4-硝基邻苯二硫酚金属镍配合物的合成、结构和性质

合成了4-硝基邻苯二硫酚配体及相应金属镍配合物，(Bu₄N)₂[Ni(nbdt)₂] (1)和(Bu₄N)[Ni(nbdt)₂] (2)(nbdt=4-硝基邻苯二硫酚阴离子), 并通过X-射线单晶结构测定、循环伏安、ESR谱、紫外可见吸收光谱和变温磁化率实验对其结构和性质进行了表征。这两个化合物均为略有变形的平面四方型配合物。配合物2是由配合物1通过I₂氧化制备。配合物2含有一个未成对电子，磁性研究表明由于分子间的自旋耦合使它表现为反铁磁性。

一类新的嘌呤核苷类似物的合成及简单生物活性检测

Convenient procedure for coupling of 1,2,3,5-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-ribofuranose and 4-nitroimidazole was provided to obtain β-anomer as major product. A novel category of nucleoside analogues with an imidazole base moiety bearing amino-acid residue was designed and synthesized to develop selective and effective antiviral agents. They were evaluated for the anti-HBV activity.

20(S)-20-O-Camptothecin β-Aminopropionate: Novel Synthesis and Antitumor Activity in vitro

To improve the biological anticancer activity of 20(S)-camptothecin, a novel class of 20(S)-20-O-camptothecin β-aminopropionates were designed and synthesized with camptothecins as the starting materials, through acylation with acryloyl chloride followed by Michael′s addition. Twelve esters, 1a-1d, 4a-4d and 5a-5d, were synthesized and evaluated by using MTT assay method. The results demonstrate that all these compounds show a potential cytotoxicity on KB, HT-29, HCT-8, and Bel7402 tumor cell lines. Some compounds, 1d, 4c, 5b, 5c and 5d, show a higher cytoto-xicity on KB and HCT-8 compared with camptothecin.

一价金的氮氧自由基配合物的合成、结构及其磁性

本文合成了一个含一价金的氮氧自由基配合物(PPh₃)Au(p-NN) (1)[p-NN=2-(对-乙炔基苯基)-4，4，5，5-四甲基-2-咪唑啉基氧自由基]，并用X射线衍射单晶结构分析测定了它的结构。由于三苯基膦具有较大的位阻效应，因此配合物中不存在明显的分子内或分子间Au…Au相互作用。磁化率研究表明，相邻分子间的O…O相互作用使之形成二聚体，因而导致了分子之间的反铁磁相互作用。
