Seven lanthanide complexes [Ln(OPPh3)3(NO3)3] ( 1 – 3 ) (OPPh3 = triphenylphosphine oxide, Ln = Nd, Sm, Gd), [Dy(OPPh3)4(NO3)2](NO3) ( 4 ), [Ln(OPPh3)3(NO3)3]2 ( 5 – 7 ) (Ln = Pr, Eu, Gd) were synthesized by the reactions of different lanthanide salts and OPPh3 ligand in the air. These complexes were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, elemental analysis, IR and fluorescence spectra. Structure analysis shows that complexes 1 – 4 are mononuclear complexes formed by OPPh3 ligands and nitrates. The asymmetric units of complexes 5 – 7 consist of two crystallographic‐separate molecules. Complex 1 is self‐assembled to construct a 2D layer‐structure of (4,4) net topology by hydrogen bond interactions. The other complexes show a 1D chain‐like structure that was assembled by OPPh3 ligands and nitrate ions through C–H ··· O interactions. Solid emission spectra of compounds 4 and 6 are assigned to the characteristic fluorescence of Tb3+ (λem = 480, 574 nm) and Eu3+ (λem = 552, 593, 619, 668 nm). 相似文献
A facile and efficient one-pot method has been developed for the construction of alkynyl sulfones via direct cross-coupling reaction of aryl alkynyliodines and arylsulfinic acids. The present transformation could be accomplished under catalyst- and additive-free conditions, providing a series of alkynyl sulfones in moderate to good yields with favorable functional group tolerance. 相似文献
Patients with prostate cancer and systemic lupus erythematosus exhibit reduced DNase I activity, and patients with myocardial infarction exhibit increased DNase I activity. So the assay of DNase I is of high importance. A colorimetric assay is described here for the determination of the activity of DNase. It is based on strand scission of dsDNA as catalyzed by DNase I. The products of digestion (nucleoside monophosphates) can better stabilize citrate capped AuNPs than dsDNA. In the absence of DNase I, the AuNPs aggregate in presence of NaCl and then display a blue color. In the presence of the analyte (DNase I), AuNPs do not aggregate but rather remain dispersed and display a red color. These findings were exploited to design a DNase I activity assay that is based on the measurement of ratio of absorbances at 520 nm (red) to 650 nm (blue). The detection limit for DNase I activity is found to be 7.1 U?L?1. In our perception, this assay has a large potential with respect to diagnoses of DNase I activity-related diseases and in drug screening.
Graphical Abstract A method is described for the determination of the activity of DNase I. It is based on the capability of nucleoside monophosphates (dNMPs; formed by DNase-catalyzed scission of dsDNA) to stabilize red gold NPs against NaCl-induced aggregation. AuNPs stabilized with dsDNA, in contrast, readily aggregate in presence of NaCl to form blue clusters.
Trigochinins A–C (1–3) are three highly oxygenated daphnane-type diterpenes isolated from Trigonostemon chinensis. Their structures with the absolute configurations were initially assigned by a combination of spectroscopic data, X-ray crystallography (Mo Kα radiation) study and CD analysis. In the current study, the absolute configurations of trigochinins A–C were confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction (Cu Kα radiation) study, CD spectral analogy, and theoretical ECD study by using quantum chemical TDDFT calculations. 相似文献
An effort has been made to optimize the counting time for low-level measurement of naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM) by considering the standard deviation between the activity values of different photopeaks and counting error. It is observed that at lower counting time, relative standard deviation (RSD) varies randomly, but attains a gradual trend with increasing time and also comes closure to the counting error. Therefore minimum counting time for low-level NORM measurement of 238U and 232Th would be the time required to stabilize the RSD values. 相似文献
An ionic liquid (IL) EPReO4 (N‐ethylpyridinium rheniumate) was prepared. The density and surface tension values of the IL were determined in the temperature range of 293.15–343.15 K. The ionic volume and surface entropy of the IL were estimated by extrapolation, respectively. In terms of Glasser's theory, the standard molar entropy and lattice energy of the IL were estimated, respectively. Using Kabo's and Rebelo's methods, the molar enthalpy values of vaporization of the IL, ΔglH0m (298 K), at 298 K and, ΔglH0m (Tb), at hypothetical normal boiling point were estimated, respectively. According to the interstice model, the thermal expansion coefficient of IL EPReO4 (α) was calculated and compared with experimental value, finding their magnitude order is in good agreement by 8.98%. 相似文献
