针对纳米流体在微小尺度传热领域的应用,在常压下对微槽道中纳米流体的流动沸腾临界热流密度进行实验研究。分别以体积浓度为0.2%、0.5%的水基Al2O3纳米流体为工质进行试验,研究不同质量流速、槽道尺寸以及体积浓度等因素对沸腾CHF的影响。对比水为工质实验结果,表明:槽道尺寸、质量流速对于水-Al2O3纳米流体和纯水的CHF影响一致。其它参数一定的工况下,纳米流体CHF比纯水大,且随着纳米流体体积浓度增大,出口壁面过热度会增大。最后介绍一个微槽道沸腾CHF的预测模型,在评价其不足的基础上提出一个关于CHF的预测公式,与实验数据进行对比,验证该公式的适用性。 相似文献

<正>Phase mismatching for third-harmonic generation(THG) in barium metaborate(BBO) crystal is investigated in detail.Upon using BBO crystal in the TypeⅠ(oo→e) scheme,in the two independent planes (principal section of the crystal and the plane normal to principal section),when the input second-harmonic beam deviates from the expected direction,phase mismatching occurs and the angle deviation produces different effects on the conversion efficiency.We numerically simulate these two cases of phase mismatching and identify the relation between the conversion efficiency and the deviation angle in the air.The computational results indicate that the phase matching tolerance in the principal section is 0.2°(in the air),while the phase matching tolerance in the plane normal to principal section is 4.5°(in the air).After conducting a lab experiment,the results agree perfectly with the computational results,indicating that the deviation angle in the principal section has a greater effect on the conversion efficiency. 相似文献

The poly(styrene-b-butadiene-b-styrene) (SBS) triblock copolymer and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) were blended and irradiated by γ rays to prepare shape memory polymer (SMP). Different weight fractions of conductive carbon black (CB) were filled into SMP to form a novel electroactive shape memory CB/SBS/LLDPE composite. The CB reinforced radiation cross-linked SBS/LLDPE blends for the improvement of the mechanical weakness and conductivity of SBS/LLDPE bulk and for wide practical engineering uses. The electroactive shape memory CB/SBS/LLDPE composites were investigated by electrical properties, mechanical, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and electroactive shape memory effects. It is found that the tensile strength, storage modulus, and resistance against mechanical and thermal mechanical cycle loading in the developed composites increased due to the role of reinforcement of CB. The melting temperatures and volume resistance of the composites decreased with the increment of CB for excellent electrical conductivity of CB. The electroactive shape memory effects of developed CB/SBS/LLDPE composites were affected by CB weight fractions and applied voltage, while good shape recovery could be obtained in the shape recovery test. When the CB fraction is more than 5 wt%, full recovery can be observed after tens of seconds and shape recovery speed increased with CB fractions and voltage increasing. Based on our 2D BEM software THBEM2 which can be applied to the simulation of an elastic body with randomly distributed identical
circular holes, a scheme of BEM for the simulation of elastic bodies with randomly distributed circular inclusions is proposed.
The numerical examples given show that the boundary element method is more accurate and more effective than the finite element
method for such a problem. The scheme presented can also be successfully used to estimate the effective elastic properties
of composite materials.

In this essay, the influences of low frequency ultrasound (20 kHz) on dewater ability and anaerobic digestion behaviors of activated sewage sludge, obtained from Yangzi Water Treatment Plant, Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation, were discussed. Ultrasound pretreatment could enhance the filtration progress and decrease the moisture content of the sludge from 99% to 80%. Together with flocculant, the ultrasound pretreatment decreased the specific filtration resistance (SFR) of the sludge from 3.59 x 10(12) m/kg to 1.18 x 10(12) m/kg and saved about 25-50% of the flocculant dosage. Bound water of the sludge was measured by dilatometer. After 2-4 min treatment of ultrasound under intensity of 400 W/m(2), the bound water of sludge decreased from 16.7 g/g (dry base) to above 2.0 g/g (dry base). Ultrasound pretreatment could also enhance digestion and reduce digestion time. To the same resolution ratio, such as 49%, the digestion time of sludge with ultrasound pretreatment was 7 days less than that without ultrasound. Proper ultrasound pretreatment could also improve the dewater ability of the digested sludge, the final moisture of which was 73.7%. 相似文献

The effect of Al substitution for Fe on crystal structure, magnetostriction and spontaneous magnetostriction, anisotropy and
spin reorientation of a series of polycrystalline Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x
Alx)1.95 alloys (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35) at room temperature and 77 K was investigated systematically. It was found
that the primary phase of Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x
Alx)1.95 is the MgCu2-type cubic Laves phase structure when x < 0.4 and the lattice constant a of Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x
Alx)1.95 increases approximately and monotonically with the increase of x. The substitution of Al leads to the fact that the magnetostriction λ inceases slightly in a low magnetic field (H ⩽ 40 kA/m), but decreases sharply and is easily close to saturation in a high applied field as x increases, showing that a small amount of Al substitution is beneficial to a decrease in the magnetocrystalline anisotropy.
It was also found that the spontaneous magnetostriction λ
111 decreases greatly with x increasing. The analysis of the M?ssbauer spectra indicated that the easy magnetization direction in the {110} plane deviates
slightly from the main axis of symmetry with the changes of composition and temperature, namely spin reorientation. A small
amount of non-magnetic phase exists for x = 0.15 in Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x
Alx)1.95 alloys and the alloys become paramagnetic for x > 0.15 at room temperature, but at 77 K the alloys still remain magnetic phase even for x = 0.2. At room temperature and 77 K, the hyperfine field decreases and the isomer shifts increase with Al concentration increasing. 相似文献
