四能级原子系统中量子相干增强的Kerr非线性效应的研究

应用密度矩阵方程计算了四能级原子系统中三阶非线性极化率随信号光和探针光频率失谐的变化关系。结果表明，由于量子干涉对信号光强度的敏感性，使四能级原子介质的交叉Kerr非线性作用大大增强，与三能级系统相比，四能级原子介质的Kerr非线性系数可增强两个数量级。

Study on Inhibitors of Methionine Synthase Ⅷ: Synthesis of 2,5-Diamino-4-oxo-6- (3-butenyl) pyrimidine

Cobalamin-dependent methionine synthase plays a crucial role in folate metabolism and such would appear to be an excellent target for rational antifolate drug design. However, to date, no anticancer agents directed at this enzyme are available, but the enzyme is efficiently and specifically inhibited by N2O and this has proven invaluable for evaluating the biochemical consequence of enzyme inhibition and for mechanistic studies. [1,2] 2,5-Diamino-4-oxo-6-(3-butenyl) pyrimidine, a key intermediate in synthetic inhibitors of methionine synthase, was first synthesized using γbutenyl-β-ketoester and guanidine carbonate (Scheme 1). [3]     

Damage and fracture evaluation of granular composite materials by digital image correlation method

This paper presents the applications of digital image correlation technique to the mesoscopic damage and fracture study of some granular based composite materials including steelfiber reinforced concrete, sandstone and crystal-polymer composite. The deformation fields of the composite materials resulted from stress localization were obtained by the correlation computation of the surface images with loading steps and thus the related damage prediction and fracture parameters were evaluated. The correlation searching could be performed either directly based on the gray levels of the digital images or from the wavelet transform (WT) coefficients of the transform spectrum. The latter was developed by the authors and showed higher resolution and sensitivity to the singularity detection. Because the displacement components came from the rough surfaces of the composite materials without any coats of gratings or fringes of optical interferometry, both surface profiles and the deformation fields of the composites were visualized which was helpful to compare each other to analyze the damage of those heterogeneous materials. 现代工程图学教学方法及教学手段的研究与实践

根据现代工程图学课程特点及学生学习本门课程存在的问题,通过对传统教学和多媒体教学的利弊分析,提出了传统教学与多媒体教学有机结合是现代工程图学课堂教学有效的教学模式的观点,介绍了适应课堂教学的多媒体课件的制作方法.同时,提出了网络教学是远程学习、选修课学习和课外学习有效的教学模式的观点,介绍了网络教学的特点、教学方法及现代工程图学网络教学系统的内容.     

外向型汉英词典中文化局限词的翻译

根据外向型双语词典编纂的相关理论，采用实证研究的方法，对国内现行的五本汉英词典中文化局限词的翻译进行总结分析后发现：文化局限词的翻译存在缺乏对应词或提供的对应词不足，未给需要注释的对应词添加注释，相关文化背景信息、语用信息、用法标注不足，缺少例证、插图和参见系统等问题，并根据词典学提出了相应的解决方案。     

Determination of optical nonlinearities in Cu(mpo)2 by Z-scan technique

The optical nonlinearities of Cu(mpo)₂ [formula = C₁₀H₈N₂CuO₂S₂] complex have firstly been investigated by using the Z-scan technique with a nanosecond-pulsed Nd:YAG laser at its second harmonic (532 nm) radiation. The nonlinear optical absorption and refraction coefficients of Cu(mpo)₂ have been measured with the different on-axial peak irradiances I ₀ at the waist ranging from 0.48 to 5.66 GW/cm². The nonlinear transmittance characteristics exhibit the near resonant two-photon absorption (TPA) at 532 nm and are explained by a population redistribution model. The nonlinear absorption originates from the near resonant TPA while the mechanism of the nonlinear refraction is the near resonant TPA transition enhancement. The linear increasing dependences of the optical nonlinearities on the incident irradiance arise from the population redistribution due to the near resonant TPA.

Study on the Chemical Constituent from the Seed of Litchi chinensis Sonn.

Seed of Litchi chinensis Sonn. is a traditional Chinese medicine, having curative effects on gastric disease, diabetes,and relieving pain.[1] Two new compounds 4-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid butyl ester (1) and 3-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid butyl ester (2), along with five known compounds: 5-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid butyl ester (3),[2] 3-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid methyl ester (4),[3] n-butyl-1-β-D-fructopyranoside (5),[4] D-1-O-methylmyo-inositol (6)[5] and 1H-imidazole-2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (7)[5] were isolated and purified from the ethanol extracts of the seed of L.chinensis Sonn. Their structures, shown in Figure 1, were elucidated by ESI-MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR, including 2DNMR spectroscopy.
