This work describes a nuclear facility forin vivo prompt gamma activation analysis (IVPGAA) using a moderated neutron beam from a 0.1 W Tsing-Hua Mobile Educational Reactor (THMER). The IVPGAA measurement is a new technique for toxic cadmium determination in organs, which can efficiently be used in clinical diagnosis. The low-power nuclear reactor provides a total neutron flux of 3.3·104 n·cm–2·s–1 on the surface of the central vertical neutron beam tube to which a liquid phantom is positioned. The capability of such partial-body irradiation facility is demonstrated. The detection limit of cadmium in the left kidney for a skin dose equivalent of 1.66 mSv (166 mrem) was 1.34 mg in a 500-s irradiation/counting period, and the sensitivity in the left kidney was 103 counts mg–1·mSv–1. The performance of IVPGAA system using the THMER nuclear facility therefore has the advantages of mobility and feasibility with high sensitivity under low neutron and gamma doses. 相似文献

Bis(dicyclohexylammonium) bis(2,6-pyridinedicarboxylato)dibutylstannate is assigned seven-fold coordination at tin on the basis of its 119Sn CP/MAS NMR chemical shift (δ=−424.9 ppm). The assignment has been corroborated by a crystal structure determination of its monohydrate, whose tin atom has the trans -C2SnNO4 pentagonal bipyramidal [Sn–C=2.040(9), 2.067(8) Å; C–Sn–C =168.9(5)°] geometry. One 2,6-pyridine- dicarboxylato group chelates to the tin atom (Sn–O=2.234(4), 2.260(4); Sn–N =2.279(5) Å) whereas the other binds through only one carboxyl –CO2 end (Sn–O=2.416(5), 2.441(5) Å). Hydrogen bonds link the cation and the stannate into a linear chain parallel to the b -axis. The lattice water molecule is hydrogen-bonded to the free carboxyl end. The anhydrous compound showed higher in vitro antitumor activity than those of carboplatin and cisplatin when screened against breast (MCF-7, EVSAT), colonic (WiDr), ovarian (IGROV) and renal (A498) carcinoma, and melanoma (M19 MEL) cell lines. © 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Dearomatization of anthranils with vinylcyclopropanes (VCPs) by Pd‐catalyzed [4+3] cyclization reaction has been realized. In the presence of a catalytic amount of borane as an activator, bridged cyclic products were obtained in good to excellent yields with excellent stereoselectivities. By introducing a chiral PHOX ligand ( L5 ), asymmetric dearomatization reactions of anthranils with vinylcyclopropanes proceeded with excellent enantioselectivity. Borane plays a key role for the reactivity, likely owing to the formation of a borane–anthranil complex which has been confirmed by NMR experiments. 相似文献

This study proposed a novel technology, which uses exposed technology with ultraviolet light‐emitting‐diode (UV‐LED) arrays and the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) magnetic flexible soft mold imprint technology, to develop exposed equipments with UV‐LED arrays. This study used magnetic soft mold imprint technology to replicate the structure of microlens, providing a more effective alternative for imprint technology and application. The measurement results showed that PDMS with magnetic iron powder can precisely cast mold to replicate the structures of microlens. Electromagnetic plates were used to control even imprinting with magnetic force, in order to fill the mold of micro‐structure of the photo‐resist. Magnetic iron powder was added to PDMS to produce composite material, which can effectively avoid the transformation of pure PDMS during soft mold imprinting, and increase mechanical strength. Magnetic PDMS soft mold is easy to make, and the casting time is short, so that costs can be effectively reduced. Also with advantages of less free energy on its surface, and unlikely to adhere to the photo‐resist during imprinting, it can be combined with electromagnetic plates evenly to control the magnetic soft mold.
