￣（45）Ca跨膜流动测定技术用于中药钙拮抗作用的研究

应用￣（４５）Ｃａ跨膜流动测定技术研究钙拮抗剂ｖｅｒａｐａｍｉｌ、中药西红花（ＣｒｏｃｕｓＳａｔｉｖｕｓＬ．）、“地奥心血康”（ＤＡＸＸＫ）、川红花（ＣａｒｔｈａｍｕｓｔｉｎｃｔｏｒｉｕｓＬ．）及银杏叶（ＧｉｎｋｇｏｂｉｌｏｂａＬ．）等对大鼠主动脉￣（４５）Ｃａ跨膜内流的作用，以确定其对细胞膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道影响。实验结果表明：西红花、川红花、ＤＡＸＸＫ对平滑肌细胞膜上电压依赖Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道（ＰＤＣ）和受体操纵Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道（ＲＯＣ）都有阻滞作用，并以西红花的阻滞作用最强；而银杏叶对细胞膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道无阻滞作用。     

用微弹轰击法将GUS基因导入香蕉茎尖组织细胞

用在弹轰击法将外源ＤＮＡ导入香蕉（Ｍｕｓａ，ｓｐｐ）茎尖细胞，以ＧＵＳ基因作为报告基因，用Ｘ－Ｇｌｕｃ浴液对ＧＵＳ基因表达产物进行组织化学鉴定。样品材料细胞中发现有明显的蓝色斑点，而对照则没有。实验说明用微弹轰击法可以将外源基因导入香蕉茎尖组织并在其中成功表达，这为香蕉的外源基因导入工作提供了新的有效途径．     

Effect of nonlinear wave-current interaction on flow fields and hydrodynamic forces

A fifth-order theory for solving the problem of interaction between Stokes waves and exponential profile currents is proposed. The calculated flow fields are compared with measurements. Then the errors caused by the linear superposition method and approximate theory are discussed. It is found that the total wavccurrent field consists of pure wave, pure current and interaction components. The shear current not only directly changes the flow field, but also indirectly does so by changing the wave parameters due to wave-current interaction. The present theory can predict the wave kinematics on shear currents satisfactorily. The linear superposition method may give rise to more than 40% loading error in extreme conditions. When the apparent wave period is used and the Wheeler stretching method is adopted to extrapolate the current, application of the approximate theory is the best. Spectroscopic imaging display and analysis.

A system for display of magnetic resonance (MR) spectroscopic imaging (SI) data is described which provides for efficient review and analysis of the multidimensional spectroscopic and spatial data format of this technique. Features include the rapid display of spectra from selected image voxels, formation of spectroscopic images, spectral and image data processing operations, methods for correlating spectroscopic image data with high resolution 1H MR images, and hardcopy facilities. Examples are shown for 31P and 1H spectroscopic imaging studies obtained in human and rat brain.

模糊集单调型分解定理

模糊集的分解集定理有两种形式，第一种形式与模糊集的λ—截集有关：Ａ＝其中Ａ＿λ是的λ—截集￣［１］．第二种形式与集合套有关：其中Ｈ（λ）为集合套￣［２］或者Ａ＝其中Ｈ（λ）为集合套，Ｑ为（０，１）的可列稠密子集＿［３］，．其实，这两种形式在本文提出的基本模糊集的概念下，可以统一起来成为任何模糊集可以分解为一些（可数或不可数）基本模糊集的和。不仅如此，本文还提出简单模糊集的概念，并证明了任何模糊集都可以表示成为可数个单调上升的简单模糊集的和，或等价地，可以表示成可数个单调上升的简单模糊集的极限，所用的证明方法是构造性的，所以对模糊集的结构也得出了一个清晰的认识．     

矩孔金属光栅矢量模式理论的数值计算

根据矩孔金属光栅的矢量模式理论，计算了不同入射方向，波长及偏振态情况下衍射场的分布，研究了不同光栅结构对衍射效率，偏振态变化的影响；同时，根据实际需要，加工制作了一批不同深度的矩孔光栅样品，进行了实验测量，并将计算值与实验值进行了比较，两者基本相符。     

浅谈高等医学院校物理实验室管理与建设

确立实验技术人员的地位和作用,加强对其综合素质进行培养;努力改善实验教学环境和条件,建立完善的制度,是高等医学院校物理实验室建设管理的重要环节.本文结合我校实际谈一些体会.     

Characteristics of soft magnetic composite material under rotating magnetic fluxes

This paper reports the measurement of magnetic properties of the soft magnetic composite material SOMALOY^TM 500 in a square sample under different patterns of flux density with 2D magnetic excitations. The test system, principle of measurement, magnetic power loss calculation, and methods of correction for misalignment of H surface sensing coils are presented. The experimental results show that although nominally isotropic, the SOMALOY^TM 500 sample exhibits some anisotropy. The results are useful in the design and performance analysis of rotating electrical machines.     

High temperature superconducting thin films for microwave filters

YBa₂Cu₃O_7-δ and Tl₂Ba₂CaCu₂O₈ thin films for microwave filters were synthesized by pulsed laser deposition and the two-step thalliation process. Substrate quality requirements and the relation of thin film morphology, microstructure with microwave surface resistance were discussed.
