenching of BSA fluorescence and synchronous fluorescence mainly attributes to IFEs, instead of static/dynamic fluorescent quenching. In view of the above, the elimination of the interference of IFEs by the design of OFEs plays an important part in the precise application of fluorescence detector.  相似文献

In this paper, we address a class of semivectorial bilevel programming problem in which the upper level is a scalar optimization problem and the lower level is a linear multi-objective optimization problem. Then, we present a new penalty function method, which includes two different penalty parameters, for solving such a problem. Furthermore, we give a simple algorithm. The aim of this paper is to investigate the convergence properties for Mordukhovich’s coderivative of the solution map of the sample average approximation (SAA) problem for a parametric stochastic generalized equation. It is demonstrated that, under suitable conditions, both the cosmic deviation and the ρ-deviation between the coderivative of the solution mapping to SAA problem and that of the solution mapping to the parametric stochastic generalized equation converge almost surely to zero as the sample size tends to infinity. Moreover, the exponential convergence rate of coderivatives of the solution maps to the SAA parametric generalized equations is established. The results are used to develop sufficient conditions for the consistency of the Lipschitz-like property of the solution map of SAA problem and the consistency of stationary points of the SAA estimator for a stochastic mathematical program with complementarity constraints.  相似文献

 为解决光导开关耐受场强的提高问题,研制了2种体结构光导开关,并进行了实验研究。两种开关均由半绝缘GaAs材料制成,一种尺寸为10.0 mm×10.0 mm×0.6 mm,电极位于10.0 mm×10.0 mm面上相对位置,电极直径6 mm;另一种尺寸为15.0 mm×15.0 mm×3.0 mm,8 mm直径电极位于15.0 mm×15.0 mm面上相对位置。测试了第1种开关在不同半高宽脉冲加载电压下的击穿电压,结果表明其最大耐受电压达7.6 kV,击穿电场127 kV/cm。对第2种结构测试了开关在直流加载条件下的暗态伏安特性并进行了触发实验,结果表明在15 kV工作电压下,其放电最大电流超过3.5 kA。  相似文献
