基于2,5-二(4′-甲酰基苯基)苯乙烯的螺旋链光学活性聚合物的合成与表征

通过2,5-二溴苯乙烯与对甲酰基苯硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应得到2,5-二(4′-甲酰基苯基)苯乙烯.在催化剂量的冰乙酸存在下,与光学纯的(S)-(-)-α-甲基苄胺或(R)-(+)-α-甲基苄胺发生缩和反应,得到了一对手性非外消旋单体,(+)-2,5-二{4-′[(N-(S)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯和(-)-2,5-二{4′-[(N-(R)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯.以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)或过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,经自由基溶液聚合得到光学活性聚合物.比旋光度、紫外-可见吸收光谱以及圆二色光谱研究表明,聚合物主链可能形成了某一方向占优的稳定螺旋构象,且该螺旋构象的旋光方向与单体的旋光方向相反.聚合条件对聚合物的光学活性有很大影响,在极性较大的芳香族溶剂和较高温度下得到的聚合物具有和单体相差更大的比旋光度.侧基的手性基团脱除后,聚合物仍具有一定的旋光性,说明聚合过程中形成的螺旋手性具有一定的记忆效应.     

Ag-Cu Nanoparticles Supported on N-Doped TiO\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} Nanowire Arrays for Efficient Photocatalytic CO\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} Reduction

Photocatalytic reduction of CO\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} into various types of fuels has attracted great interest, and serves as a potential solution to addressing current global warming and energy challenges. In this work, Ag-Cu nanoparticles are densely supported on N-doped TiO\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} nanowire through a straightforward nanofabrication approach. The range of light absorption by N-doped TiO\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} can be tuned to match the plasmonic band of Ag nanoparticles, which allows synergizing a resonant energy transfer process with the Schottky junction. Meanwhile, Cu nanoparticles can provide active sites for the reduction of CO\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} molecules. Remarkably, the performance of photocatalytic CO\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} reduction is improved to produce CH\begin{document}$_4$\end{document} at a rate of 720 \begin{document}$\mu$\end{document}mol\begin{document}$\cdot$\end{document}g\begin{document}$^{-1}$\end{document}\begin{document}$\cdot$\end{document}h\begin{document}$^{-1}$\end{document} under full-spectrum irradiation.     

非超临界干燥法制备SiO2气凝胶

应用廉价的国产硅溶胶为原料，通过凝胶过程和干燥过程条件的选择，以非超临界干燥技术最终获得了块状SiO2气凝胶.该气凝胶外观状态与应用正硅酸乙酯为原料制得的完全一致，其微观结构也相当良好，其直径和孔分布均匀.溶液的配比和pH对凝胶过程和气凝胶样品的密度有比较明显的影响，同时pH值与SiO2的粒径之间也有一定的关系.依据制备条件的变化，所得SiO2气凝胶的密度约在200～400 kg•m－3，比表面在250～300 m2•g－1之间变化，平均孔径约为11～20 nm，而孔隙率在91％左右.     

特大断面砂质板岩隧道Ⅴ级围岩变形时空效应

为探明特大断面砂质板岩隧道Ⅴ级围岩时空效应规律,进而为类似隧道工程提供系统性借鉴,通过现场监控量测及大数据回归分析方法研究特大断面砂质板岩隧道Ⅴ级围岩变形时空效应。结果表明:隧道开挖,施做初期支护后,拱顶沉降及洞室围岩水平收敛过程分为3个阶段,分别为急剧变形阶段、缓慢变形阶段、稳定阶段;隧道开挖,施做初期支护25 d后,是施做二次衬砌最佳时机;隧道结构体系与掌子面空间距离约3倍洞径时,是施做二次衬砌最佳时机,且Ⅴ级围岩二衬距离掌子面距离不应大于50 m。     

出土简帛与孟子研究新进展

孟子是儒学重镇,其思想涉及多个方面,在长期不同角度的研读中既有一致又有争议。最近出土的简帛对孟子思想的研读有重要推进,它既使部分共识得以深化、又使部分争议得以澄清,了解出土简帛对于全面而深刻把握孟子思想是十分必要的。     

区域经济与生态环境协调发展宏观监测方法及应用

文章通过对区域经济增长与生态环境变化态势之间关系的系统数理统计分析,确定区域经济增长与生态环境变化相互影响的作用因子,以建立对区域经济增长与生态环境统筹协调发展进行宏观监测的指标体系和数学模型.并以安徽淮河流域为例,进行实证研究,结果证明该区域经济与生态环境的发展是协调的.     

Bifunctional Fluorescent Probe for Sequential Sensing of Thiols and Primary Aliphatic Amines in Distinct Fluorescence Channels

Thiols and primary aliphatic amines (PAA) are ubiquitous and extremely important species in biological systems. They perform significant interplaying roles in complex biological events. A single fluorescent probe differentiating both thiols and PAA can contribute to understanding the intrinsic inter‐relationship of thiols and PAA in biological processes. Herein, we rationally constructed the first fluorescent probe that can respond to thiols and PAA in different fluorescence channels. The probe exhibited a high selectivity and sensitivity to thiols and PAA. In addition, it displayed sequential sensing ability when the thiols and PAA coexisted. The application experiments indicated that the probe can be used for sensing thiols and PAA in human blood serum. Moreover, the fluorescence imaging of endogenous thiols and PAA as well as antihypertensive drugs captopril and amlodipine in living cells were successfully conducted.     

HI—V族化合物半导体的高能重离子辐照缺陷研究·

用正电子湮没寿命谱技术研究了2.4×1O15/cm2、2.2×1016/cm2注量的85MeV19F离子辐照N型GaP和1.6×1016/cm 2注量的85MeV19F离子辐照P型InP所产生的辐照缺陷.结果表明:两种注量辐照在GaP中均产生较高浓度的单空位.其浓度随着辐照注量的增大而增加;辐照也在InP中产生较高浓度的单空位.     

Preparation and application of functionalized nanoparticles of CdSe capped with 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid as a fluorescence probe

A new fluorescence probe, CdSe nanocrystal has been prepared and modified with 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid [HS-(CH₂)₁₀-COOH]. The functionalized nanoparticles were characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The results demonstrate that CdSe is dispersed homogeneously in aqueous solution and well protected from the environmental oxygen. They can be used as a new fluorescence probe for lysozyme, which was simple, rapid and specific. Under the optimum condition, the response is linearly proportional to the amount of lysozyme from 0.20 to 26.0 μg ml⁻¹, and the limit of detection is 0.115 μg ml⁻¹. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of lysozyme in egg white, with the recovery of 96-105%.
