2-甲氨基-5-(2-芳氧吡啶-3-基)-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物的合成与荧光性质研究

设计合成了一系列未见文献报道的2-甲氨基-5-(2-芳氧吡啶-3-基)-1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物,其结构均经过1HNMR,IR和元素分析表征.测定了其荧光性能,结果显示此类化合物具有较好的荧光性,其荧光发射波长在384～390nm范围,最大荧光量子产率为0.12.     

Conversion efficiency enhanced photovoltaic device with nanohole arrays in antireflection coating layer

In this paper, the authors introduce an enhanced photovoltaic device with nanohole arrays only in its antireflection coating. These nanoholes can improve light trapping efficiency as well as photoelectric conversion efficiency of the device. The authors analyze the light absorption of the devices with nanohole arrays by Finite-Difference Time Domain method and calculate the photoelectric conversion efficiency. The results show that the nanohole arrays can improve the light trapping more efficiently than the Si₃N₄ antireflection coating, especially, in 400-600 nm spectral range. Nanohole arrays with different characteristic parameters were fabricated in the antireflection coating layer of a Φ200 μm Si detector by using focused-ion beam system. With the optimized nanohole arrays, the enhancements factor of the experimental sample's photoelectric conversion efficiency is ~ 16% within the 400-600 nm spectral range and ~ 10% within the 400-1100 nm spectral range.     

Single-molecule conductance measurement of self-assembled organic monolayers using scanning tunneling spectroscopy in combination with statistics analysis

Based on ambient atmosphere scanning tunneling microscope (STM) technique, scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS) combined with statistics analysis was developed to investigate the single-molecule conductance of various kinds of molecules which were self-assembled on the Au (1 1 1). Conductance histograms obtained from current-voltage curves revealed well-defined peaks at integer multiples of a fundamental conductance and were used to identify the conductance of a single molecule. The conductances of saturated molecules like 1,8-octanedithol and hexanethiocyanate were found to be 0.072 × 10⁻⁴G₀ and 0.06 × 10⁻⁴G₀ respectively and 0.23 × 10⁻⁴G₀ and 0.13 × 10⁻⁴G₀ for unsaturated molecules like 5,5′-dithiol- 2,2′,5′,2″-terthiophene and 4,4′-dithio-tert(phenylene ethylene).

Preconcentration and separation of trace Pd(II) and Pt(IV) with silica gel bonded by aminopropyl-benzoylazo-4-(2-pyridyl-azo)-resorcinol

This paper reports a simple and highly selective method for preconcentrating and separating of trace Pd(II) and Pt(IV) with silica gel bonded by aminopropyl-benzoylazo-4-(2-pyridy-lazo)-resorcinol (ABPR-SG). ABPR-SG is stable in solution from 6 mol/L HCl to pH 7.0 and in common organic solvents. The maximum adsorptive capacity of Pd(n) on ABPR-SG is 362 μmol/g. After preconcentration and separation by using ABPR-SG column, Pd(II) and Pt(IV) of μg/L level in artificial water samples can be measured reliably by common spedrophotometry. The maximum concentration factors of Pd(II) and Pt(IV) on ABPR-SG column are 143 and 125 respectively. The chromatographic column packed with ABPR-SG can be reused. The method is simple and efficient.
