Geometric distortion caused by B0 inhomogeneity is one of the most important problems for diffusion-weighted images (DWI) using single-shot, echo planar imaging (SS-EPI). In this study, large-deformation, diffeomorphic metric mapping (LDDMM) algorithm has been tested for the correction of geometric distortion in diffusion tensor images (DTI). Based on data from nine normal subjects, the amount of distortion caused by B0 susceptibility in the 3-T magnet was characterized. The distortion quality was validated by manually placing landmarks in the target and DTI images before and after distortion correction. The distortion was found to be up to 15 mm in the population-averaged map and could be more than 20 mm in individual images. Both qualitative demonstration and quantitative statistical results suggest that the highly elastic geometric distortion caused by spatial inhomogeneity of the B0 field in DTI using SS-EPI can be effectively corrected by LDDMM. This postprocessing method is especially useful for correcting existent DTI data without phase maps.  相似文献

LiCaBO3 was synthesized by high-temperature solid-state reaction. The influence of different rare earth dopants, i.e. Dy3+, Tb3+, Tm3+ and Ce3+, on thermoluminescence (TL) of LiCaBO3 phosphor was discussed. We studied the TL properties and some dosimetric characteristics of Ce3+-activated LiCaBO3 phosphor in detail. The effect of the concentration of Ce3+ on TL was investigated, the result of which showed that the optimum Ce3+ concentration was 1 mol%. The TL kinetic parameters of LiCaBO3:0.01Ce3+ were studied by computer glow curve deconvolution (CGCD) method. The three-dimensional (3D) TL emission spectra were also studied, peaking at 431 and 474 nm due to the characteristic transition of Ce3+. We also studied the linearity, annealing condition, reproducibility, fading and different heating rate of the LiCaBO3:0.01Ce3+ phosphor.  相似文献

Interconnect power and repeater area are important in the interconnect optimization of nanometer scale integrated circuits.Based on the RLC interconnect delay model,by wire sizing,wire spacing and adopting low-swing interconnect technology,this paper proposed a power-area optimization model considering delay and bandwidth constraints simultaneously.The optimized model is verified based on 65-nm and 90-nm complementary metal-oxide semiconductor(CMOS) interconnect parameters.The verified results show that averages of 36% of interconnect power and 26% of repeater area can be saved under 65-nm CMOS process.The proposed model is especially suitable for the computer-aided design of nanometer scale systems-on-chip.  相似文献

针对斜拉索的基频检测系统进行了研究,提出基于ARM+DSP的拉索振动信号分析检测技术.首先分析了前端振动信号的采集方法和信号处理技术,然后在ARM+DSP平台中进行基频分析算法的实现与优化,最终选取SEED-DEC138工业参考设计平台,并利用双核芯片进行关键模态分析算法的移植优化以及预处理算法的开发,实现了一种新的斜拉索振动信号处理系统.试验结果表明:新系统既能保证较高的检测精度,同时也能保证很好的实时性.  相似文献

将新发表的J/ψ核吸收截面输入强子和弦级联模型JPCIAE,计算了200AGeV/c的P-A,O-U,S-U和Pb-Pb最小偏畸碰撞中J/ψ压低因子并与实验作比较.结果表明:增大的新截面难以改变核吸收机制不易解释Pb-Pb碰撞J/ψ反常压低局面.  相似文献

Co-doped TiO2 thin films are grown on TiN buffered silicon substrates by the pulsed laser deposition method and then hydrogenated. Transmission electron microscopy and high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy measurements have shown that the TiN buffer layer can suffer a 400℃ deposition temperature and prevent the growth of silicon dioxide on silicon. After that, the room temperature ferromagnetism behaviors are observed in the hydrogenated samples, which are measured by the alternating gradient magnetometer. X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy and x-ray absorption fine structure measurements have revealed the existence of cobalt clusters. According to the material analysis, the magnetic behavior after hydrogenation is suggested to be induced by the enhancement of cobalt dusters.  相似文献

The effects of an ultrathin ZnO intermediate layer deposited at the CZTS/Mo interface on CZTS solar cell performance have been investigated in this work. The ZnO layer inhibits the generation of MoS2 layer and the formation of voids in the CZTS absorber. Consequently, the incorporation of this layer reduces the series resistance and increases the shunt resistance, which boosts photovoltaic conversion efficiency from 1.13% to 4.3%. Within the standard model, we investigate the semi-leptonic weak decays of J/ψ. The various form factors of J/ψ making the transition to a single charmed meson (D(*) (d,s)) are studied in the framework of QCD sum rules. These form factors fully determine the rates of the weak semi-leptonic decays of J/ψ and provide valuable information on non-perturbative QCD effects. Our results indicate that the decay rate of the semi-leptonic weak decay mode J/ψ→D(*)- s+e+e is at the order of 10-10. PACS 13.20.Gd; 13.25.Gv; 11.55.Hx  相似文献
