盐度对龙虾叶状幼体发育和存活的影响

多个梯度多个重复的对比试验结果表明龙虾（Ｐａｎｕｌｉｒｕｓ）叶状幼体要求的海水的适宜盐度为３４‰－３５‰。投入金藻（Ｄｉｃｒａｔｅｒｉａｓｐ．）扁藻（Ｐｌａｔｙｍｏｎａｓ ｓｐ．）和光合细菌于水体中，养活作为龙虾叶状幼体饵料的丰年虫（Ａｒｔｅｍｉａ ｓａｌｉｎａ）幼体，可减少换水量，保持养殖水体的盐度稳定。３４‰－３５‰盐度的养殖水体能有效地抑制某些病原体的入侵。     

视频教学对大学生心理健康教育的有效性分析

为考察原创性视频教学资料应用于大学生心理健康教育课程中的有效性,采用问卷法对大连医科大学1 608名本科生心理健康教育课程内容与形式的需求,然后采用实验法将582名2010级选修《大学生心理健康教育》课程的同学随机分成两个组.实验组采用视频教学方式,控制组采用传统讲授方式,通过课后反馈调查考察视频教学在大学生心理健康教育中的应用.通过实验组课堂效果反馈和课后感悟调查好于控制组,表明学生需求最高的教育内容包括婚恋情感、人际关系、学习方法以及职业规划等4个方面,并进一步表明视频教育是学生最感兴趣的教学方法,同时证明视频教学在心理健康教育课程中具有有效性.     

An important functional group,benzo[1,3]dioxole,of alkaloids induces the formation of the human telomeric DNA G-quadruplex

Over the past few decades, numerous molecules have been discovered or designed to interact efficiently and selectively with a peculiar DNA structure named G-quadruplex. Some of these molecules have been developed as anticancer agents. To aid the design of anticancer agents, the ability of alkaloids possessing Protoberberine and Benzophenanthridine groups to induce the formation of G-quadruplexes were studied using CD spectroscopy. By careful examination of their structures, we found that a benzo[1,3]dioxole group plays an important role in influencing their inductive properties. The more functional groups the alkaloids have, the stronger their G-quadruplex inductive ability.     

变压器局放宽频带监测及数字陷波去噪方法

传统的局部放电测量系统频率带宽通常为数10 kHz.随着计算机技术和信号处理技术的发展,宽频带测量系统比传统的局部放电测量系统具有更高的测量灵敏度,但同时容易受到外部强烈电磁干扰的影响.研制出50 kHz～1 MHz测量频带的大型电力变压器在线监测系统,主要采用前置信号处理系统和二阶级联格形数字陷波器抑制窄带周期性干扰.通过安装于220 kV变电站的变压器局部放电监测系统实测信号分析表明,该系统能够有效提取放电脉冲信号,具有较高的抗干扰能力.     

压实机位置对垃圾填埋场边坡部土工膜受力的影响

为了评价垃圾填埋过程中土工膜端部产生的张拉力,特别是压实机位置对边坡部土工膜受力的影响,进行了模拟试验和数值分析.采用离心加载模拟试验,得到了压实机位置与短纤维无纺布和土工膜端部张拉力的关系.试验结果表明:伴随垃圾压缩短纤维无纺布和土工膜端部产生张拉力;当边坡部上方有压实机行走时端部张拉力会增加,压实机越接近边坡部土工膜端部张拉力越大,而且端部张拉力的增量超过垃圾重量引起的张拉力.采用有限元算法对短纤维无纺布和土工膜端部张拉力进行了分析,计算结果与试验结果基本一致.压实机位置对边坡部土工膜端部张拉力的影响比较大.     

Surface anchoring energy and the first order Fréedericksz transition of a NLC cell

Many authors have suggested new forms to describe the surface anchoring energy of the liquid crystal-wall interface, replacing the Rapini-Papoular (RP) formula g s = (1/2) A sin2 theta. If the RP function is considered as the primary approximation, and a lowest order modification is included, then the surface anchoring energy can be represented by g s = (1/2) A sin2 theta(1 + zeta sin2 theta). zeta characterizes the modification to the RP formula and varies for the different energy forms. It is well known that the RP formula predicts a second order Freedericksz transition. This paper points out that the transition can be first order if the modification is taken into account, in which case at the threshold point the tilt angle of the director at the middle layer of the cell, thetam, is finite. The conditions for the existence of the first order transition are obtained; zeta < 0 is required for a first order transition. The approximate expression of the threshold field is also given.     

On the non-symmetric planar aligned NLC cell

The planar aligned nematic liquid crystal cell with different anchoring for the two substrates (i.e. a non-symmetric NLC cell) is investigated by an analytical method. We deduce the basic equations and the boundary conditions of the tilt angle θ of the LC director. Expressions for threshold and saturation magnetic field are obtained, and numerical results of these two quantities with variation in anchoring parameters of the two substrates are given. A symmetry breaking parameter Δ is introduced and the relations between Δ and applied field, as well as the two sets of anchoring parameters are discussed in detail. A feasible experimental plan for measurement of anchoring strengths of a series of different substrates is proposed.     

Synthesis and mesomorphic properties of mesogens containing 1,1,2,2-tetrahydroperfluorodecaoxy terminal chains

One series of two-ring and two series of three-ring mesogens with 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10-heptadecafluorodecaoxy terminal chains containing tolane or biphenyl units have been synthesized. Their mesomorphic properties were observed and measured by optical polarizing microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. The three-ring mesogens only exhibit a wide smectic C phase when the length of their hydrocarbon chains is intermediate.     

Highly efficient toughening effect of ultrafine full-vulcanized powdered rubber on poly(lactic acid)(PLA)

A unique ultrafine full-vulcanized powdered ethyl acrylate rubber (EA-UFPR) was used as the toughening modifier for poly (lactic acid) (PLA). Largely improved tensile toughness was successfully achieved with the incorporation of only 1 wt% EA-UFPR, while the tensile strength and modulus of the blends were almost the same as pure PLA. The highly efficient toughening of PLA by UFPR is mainly ascribed to the strong interfacial interaction between PLA and UFPR and good dispersion of UFPR particles in PLA matrix. Our work provides an effective toughening method to largely improve the mechanical properties of PLA without sacrificing its stiffness, which is very important for the wide application of PLA materials.
