灯盏花和多舌飞蓬为菊科飞蓬属植物,由于其形态上非常相似,因此在藏医药均被叫着"美多罗米"用于清热解毒、瘟病时疫.然而,它们在现代监床应用方面存在明显的差异.为了能简便快速的鉴别灯盏花和多舌飞蓬,借助于傅里叶变换红外光谱分析,采用主成分分析法(PCA)对来自13个不同产地的灯盏花和多舌飞蓬样品在植化组成上的相似性进行了聚类分析.比较了灯盏花和多舌飞蓬之间的差异程度,结果表明FTIR结合主成分分析在反映同属不同种及不同产地的同种植物化学组成差异程度上具有重要意义.所建立的方法可以快速、简便、直观地对灯盏花和多舌飞蓬进行聚类分析和质量鉴别,也可以为其他中药材和民族药材的鉴别研究提供参考. 相似文献

Effect of temperature on the polaron stability in a one-dimensional organic lattice is investigated within the Su-Schrieffer-Heeger model. The temperature effect is simulated by introducing random forces to the equation of the lattice motion. It is found that the localized polaron state becomes delocalized even at low temperatures. The time of polaron keeping localized depends on the magnitude of temperatures. By taking into account the thermal effect, we find that the dissociation field is weaker as compared with earlier works. 相似文献

Highly efficient Cherenkov radiation(CR) is generated by the soliton self-frequency shift(SSFS) in the irregular point of a hollow-core photonic crystal fiber(HC-PCF) in our laboratory.The impacts of pump power and wavelength on the CR are investigated,and the corresponding nonlinear processes are discussed.When the average power of the 120 fs pump pulse increases from 500 mW to 700 mW,the Raman soliton shifts from 2210 nm to 2360 nm,the output power of the CR increases by 2.3 times,the maximum output power ratio of the CR at 539 nm to that of the residual pump is calculated to be 24.32:1,the width of the output optical spectrum at the visible wavelength broadens from 35 nm to 62 nm,and the conversion efficiency η of the CR in the experiment can be above 32%. 相似文献

A novel blue-emitting long-lasting phosphor Sr3Al10SiO20:Eu2+,Ho3+ is prepared by the conventional high-temperature solid-state technique and their luminescent properties are investigated. XRD, photoluminescence (PL) and thermoluminescence (TL) are used to characterize the synthesized phosphors. These phosphors are well crystallized by calcinations at 1500-1600 °C for 3 h. The phosphor emits blue light and shows long-lasting phosphorescence after it is excited with 254/365 nm ultraviolet light. TL curves reveal the introduction of Ho3+ ions into the Sr3Al10SiO20:Eu2+ host produces a highly dense trap level at appropriate depth, which is the origin of the long-lasting phosphorescence in this kind of material. The long-lasting phosphorescence lasts for nearly 6 h in the light perception of the dark-adapted human eye (0.32 mcd/m2). All the results indicate that this phosphor has promising potential practical applications. 相似文献

A new subdivision method for grating-based displacement sensor was proposed in the present study, which takes advantages of imaging array's high resolution and pixels’ good uniformity in the space. In this method, the magnified grating image is received by imaging array and grating pitch is directly subdivided by pixels, which is quite different from that moiré fringe is subdivided by complex subsequent circuits in moiré-type displacement sensor. The displacement is statistically calculated by using the whole grating image, which greatly eliminates the errors arising from illumination, electrical signals’ fluctuation, grating defect, and so on. Therefore, the subdivision method is easy to obtain signal with high signal-to-noise ratio, insensitive to some external factors, and able to attain high measurement precision with low cost. In this paper, the principle of subdivision method was illuminated, the systemic resolution was theoretically discussed, the measurement precision was experimentally checked, and the uncertainty of measurement was analyzed. The subdivision system consisted of the grating with 20-μm pitch and the CMOS image sensor with the pixels of 1280×1024 had the resolution of 0.04 μm, and the maximum displacement error was less than 0.4 μm, which has been tested in the Abbe comparator platform. 相似文献

