Fuzhuan brick-tea (FBT) is unique for a fungal fermentation stage in its manufacture process and is classified in dark tea. A new acylated flavonol glycoside, kaempferol 3-O-[E-p-coumaroyl-(→2)][α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1→3)][α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-d-glucopyranoside, which was trivially named as camellikaempferoside A (1), was isolated from FBT along with camelliquercetiside C (2). Their structures were unambiguously elucidated by combination of spectroscopic and chemical methods. Compound 1 showed anti-proliferative activity against MCF-7 and MDA–MB-231 cells with IC50 values of 7.83 and 19.16 μM, respectively. 相似文献

Two new compounds, 19-hydroxy-melodinine K (1) and melodiside (2), and 25 known compounds were isolated from leaves and twigs of Melodinus suaveolens. Their structures were elucidated based on 1- and 2-D NMR, FTIR, UV and MS spectroscopic data. 19-hydroxy-melodinine K showed cytotoxic activity against MDA-MB-231 breast, BCG-823 gastric, SW480 colon and Hela cancer cells. 相似文献

The precise synthesis of poly(thioester)s with diverse structures is still a significant challenge in the polymeric materials field. Herein, we report a novel approach to the synthesis of well‐defined poly(thioester)s by the controlled alternating copolymerization of cyclic thioanhydrides and episulfides induced by simple organic ammonium salts. Both the cation and anion have strong effects on the copolymerization. [PPN]OAc ([PPN]=bis(triphenylphosphine)iminium) with a bulky cation was proven to be efficient in initiating this polymerization, yielding poly(thioester)s with a completely alternating structure, controlled molecular weight, and narrow polydispersity. The poly(thioester) obtained from succinic thioanhydride and propylene sulfide is a typical semicrystalline material, possessing a high refractive index of up to 1.78. Because it uses readily available monomers, this method is expected to open up a new route to poly(thioester)s with diverse structures and properties. 相似文献

Single molecular nanoparticles (SMNPs) integrating imaging and therapeutic capabilities exhibit unparalleled advantages in cancer theranostics, ranging from excellent biocompatibility, high stability, prolonged blood lifetime to abundant tumor accumulation. Herein, we synthesize a sophisticated porphyrin nanocage that is further functionalized with twelve polyethylene glycol arms to prepare SMNPs ( porSMNPs ). The porphyrin nanocage embedded in porSMNPs can be utilized as a theranostic platform. PET imaging allows dynamic observation of the bio‐distribution of porSMNPs , confirming their excellent circulation time and preferential accumulation at the tumor site, which is attributed to the enhanced permeability and retention effect. Moreover, the cage structure significantly promotes the photosensitizing effect of porSMNs by inhibiting the π–π stacking interactions of the photosensitizers, ablating of the tumors without relapse by taking advantage of photodynamic therapy. 相似文献

The anode oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is known to largely limit the efficiency of electrolyzers owing to its sluggish kinetics. While crystalline metal oxides are promising as OER catalysts, their amorphous phases also show high activities. Efforts to produce amorphous metal oxides have progressed slowly, and how an amorphous structure benefits the catalytic performances remains elusive. Now the first scalable synthesis of amorphous NiFeMo oxide (up to 515 g in one batch) is presented with homogeneous elemental distribution via a facile supersaturated co‐precipitation method. In contrast to its crystalline counterpart, amorphous NiFeMo oxide undergoes a faster surface self‐reconstruction process during OER, forming a metal oxy(hydroxide) active layer with rich oxygen vacancies, leading to superior OER activity (280 mV overpotential at 10 mA cm?2 in 0.1 m KOH). This opens up the potential of fast, facile, and scale‐up production of amorphous metal oxides for high‐performance OER catalysts. 相似文献

A photoelectrochemical (PEC) cell can split water into hydrogen and oxygen with the assistance of solar illumination. However, its application is still limited by excessive bulk carrier recombination and sluggish surface oxygen evolution reaction (OER) kinetics. Taking SnS2 as an example, a promising layered optoelectronic semiconductor, Ar plasma treatment strategy was used to introduce a SnS/SnS2 P?N heterojunction and O?S bond near the surface of a SnS2 nanosheet array, simultaneously increasing the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron–hole pairs in the bulk and lowering the OER overpotential at the surface. The onset potential of the plasma‐treated SnS2 nanosheet array shifts negatively to 0.16 V, and the photocurrent density at 1.23 V vs. RHE boosts to 2.15 mA cm?2, which is 7 times that of pristine SnS2. This work demonstrates a facile plasma treatment strategy to modulate the energy band structure and surface chemical states for improved PEC performance. 相似文献

以乙酰丙酮镍、油酸、油胺为原料,十八烯为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为表面活性剂,采用溶剂热法,在不同反应条件制备了纳米级氧化镍材料.通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、透射电子显微镜(Transmission electron microscope,TEM)、紫外-可见光吸收光谱(Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,UV-Vis)光谱分析以及塔菲尔(Tafel)测试考察了反应物比例、保温时间、表面活性剂(PVP)、油胺的量对产物微结构、粒径、形貌、光学以及电化学活性性能的影响.实验结果表明:在反应物n[Ni(acac)2]∶n(OA)=1∶2、添加剂PVP质量分数为1.66%、油胺物质的量为30 mmol、200℃下保温8 h时,可获得粒径约为30~40 nm纯相氧化镍,具有最佳电化学活性,交换电流密度为J0=1.23×10-2 mA·cm-2. 相似文献

In this work a 1,2,4‐triazole derivative 1‐(4‐aminobenzyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (abtz) was utilized, one new cadmium(II) coordination polymer, namely [Cd(abtz)I2]n ( 1 ) was prepared through the powerful solvo‐thermal synthetic strategy. In compound 1 , the abtz building blocks are interlinked through the central CdII ions forming the two‐dimensional (2D) layer coordination framework. Powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) characterization also reveals that we have prepared the pure phases of coordination polymer 1 . Optical properties have been determined, which can behave the excellent photo‐luminescent emission of coordination polymer 1 . Photo‐luminescent experiment also reveals that coordination polymer 1 can behave the highly sensitive detection for acetone molecules with high Ksv value (Ksv = 4.12 ×104 L · mol–1) in the recyclable detection fashion. Additionally, coordination polymer 1 also can behave the highly sensitive detection for pollutant dichromate with excellent quenching efficiency Ksv (Ksv = 2.12 × 104 L · mol–1) and low detection limit [38 × 10–3 mM (S/N = 3)]. UV/Vis, photo‐luminescent lifetime, and PXRD patterns also have been determined to analyze the detection mechanism. 相似文献

In order to improve the antifouling performance of PVDF membrane, a novel zinc sulfide/graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride (ZnS/GO/PVDF) composite membrane was prepared by immersed phase inversion method. The surface morphology, crystal structure, photocatalytic activity, and antifouling property of the as‐prepared membranes were systematically studied. Results showed that the ZnS/GO/PVDF hybrid membranes were successfully fabricated with uniform surface. The hybrid membrane surface possessed higher hydrophilicity with water contact angle decreasing from 77.1° to 62.2°. The permeability of the hybrid membrane was therefore enhanced from 222.9 to 326.1 L/(m2 hour). Moreover, bovine serum albumin (BSA) retention experiment showed that the hybrid membrane separation was also promoted by 7.2%. The blending of ZnS and GO enhanced the hydrophilic and photocatalytic performances of PVDF membrane, which mitigated the membrane fouling effectively. This novel hybrid membrane could accelerate the practical application of photocatalytic technology in membrane separation process. 相似文献
