利用加密和数字签名技术实现安全收发电子邮件

数据加密是保证远距离通信中实现数据安全传输的基础。阐述了数据加密、解密、数字签名等技术，并介绍了如何在Microsoft outlook express中对电子邮件进行加密解密。     

进口畸变条件下改善压气机性能的数值研究

依据"非定常两代流型"理论,验证了二维叶栅在均匀进气条件下,施加激励对其性能所起的改善作用,尔后重点研究了进口具有总压的周向畸变时,施加激励对其气动性能的影响。计算结果表明,在有无进口畸变时,施加一定的激励都会改善流场结构,气动参数有积极变化,压升和效率增加,特别是在流量比较小时,变化尤为明显.对于进口畸变和施加激励影响压气机性能的内在原因,从流场结构的变化方面进行了初步分析。     

19F+27Al耗散反应中双核系统的转动与形变

测量了¹⁹F+²⁷Al耗散反应产物B,C,N,O,F和Ne的激发函数,入射束流的能量从110.25MeV到118.75MeV, 能量步长为250keV. 从产物的 能量自关联函数中提取了反应中所形成的中间双核系统的转动惯量, 与相粘模型计算的刚体转动惯量相比较, 结果表明形成的双核系统有大的形变.     

阴极还原处理对多孔硅发光性能的影响

对经过阴极还原处理后的多孔硅样片进行了光致发光测试和稳定性测试.实验结果表明这种处理能明显改善多孔硅的发光稳定性,使其表面结构更加稳定.利用原子力显微镜对不同还原时间的多孔硅微结构及形貌进行了比较,在一定范围内随着还原时间的增长多孔硅表面粗糙度增大,PL谱增强.     

脉冲中立型时滞抛物方程的振动性

本文研究了一类脉冲中立型时滞抛物方程解的振动性及强振动性,获得了此类脉冲中立型时滞抛物方程解振动和强振动的代数判据.     

多元线性回归法在互联网网间结算中的应用

本文建立一个理论模型研究互联网互联结算的问题。文章利用多元线性回归法对互联网骨干网运营商(IBPs:Internet Backbone Providers)的网络价值进行评估,利用IBPs各自的网络价值对其交换速率进行加权,从而得出网络价值加权速率,依据这个速率进行结算既可以反映了每个网络对互联的贡献程度,又反映了在互联中对网络资源的被占用程度。     

A note on worst-case performance of heuristics for maintenance scheduling problems

We study a machine scheduling model in which job scheduling and machine maintenance activities have to be considered simultaneously. We develop the worst-case bounds for some heuristic algorithms, including a sharper worst-case bound of the SPT schedule than the results in the literature, and another bound of the EDD schedule.     

Relativistic Electromagnetic Solitary Wave in a Cylindrical Magnetized Plasma

In the presence of an applied static and uniform magnetic field, a cylindrical Kadomtsev-Petviashivili equation is derived for a relativistic electromagnetic solitary wave propagating in collisionless plasma consisting electrons, positrons, and ions in the case of weak relativistic limit. This equation is solved in a stationary frame to obtain explicit expression for the velocity, amplitude and width of solitons. The amplitude of the solitary wave has a maximum value at a critical αc of the ratio of the ion equilibrium density to the electron one, and it increases as the applied magnetic field becomes larger.     

椭圆强非局域空间光孤子

对傍轴椭圆高斯光束在具有椭圆对称响应特性的强非局域非线性介质中的演化规律进行研究，得到了光束各参量演化的精确解析解，分析了单向空间光孤子和强非局域椭圆空间光孤子的形成条件，发现了椭圆光孤子的相移与介质响应函数的椭圆率有关. 关键词： 椭圆对称强非局域响应介质 椭圆强非局域空间光孤子 相移     

On Polynomial Functions over Finite Commutative Rings

Let R be an arbitrary finite commutative local ring. In this paper, we obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for a function over R to be a polynomial function. Before this paper, necessary and sufficient conditions for a function to be a polynomial function over some special finite commutative local rings were obtained.
