立体车模的三轴数控加工

在实际加工中,三轴加工中心的使用范围多为单一坐标系内的零件加工,而对于连续复杂曲面的加工,多使用五轴加工中心来完成。在现有设备条件下,以某型轿车模型的加工为例,对三轴加工中心加工连续复杂曲面的加工工艺进行了探索。扩展了设备的使用范围,并对于加工中可能遇到的一些问题提出了解决思路。

Fabrication of bulk glassy Zr41Ti14Ni8Cu12.5Be22.5Fe2 alloy by water quenching

A glassy Zr41Ti14Ni8Cu12.5Be22.5Fe2 rod with a diameter of 9 mm was successfully produced by water quenching.The effects of iron addition on thermal stability and hardness of Zr41Ti14Ni8Cu12.5Be22.5Fe2 bulk amorphous alloy were investigated by XR D,DSC and microhardness test.It is found that the full annealing would enhance the strength of the alloy significantly.The cause of the increase in hardness was analyzed and the formation mechanisms of the bulk amorphous alloy are discussed.     

Photodissociation dynamics of ketene at 157.6 nm

Photodissociation dynamics of ketene at 157.6 nm has been investigated using the photofragment translational spectroscopic technique based on photoionization detection using vacuum-ultraviolet synchrotron radiation. Three dissociation channels have been observed: CH2+CO, CH+HCO, and HCCO+H. The product translational energy distributions and angular anisotropy parameters were measured for all three observed dissociation channels, and the relative branching ratios for different channels were also estimated. The experimental results show that the direct C-C bond cleavage (CH2+CO) is the dominant channel, while H migration and elimination channels are very minor. The results in this work show that direct dissociation on excited electronic state is much more significant than the indirect dissociation via the ground state in the ketene photodissociation at 157.6 nm.     

A crossed molecular beam study on the dynamics of F atom reaction with SiH4

In this report, the dynamics of the F+SiH4 reaction has been studied using the universal crossed molecular beam method. Angular resolved time-of-flight spectra have been measured for all reaction products in a single set of experiments. Two different reaction channels have been observed: HF+SiH3 and SiH3F+H. Product angular distributions as well as energy distributions were determined for these two product channels. Experimental results show that the HF product is forward scattered relative to the F atom beam direction, while the SiH3F product is backward scattered relative the F atom beam direction, suggesting that two reaction channels proceed with distinctive reaction dynamics. The relative branching ratios of the two channels have also been estimated.     

N-轴套索冠醚 Ⅱ.N-(2-对甲苯磺酰胺基乙基)单氮冠醚的合成法研究和质谱

研究了N-对甲苯磺酰基乙二胺与相应多甘醇二碘化物的N-烷基化环化反应和N-(2-对甲苯磺酰胺基乙基)二乙醇胺与相应多甘醇二对甲苯磺酸酯的O-烷基化环化反应,并进行了比较。表明,由前—反应可制得N-(2-对甲苯磺酰胺基乙基)单氮-12-冠-4和-15-冠-5,但未能获得更大环腔的N-(2-对甲苯磺酰胺基乙基)单氮-18-冠-6;由后—反应,均能以良好产率合成出上述3个冠醚.考查了这类新冠醚的质谱,讨论了主要碎片离子生成的途径及其相关的裂解规律。     

基于遗传算法的静电反馈式微传感器多目标优化

讨论了一种新型梳齿式静电反馈微加速度计的多目标参数优化问题，从耦合静电场能量关系出发，建立了系统的动态模型．在此基础上，以灵敏度、分辨率和动态响应为优化目标，通过目标规划法，构建了系统的多目标优化模型．利用遗传算法进行优化求解，并与序列二次规划法的优化解进行了对比分析，研究结果表明，这2种算法均能成功地求解优化问题，但遗传算法可得到设计者更为满意的多目标有效解．研究工作为进一步利用遗传算法的随机性和潜在并行性进行系统的Pareto多目标优化提供了基础．     

丁二烯聚合铁系催化剂的磁性分析

丁二烯聚合铁系催化剂FeCl_3-Phen-Al(i-Bu)_3的磁化率和紫外可见光谱测定结果表明,三氯化铁与乙酸乙酯(EA)形成高自旋络合物FeCl_3·(EA)_2;FeCl_3·(EA)_2-Al(i-Bu)_3体系显强铁磁性;Phen有稳定Fe(Ⅱ)、显著降低铁磁性的作用。     

Al_2（SO_4）_3／γ－Al_2O_3单层分散状态及其对丁烯齐聚反应活性的

用ＸＲＤ、ＴＧ、热重氨吸附法等手段，测定了Ａｌ_２（ＳＯ_４）_３／γ－Ａｌ_２Ｏ_３中单层分散相与Ａｌ_２（ＳＯ_４）_３担载量之间的关系，测定了表面单层最大分散量一阈值。其与用密置单层模型计算所得值接近，这为Ａｌ_２（ＳＯ_４）_３在γ－Ａｌ_２Ｏ_３上单层分散行为提供了证据，且将该催化剂的表面行为与其对丁烯齐聚反应活性进行了关联。
