Synthesis and cross-coupling reactions of tetraalkylammonium organotrifluoroborate salts

Treatment of organoboronic acids with hydrofluoric acid generates an in situ tetracoordinate hydronium organotrifluoroborate species which undergoes counterion exchange with tetra-n-butylammonium hydroxide. The resultant tetraalkylammonium salts are as air and moisture stable as their potassium organotrifluoroborate counterparts with the added advantage of being readily soluble in organic media. They were found to undergo Pd-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura cross-couplings with a variety of aryl- and alkenylhalides under mild conditions. Their Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling with acid halides is also possible for the generation of ketones.     

梳冬夜蛾和白边切夜蛾卵抗寒性研究

对梳冬夜蛾和白边切夜蛾卵的过冷却点、结冰点和不同低温强度及持续时间等指标的冷冻处理测定结果:梳冬夜蛾卵过冷却点为-18.76±4.09℃,结冰点为-17.7±5.02℃;白边切夜蛾卵的相应指标分别为-8.13±3.17℃和-7.15±3.09℃。两种蛾卵在一定的低温条件下,处理时间愈长,卵孵化率愈低;随着低温强度加大,卵孵化率明显降低。     

Synthesis of 14-Bromo and 14-Hydroxy Baccatin III Derviatives

Numerous efforts towards synthesis of anticancer drug paclitaxel (Taxol(r), 1a) with improved activities led to the modification at 13-phenylisoserine side chain and different positions of its core structure-baccatin III 1c1. At the same time, the activities of searching new taxoids for starting materials of new semi-synthetic paclitaxel analogs from Taxus spp. plant have not ever been stopped. 聚丙烯酰胺在硅胶表面上的吸附及其抑制的研究

聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)具有强极性,对硅胶等极性固体表面具有强烈的吸附作用,陈九顺等用4％的NaCl水溶液为淋洗液和Adamson用0.1mol/L的吗啡啉水溶液为淋洗液虽能部分解决硅胶担体对PAM样品的吸附,但他们对吸附的实质问题未进行研究,PAM等高分子化合物在固体表面上的吸附问题的研究尚处于初级阶段。

吸附式空调系统的原理及添加剂强化吸附工质性能的研究

氯化锂晶体具有很高的吸水性能，在吸附式空调制冷系统中常常被用作吸附剂。本文介绍了吸附式空调制冷系统的原理，研究了吸附剂（氯化锂）、吸附质（水汽）的性质；采用高真空吸附重量法测定氯化锂的等温吸附曲线及氯化锂吸附水汽的速率，并通过添加一种既有吸附增稠作用，又能强化氯化锂吸附性能的添加剂,改善氯化锂的等温吸附特性,降低氯化锂的再生温度。采用氯化锂混合吸附剂-水的开式旋转吸附式空调系统，具有显著的节能效果和双重杀菌功能，提供人们所喜爱的舒适空调域（室内温湿度26．7℃／50%RH），同时改善室内空气品质。     

深蚀刻二元光学元件

提出一种新颖的，蚀刻位相深度超过２π的深蚀刻二元光学技术，并从理论上分析深蚀刻二元光这元件与衍射效率的关系，然后用计算机进行模拟与分析，得到深蚀刻二元光学元件特性后一些初步研究结果。     

Phenolic and Triterpenoid Glycosides from Pyrola calliantha

Pyrocallianthasides A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), a new dimer and a new mono‐deglucosyl trimer of homoarbutin (=4‐hydroxy‐3‐methylphenyl β‐glucopyranoside), and callianthaside A ( 3 ), a new ursane‐type triterpene glycoside, together with three known phenolic glycosides and three known ursane‐type triterpenoids, were isolated from the whole plants of Pyrola calliantha. The structures of 1 – 3 were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods.
