A new molecular rectifier device and some research in its processing

Organic materials of D-π-A type MR-X (MR-1: p-dimethylaminophenylethenetrica-rbonitrile and MR-2: p-diphenylaminophenylethene tricarbonitrile) were designed and synthesized. The device with a sandwich structure shows good rectificative phenomena. The highest rectification ratio 10000 was achieved in device Cu/MR-1/Ag, and about 100 in other device M/MR-X/M (M: Cu, Ag). It has been found that rectificative phenomena exist only in the atmosphere-liquid interface region by means of liquid adsorption, and electric field could help form the oriented molecular film. __________ Translated from Journal of Fudan University (Natural Science), 2005, 44(4) (in Chinese)     

待定系数法在无理函数积分中的应用

在教学过程中通过对练习题: 的求解、分析、综合和归纳得: (1) 式中P_n(X)_9 Q_n(x)均为n次多项式,其中Q_n(x)的各项系数待定。 (2) 式中P_n(x)为n次多项式,f_(n-1)(x)为各项系数待定的(n-1)次多项式,μ_n为待定常数。     

Effect of phonon scattering from neutral and charged impurity centers on the lattice heat conductivity of PbTe:(Tl, Na)

Experimental data on the effect of thallium and sodium impurities on the lattice heat conductivity of PbTe at room temperature are reported. Because the lattice of lead chalcogenides is strongly polarized near charged impurities, the effect of impurities on the lattice heat conductivity depends substantially on their charge state. This property of the material has been used to determine the charge state of the thallium impurity in PbTe. The results obtained argue for a model of quasi-local thallium-impurity states which assumes low electron-correlation energy at an impurity center. Fiz. Tverd. Electron as the eigenstate of curvilinear space with torsion

Ideas previously enunciated by the author about the physical interpretation of curvilinear space with torsion are developed. With the new equations describing the eigenstates of such a space, the static centrosymmetric solution for gravitational and electric fields can be made consistent with the Newton and Coulomb laws. The asymptotic behavior of the axisymmetric solution at infinity is studied. The gyromagnetic ratio obtained is characteristic of the electron. Ural State University. ρ~0→π~ π~-衰变的么正计算和ρ~0极化插入的虚部

本文给出了ρ~０→π~＋π~－衰变的么正计算及其衰变率和ρ~２极化插入的关系．ρ~０极化插入的虚部是用维度积分的方法来计算．极化插入虚部的计算方法是普适的．     

氢化丁苯共聚物结构的核磁共振波谱表征Ⅱ.微观结构的定量计算

在氢化丁苯共聚物¹³C-NMR谱脂肪碳部分谱带归属的基础上,根据各谱带的主要来源,推导出六个二单元浓度的计算公式。计算出二单元、一单元的相对含量,各结构单元的数均序列长度、嵌段含量和其它结构参数。加氢前后的¹H-和¹³C-NMR谱的组成计算结果基本一致。初步探讨了作为粘度指数改进剂的氢化丁苯共聚物微观结构与性能的关系,为合成提供了依据。     

强迫布鲁塞尔振子双稳周期吸引子的初值流域

本文利用数值方法,在几组典型参数值下,详细地考察了弱耦合强迫布鲁塞尔振子在超临界情况下双稳周期运动的周期与初值的关系。首次在初值平面x_0—y_0上的一定范围内,给出了导致不同周期运动的初值分布(流域)。计算结果还表明:在此范围内不存在多重稳定态,因而从一个方面进一步加强了弱耦合条件下的强迫布鲁塞尔振子与圆映象的可比性。
