分析了高校商业贿赂的原因、表现形式及危害,提出了治理高校商业贿赂的对策。     

q←q~(-1)对称的非广延熵描述下的正则玻色子系综

将Abe引入的q q-1对称变形熵应用于玻色子的正则系综,根据最大熵原理和Lagrange乘子法,导出了系统的密度算子,进而在微变形的条件下求出了粒子数算符的期望值及其在高温、低温下的近似值。     

MOCVD生长的GaN单晶膜透射光谱研究

采用MOCVD技术在Al2O3(0001)衬底上生长了GaN薄膜，使用透射光谱、光致发光光谱和X射线双晶衍射三种技术测试了五类GaN薄膜样品，实验结果表明：GaN薄膜透射谱反映出的GaN质量与X射线双晶衍射测量的结果一致，即透射率越大，半高宽越小，结晶质量越好；而X射线双晶衍射峰半高宽最小的样品，其PL谱的带边峰却很弱，这说明PL谱反映样品的光学性能与X射线双晶衍射获得的结晶质量不存在简单的对应关系，同时还报导了一种特殊工艺生长的高阻GaN样品的RBS／沟道结果。     

《墨经》中的语用学浅探

目前，研究《墨经》中的语言逻辑，尤其是语用学，有一定的现实价值。《墨经》中的语用学主要考虑语境对语义的影响，研究语境如时空、可能性、认知关系等对语性结构、语义的影响。     

Enhanced hardness in B-doped ZnO thin films on fused quartz substrates by pulsed-laser deposition

B-doped ZnO thin films have been fabricated on fused quartz substrates using boron-ZnO mosaic target by pulsed-laser deposition technique, and the mechanical properties have been studied by nanoindentation continuous stiffness measurement technique and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Nanoindentation measurement revealed that the hardness of B-doped ZnO films, 9.32 ± 0.90 to 12.10 ± 1.00 GPa, is much greater than that of undoped ZnO films and very close to that of traditional semiconductor Si. The mean transmittance (%) is larger than 81% in the visible range (380-780 nm) for all the films, and the Hall effect measurement showed that the carrier density is around 2 × 10²⁰ cm⁻³ and the resistivity lower than 3 × 10⁻³ Ω cm. TEM characteristics show undoped thin films have more amorphous area between grains while the B-doped ZnO films have thin grain boundaries. We suggest that the grain boundaries act as the strain compensation sites and the decrease in thickness of grain boundaries enhances the hardness of the B-doped ZnO films.     

Design and Fabrication of 1.06 μm Resonant-Cavity Enhanced Reflective Modulator with GaInAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

A resonant-cavity enhanced reflective optical modulator is designed and fabricated, with three groups of three highly strained InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells in the cavity, for low voltage and high contrast ratio operation. The quantum wells are positioned in antinodes of the optical standing wave. The modulator is grown in a single growth step in an molecular beam epitaxy system, using GaAs/AlAs distributed Bragg reflectors as both the top and bottom mirrors. Results show that the reflection device has a modulation extinction of 3 dB at -4.5 V bias.     

Phenylene vinylene‐based electroluminescent polymers with electron transport block in the main chain

We report a new route for the design of soluble phenylene vinylene (PV) based electroluminescent polymers bearing electron‐deficient oxadizole (OXD) and triazole (TZ) moieties in the main chains with the aryloxy linkage. Both series of the PV‐based polymers were prepared by Wittig reaction. By properly adjusting the OXD and/or TZ content through copolymerization, we can achieve an enhanced balance of hole‐ and electron injections, such that the device efficiency is significantly improved. Light‐emitting diodes fabricated from P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7 with the configuration of Indium–Tin Oxide (ITO)/Poly (styrene sulfonic acid) doped poly (ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT)/polymer/Ca/Al, emit bright green light with the maximum peak around 500 nm. For the device using the optimal polymer (P4) as emitting layer, a maximum brightness of 1300 cd/m² at 20 V and a maximum luminance efficiency of 0.325 cd/A can be obtained. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 喷丝头组合花板的真空熔炼

化纤生产行业的粘胶，经过装在组合花板上的喷丝头在酸浴里形成化学纤维。粘胶为碱性物质，酸浴的化学成份为稀硫酸、磷酸，酸浴温度为57℃左右，组合花板内压力为10kg／cm^2，要求组合花板材料在有足够的强度下，具有高耐腐蚀性能。
