Asymptotics of Dirichlet Spectrum on Some Class of Noncompact Domains

We investigate the asymptotic behaviour of the counting function of Dirichlet eigenvalues on some class of noncompact manifolds. We prove that in cases when the volume or the perimeter (the volume of the boundary) of the manifold is infinite, some additional (nonclassical) terms appear in the precise asymptotics. The coefficients at the classical terms in those are regularized in some special way volume (resp. perimeter) of the manifold.     

Hille and Nehari type criteria for third-order dynamic equations

In this paper, we extend the oscillation criteria that have been established by Hille [E. Hille, Non-oscillation theorems, Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. 64 (1948) 234-252] and Nehari [Z. Nehari, Oscillation criteria for second-order linear differential equations, Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. 85 (1957) 428-445] for second-order differential equations to third-order dynamic equations on an arbitrary time scale T, which is unbounded above. Our results are essentially new even for third-order differential and difference equations, i.e., when T=R and T=N. We consider several examples to illustrate our results.     

Special features of magnetic susceptibility dispersion in nanocrystalline magnets

It is demonstrated theoretically that the initial (both elastic and viscous) magnetic susceptibility components for nanocrystalline magnets caused by the processes of rotations (in the region of linear response) have resonant rather than relaxation character typical already for the susceptibility component caused by displacements of domain boundaries. __________ Translated from Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii, Fizika, No. 6, pp. 88–92, June, 2007.     

煤吸附解吸电磁改性及定量分析

用容量法对焦作朱村矿变质无烟煤在不同频率的交变电磁场中吸附解吸特征进行了研究。实验结果表明：不同频率的交变电磁场作用下，煤吸附C02、N2仍旧符合Langmiur方程；交变电磁场减弱了煤的吸附能力，减小了吸附常数b值，但饱和吸附量(a值)基本上不变．是典型的表面改性现象，并从量的角度分析其改性的程度。

纳洛酮对大鼠脑外伤后神经细胞凋亡的影响

目的：采用Feeney法自由落体撞击脑损伤动物模型，观察纳洛酮对脑外伤后神经细胞凋亡和脑水肿的影响。方法：90只大鼠分为实验组及对照组，在损伤后15、60min及24h分别予纳洛酮或生理盐水，损伤后第5d断头处死大鼠，TUNEL法测定神经细胞原位凋亡情况，测定损伤侧大脑半球含水理以及光镜下观察细胞形态学改变。结果：与对照组比较，大鼠脑外伤后15及60min静注纳洛酮可保护神经细胞，减少凋亡率，减轻脑水肿；而外伤后24h给药，神经细胞凋亡率以及脑水肿无显著性差异。结论；研究结果提示纳洛酮作为阿片受体的拮抗剂有保护大鼠脑外伤后神经细胞的作用，但应在外伤后尽早用药。
