芳香─脂肪族共聚酰胺的序列结构和溶致液晶性能

本文利用对苯二甲酰氯（ＴＰＣ），对苯二胺（ＰＰＤ）和亚甲基数为２和６的两种脂肪族二元胺（ＡＤＡ）合成了具有不同序列结构的芳香一脂肪族共聚酰胺．研究了共聚酰胺的序列结构参数──无规度Ｂ和数均序列长度Ｌｎ与液晶临界浓度Ｃ＊和中介相的类型之间的关系．     

改性浇铸尼龙的研究进展

立足于浇铸尼龙的反应机理,结合对其在实际应用中的改性要求,阐述了改性浇铸尼龙的研究进展.尤其以聚合物改性浇铸尼龙为重点,从改性的机理和相形态等方面详细地介绍了其的研究情况,总结了最新的工作以及将来的发展方向,为尼龙材料的更加广泛应用提供一定的参考.     

亮氨酸与异亮氨酸在金/银核-壳复合纳米粒子上的吸附状态

The Raman spectra and Surface enhanced Raman spectra (SERS) of leucine and isoleucine adsorbed on core-shell Au/Ag nanoparticles were obtained and assigned, and the different Raman peaks resulting from different vibrational models of the isomers忆groups were analysed. In Raman spectra, the leucine’s (ω(CH3)) is at 962, 945, 924 cm-1, (δas(CH3)) at 1408, 1454 cm-1; corresponding values for isoleucine are, 922 cm-1 and 1448, 1420, 1394 cm-1, respectwely. The difference in the peak positions of corresponding groups between leucine and isoleucine is more apparent in the SERS at acidic and basic conditions. The relationship between leucine and isoleucine’s concentration and SERS was interpreted preliminarily and the adsorption model on the core-shell Au/Ag nanoparticle surface was speculated.     

铱(Ⅲ)与2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺的显色反应及其应用

研究了试剂2_(5_溴_2_吡啶偶氮 )_5_二甲氨基苯胺 (5_Br_PADMA)与铱 (Ⅲ )的显色反应 ;在 pH4.75～6.00的HAc -NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,铱 (Ⅲ )与5_Br_PADMA形成摩尔比为1∶2型稳定的红色络合物 ,在0.6mol/LH2SO4溶液中 ,其最大吸收波长为558nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.1×104L/(mol·cm) ,铱 (Ⅲ )含量在0～0.8mg/L范围内符合比尔定律 ,采用加入适量EDTA的方法消除了Fe3 + 、Co2 + 、Ni2 + 等干扰离子 ,建立了在二元络合物体系中测定微量铱 (Ⅲ )的灵敏度高、选择性好、简便、稳定的分光光度法     

ICP-AES法测定矿石中的BeO

报道了采用ICP－AES法测定矿石中的BeO。对试样的溶解进行了选择；考察了其体和无机酸对测定的影响。采用基体匹配法进行测定。在优化条件下，对三个试样进行测定，其相对标准偏差（n=9）为0.28%；回收率为97％－103％。     

新型铂(Ⅱ)类配合物的合成、表征和抗肿瘤活性

Seven novel platinum(Ⅱ) complexes[Pt(Ⅱ)(NH₃)(H₂O)X](Ⅰ～Ⅶ) {X=(COO^-)₂(oxalato), 2p-CH₃O-C₆H₄-COO^-(p-methyoxbenzolato), 2C₆H₅-COO^-(benzolato), 2CH₃COO^-(acetato), (CH₂)(COO^-)₂(malonato), (CH₂)₂(COO^-)₂(succinato), (CH=CH)(COO^-)₂(maleato)} have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, thermal analysis，IR, UV, and ¹H NMR spectroscopy. The antitumor activities of these complexes in vitro against EJ、HCT-8, KB, BGC-823, Bel-7402, HL-60, MCF-7 and Hela cell lines have been studied. Complex Ⅰ and Ⅴ show remarkable antitumor activities against EJ cell line, and the inhibitory rate is 45.96% and 54.32% at concentration of 10 μmol·L^-1, respectively. The inhibitory rate of the complexes Ⅱ and Ⅲ is greater than 50% against HL-60, BGC-823, KB and EJ cell lines. The inhibitory rate of the complex Ⅵ is 51.89% and 57.96% against BGC-823 and EJ cell lines. The complexes Ⅳ and Ⅶ have no antitumor activities against tested tumor cell lines. The complexes Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅵ can stem the cell cycle of HL-60 on the G₂+M.     

Brnsted酸性离子液体催化醛(酮)与二元醇的缩合反应

研究了以Bro¨nsted酸性离子液体1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二氢盐(BMImH2PO4)为催化剂,在不使用其它有机溶剂且无需脱水的条件下,于室温下进行醛(酮)与二元醇的缩合反应,得到了由中至高的转化率和高选择性.产物1,3-二口恶戊烷可以和反应物自动分层,后处理操作简单.过量的醇与离子液体可以多次重复使用,且醛(酮)的转化率无明显降低.     

大功率激光制备a-C和a-C∶H类金刚石膜的光学性能研究

采用大功率高重复频率准分子激光溅射热解石墨靶制备了类金刚石碳膜, 研究了实验条件对类金刚石膜光学性能的影响, 发现氢可以提高膜中sp3键的含量和膜的光学透过率. 在实验参数范围内, 膜的光学性能随着氢压的增加而提高. 根据类金刚石膜的反应沉积机理对上述结果进行了分析、解释.     

微波辅助-光催化降解氯酚的QSPR研究

本文运用PM3算法计算得到氯酚(CPs)的分子结构参数,并结合光解速率进行PLS分析,建立了速率与量子化参数之间的关系模型,模型的Q2cum分别为0.8776和0.9545(>0.5),具有良好的预测能力。研究结果表明,参数Ehomo、Elumo Ehomo、Elumo、N、Mw、Elumo-Ehomo、(Elumo-Ehomo)2是决定CPs光解速率的主要因素;CPs的光解速率随Ehomo、Elumo Ehomo、Elumo、Elumo-Ehomo、(Elumo-Ehomo)2的增大而增大,随N、Mw的增大而减小。
