“新启蒙”少儿阅读活动的实践与研究

分析了公共图书馆开展少儿阅读活动的现状,阐述了邗江区图书馆"新启蒙"少儿阅读活动的具体实践,指出了未来邗江区图书馆开展少儿阅读推广活动的方向。     

高职院校工程造价专业课程评价探讨

课程评价是高职院校课程实践和课程改革中不可忽视的环节。目前高职院校课程理论研究远远落后于课程实践,课程评价研究尤为滞后,因此,开展课程评价研究对于指导高职课程建设、提高课程建设质量十分必要。该文通过对课程评价含义、评价原则、评价主体、评价方法、评价手段等几个侧面问题的探讨,结合该研究者所在学校开展的项目化课程改革研究成果,提出了构建高职院校工程造价专业课程评价体系的思路,以期为高职工程造价专业课程评价改革提供实践依据。     

电子资源对图书馆的挑战

目前,电子资源在现代图书馆馆藏资源中所占的比例越来越大,日益成为读者研究、学习的重要信息来源。电子资源的应用在提升现代图书馆服务能力和水平的同时,也给图书馆带来了前所未有的挑战。就电子资源对用户信息行为模式、馆藏发展模式、资源定价、资源采购与资源管理等方面的挑战进行了探讨。     

刺纹车轮虫 18S rDNA 克隆与序列分析

首次对刺纹车轮虫(TrichodinacentrostrigataBasson,VanAs & Paperna, 1983)进行了 18S rDNA 的克隆测序并分析，研究结果显示：刺纹车轮虫是一种具有辐射状中央颗粒的淡水车轮虫，具有相对较高的 GC 含量而位于分子系统树的顶枝，它与海水环境中的车轮虫具有较高的序列相似性及较近的遗传距离从而聚为一枝。研究提示刺纹车轮虫具有较强的宿主适应性，在系统进化中分化较晚并与海水种类具有较近的亲缘关系；此外，车轮虫的同源性与 18S rDNA序列相似性、遗传距离具明显相关性，GC 含量与分子支序树分枝具有明显相关性。
     

高速电主轴热特性仿真与实验研究

对高速电主轴温度场分布随转速的变化规律进行了研究。通过在外壳上布置一定数量的温度传感器,对不同转速下的外壳温度进行实时测量,并将实验结果与ANSYS的模拟结果进行对比,验证了采用在电主轴外壳上布置多个测点测量与仿真相结合的方法来预测电主轴内部温度场分布的可行性;另外还分析了在不同转速下,高速电主轴关键部位的温升,仿真结果表明:主轴在6000~10000 r/min时,温升呈线性增加,在大于10000 r/min后,温升以指数规律增加。     

基于变分不等式的多商品流供应链网络模型

针对多商品流的供应链网络均衡问题，考虑电子商务对供应链网络的影响，得到了制造商、零售商及需求市场的均衡条件，利用变分不等式形式把供应链网络均衡模型表述出来，得到了系统均衡的模型，利用拟牛顿法，得到了具多商品流的供应链网络均衡模型的求解方法。 用具体的数值算例验证了模型的合理性。
     

Metabolic profiles of dioscin in rats revealed by ultra‐performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry

Dioscin (DIS), one of the most abundant bioactive steroidal saponins in Dioscorea sp., is used as a complementary medicine to treat coronary disease and angina pectoris in China. Although the pharmacological activities and pharmacokinetics of DIS have been well demonstrated, information regarding the final metabolic fates is very limited. This study investigated the in vivo metabolic profiles of DIS after oral administration by ultra‐performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry method. The structures of the metabolites were identified and tentatively characterized by means of comparing the molecular mass, retention time and fragmentation pattern of the analytes with those of the parent compound. A total of eight metabolites, including seven phase I and one phase II metabolites, were detected and tentatively identified for the first time. Oxidation, deglycosylation and glucuronidation were found to be the major metabolic processes of the compound in rats. In addition, a possible metabolic pathway on the biotransformation of DIS in vivo was proposed. This study provides valuable and new information on the metabolism of DIS, which will be helpful for further understanding its mechanism of action. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Real-time phase measurement and correction of dynamic multimode beam using a single spatial light modulator

In this Letter,a novel system for adaptively correcting the phase of a dynamic multimode beam is proposed.While using merely one spatial light modulator,the phase measurement of the first-order diffraction pattern and the correction of the zeroth diffraction order are simultaneously realized.The real-time experimental result is obtained at a control rate of 10 Hz.The power-in-the-bucket value is improved from 38.5%to 61.8%,even with fundamental mode content that is consistently below 30%.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first implementation of real-time adaptive correction of the entire multimode beam.     

基于Android 的拼接屏智能移动控制系统

为更好满足用户对大屏幕显示内容进行实时控制的需求, 开发了一款新颖的在Android 系统上对拼接屏进行图形化操作控制的智能移动控制系统, 并提出一种基于世界坐标的智能布局算法, 实现了客户端编辑模式下图像的智能布局。客户端与服务器使用socket 编程建立TCP 通信。该系统在多个城市得到广泛应用, 取得了良好的社会效益与经济效益。
