Joint remote preparation of an arbitrary three-qubit state via EPR-type pairs

In this work, we propose a scheme to realize a joint remote preparation of an arbitrary three-qubit state using six EPR-type pairs as the shared quantum resource. By determining the right measurement bases for the preparers and right ancilla-assisted unitary transformation/recovery operations for the receiver, our scheme applies to the most general case when all the coefficients of the state to be prepared and the EPR-type pairs are complex. The total success probability is found to be dependent only on the “smaller” coefficients of the EPR-type pairs shared between the receiver and one of the preparers.     

新型农村社会养老保险的试点调查——以肥东县为例

通过对肥东县新农保试点地的考察,总结了肥东县在推进新农保过程中的成功经验,如准备充分、工作细致、实行全程代理服务以及进行了比较完善的制度设计。但是肥东县在推进新农保过程中仍然存在农户对政策的了解程度低、选择的参保额度低、政府财政补贴低等现象,这就需要加大宣传、制定灵活的缴费激励制度、建立基础养老金待遇正常增长机制以及发展农村经济来予以完善。     

关于三重零特征根的梁系统的平衡解分析

针对第一阶模态主参激共振条件下的大范围直线运动梁系统,利用稳定性分析、中心流形定理和规范型理论等解析方法,给出了梁系统的初始平衡解和静态分岔解及其稳定性情况.     

Redox modulated hydrogelation of a self-assembling short peptide amphiphile

Hydrogels resulting from the self-assembly of small peptides are smart nanobiomaterials as their nanostructuring can be readily tuned by environmental stimuli such as pH,ionic strength and temperature,thereby favoring their practical applications.This work reports experimental observations of formation of peptide hydrogels in response to the redox environment.Ac-I 3 K-NH 2 is a short peptide amphiphile that readily self-assembles into long nanofibers and its gel formation occurs at concentrations of about 10 mmol/L.Introduction of a Cys residue into the hydrophilic region leads to a new molecule,Ac-I 3 CGK-NH 2,that enables the formation of disulfide bonds between self-assembled nanofibers,thus favoring cross-linking and promoting hydrogel formation.Under oxidative environment,Ac-I 3 CGK-NH 2 formed hydrogels at much lower concentrations(even at 0.5 mmol/L).Furthermore,the strength of the hydrogels could be easily tuned by switching between oxidative and reductive conditions and time.However,AFM,TEM,and CD measurements revealed little morphological and structural changes at molecular and nano dimensions,showing no apparent influence arising from the disulfide bond formation.     

基于KQGIS平台的城镇地籍更新调查数据库建设与关键技术研究

以北京苍穹KQGIS为建库平台,建立河南省罗山县城镇地籍更新调查数据库.介绍了其主要环节和关键技术.首先阐述了城镇地籍更新调查数据库建设工作,包括建库前数据的准备、数据格式转换、数据整理入库及成果提交等方面.之后研究分析建库过程中出现的关键技术问题,实现了地籍成果科学的存储与管理,达到快速查询、更新、统计、空间分析以及数据发布和资源共享等目的.

Poly(4,8‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy)benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene vinylene): Synthesis,optical and photovoltaic properties

A new benzodithiophene (BDT)‐based polymer, poly(4,8‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy)benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene vinylene) (PBDTV), was synthesized by Pd‐catalyzed Stille‐coupling method. The polymer is soluble in common organic solvents and possesses high thermal stability. PBDTV film shows a broad absorption band covering from 350 nm to 618 nm, strong photoluminescence peaked at 545 nm and high hole mobility of 4.84 × 10^?3 cm²/Vs. Photovoltaic properties of PBDTV were studied by fabricating the polymer solar cells based on PBDTV as donor and PC₇₀BM as acceptor. With the weight ratio of PBDTV: PC₇₀BM of 1:4 and the active layer thickness of 65 nm, the power conversion efficiency of the device reached 2.63% with V_oc = 0.71 V, I_sc = 6.46 mA/cm², and FF = 0.57 under the illumination of AM1.5, 100 mW/cm². © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 高校体育弱势群体的成因与教学策略

从高校体育弱势群体的现状出发,运用文献资料法和逻辑推理法对体育弱势群体形成的原因进行了分析.研究表明:学生自身身体、生理、心理方面是内在原因;学校体育课程管理、体育教学内容和形式、体育教师、体育成绩评定等是外在原因.针对成因提出了采用适时进行思想教育、多种角度激励、精选教学内容、因材施教、采用多元化评价等教学策略,以维护高校体育弱势群体体育权益,体现体育教育公平.     

外磁场对铁磁双层膜自旋波能带的影响

研究了在外磁场作用下铁磁双层薄膜材料中自旋波的本征值问题.采用界面重参数化方法,在周期性边界条件下,严格求解系统的三种本征模,并给出横向自旋波取全部值的能带结构图,讨论了外磁场对自旋波能带的影响.