采用微波辅助水热法制备介孔分子筛MCM-41,并用浸渍法将左氧氟沙星(LVFX)组装在MCM-41均一的六方形孔道中,制备出新型载药复合物LVFX/MCM-41。用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、低温氮吸附、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)及差热-热重(TGA-DTA)分析对MCM-41以及LVFX/ MCM-41复合物进行表征,合成的介孔分子筛MCM-41的孔径为2.382 nm,比表面积为1 015 m2·g-1。对MCM-41、LVFX/MCM-41、LVFX(固态)及LVFX(溶液)的荧光光谱研究结果显示,LVFX/MCM-41的荧光光谱比组装前发生明显红移,表明MCM-41孔道内表面的羟基和LVFX形成氢键,羟基上的电子云向LVFX分子上的吸电子基团转移;同时MCM-41和LVFX之间形成新环,使电子云能在更大的环上移动,药物分子的共轭体系扩大,荧光光谱峰红移。MCM-41与左氧氟沙星之间强的相互作用为研发以MCM-41为载体的新型释药系统提供了理论依据。 相似文献

3D reduced graphene oxide (rGO)‐wrapped Ni3S2 nanoparticles on Ni foam with porous structure is successfully synthesized via a facile one‐step solvothermal method. This unique structure and the positive synergistic effect between Ni3S2 nanoparticles and graphene can greatly improve the electrochemical performance of the NF@rGO/Ni3S2 composite. Detailed electrochemical measurements show that the NF@rGO/Ni3S2 composite exhibits excellent supercapacitor performance with a high specific capacitance of 4048 mF cm?2 (816.8 F g?1) at a current density of 5 mA cm?2 (0.98 A g?1), as well as long cycling ability (93.8% capacitance retention after 6000 cycles at a current density of 25 mA cm?2). A novel aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor is designed using the NF@rGO/Ni3S2 composite as positive electrode and nitrogen‐doped graphene as negative electrode. The assembled device displays an energy density of 32.6 W h kg?1 at a power density of 399.8 W kg?1, and maintains 16.7 W h kg?1 at 8000.2 W kg?1. This outstanding performance promotes the as‐prepared NF@rGO/Ni3S2 composite to be ideal electrode materials for supercapacitors. 相似文献

Resistance of cancer stem cells to radiotherapy remains a major obstacle to successful cancer management. Prominin‐1 (PROM1) is a cancer stem cell marker. Nanoparticle (NP) chemotherapeutics preferentially accumulate in tumors and are able to target cancer and cancer stem‐like cells through cancer cell‐specific ligands, making them uniquely suited as radiosensitizers for chemoradiation therapy. Using a biocompatible apoferritin NP, a PROM1‐targeted NP carrying irinotecan (PROM1‐NP) is engineered. The synergistic effect of the NP and irradiation is evaluated in PROM1‐overexpressing HCT‐116 colorectal cancer cell lines in vitro and in vivo. PROM1‐NP has a size of 17.2 ± 0.2 nm and surface charge of ?13.5 ± 0.2 mV. It demonstrates higher intracellular uptake than nontargeted NP or irinotecan alone. Treatment with PROM1‐NPs decreases HCT‐116 cell proliferation in a dose‐ and time‐dependent manner. In vitro radiosensitization reveals that PROM1‐NP is significantly more effective as a radiosensitizer than nontargeted NP or irinotecan. HCT‐116 tumor xenograft growth is markedly slower following treatment with PROM1‐NP plus irradiation, suggesting that PROM1‐NP is more effective as a radiosensitizer than irinotecan and nontargeted NP in vivo. This study provides the first preclinical evidence of the effectiveness of PROM1‐targeted NP formulation of irinotecan as a radiosensitizer. 相似文献
