First Total Synthesis of (±)-Kenusanone B

The first total synthesis of a natural prenylflavanone, (±)-kenusanone B (1) has been achieved by condensation of acetophenone 4 and benzaldehyde 6 followed by cyclization and deprotection. Chloromethyl methyl ether was used as a facile protecting reagent of free hydroxy groups for the synthesis of polyhydroxylated flavanones.     

A one-pot tandem synthesis of various 1,2-disubstituted benzimidazoles

A facile method to synthesize various 1,2-disubstituted benzimidazoles is developed. It is suggested that formation of a Meisenheimer adduct between the substrate, amine, and solvent aids the N-arylation process. The generality of the protocol is demonstrated by the efficient reactions involving numerous substituents ranging from electron-withdrawing groups to electron-donating groups.     

基于回归分析视频中太阳影子时空定位的研究

针对阳光下物体影子变化的过程,分析时序数据确立特定物体所在地。运用三角函数关系与太阳高度角决定公式确立影长决定公式,最小二乘法确立影长变化函数,日期时间已知时使用正午太阳高度角与逆推影长决定公式得特定物体所在地的经度和纬度,仅时间已知使引入半昼长计算公式与简便正午太阳高度角计算公式联立,得到经纬度推算出日期,最后处理视频得到影长变化数据再计算如前,通过视频中特定物体影长的变化确立视频拍摄日期与地点。     

Neutral 1D Perovskite-Type ABX3 Phase Transition Material with a Narrowband Emission and Semiconductor Property

Cyclic organic amines are emerging as excellent building blocks to assemble organic–inorganic hybrid phase transition materials due to their flexible cyclic structure. Here, we have assembled a 1D organic-inorganic hybrid dielectric material C₅H₆NOPbBr₃ ( 1 ) by alloying the cyclic organic amine 3-hydroxypyridine. 1 displays a remarkable switchable dielectric response induced by an order-disorder transformation of the organic moiety, this transformation behaviour is confirmed by DSC and Hirshfeld surface measurements. More interestingly, 1 has a narrowband emission (FWHM=4.64 nm) at 590 nm; FWHM is a major quality figure for narrowband photodetectors. In addition, 1 exhibits semiconducting properties with an indirect bandgap of 2.78 eV by the analysis of the UV-Vis absorption results.     

Improved Stabilities of Labeling Probes for the Selective Modification of Endogenous Proteins in Living Cells and In Vivo

To date, various affinity-based protein labeling probes have been developed and applied in biological research to modify endogenous proteins in cell lysates and on the cell surface. However, the reactive groups on the labeling probes are also the cause of probe instability and nonselective labeling in a more complex environment, e. g., intracellular and in vivo. Here, we show that labeling probes composed of a sterically stabilized difluorophenyl pivalate can achieve efficient and selective labeling of endogenous proteins on the cell surface, inside living cells and in vivo. As compared with the existing protein labeling probes, probes with the difluorophenyl pivalate exhibit several advantages, including long-term stability in stock solutions, resistance to enzymatic hydrolysis and can be customized easily with diverse fluorophores and protein ligands. With this probe design, endogenous hypoxia biomarker in living cells and nude mice were successfully labeled and validated by in vivo, ex vivo, and immunohistochemistry imaging.     

Elucidating the Binding Mode between Heparin and Inflammatory Cytokines by Molecular Modeling

Heparan sulfate (HS) interacts with a broad spectrum of inflammatory cytokines, thereby modulating their biological activities. It is believed that there is a structural-functional correlation between each protein and sugar sequences in the HS polysaccharides, however, the information in this regard is limited. In this study, we compared the binding of four inflammatory cytokines (CCL8, IL-1beta, IL-2 and IL-6) to immobilized heparin by an SPR analysis. To define the molecular base of the binding, we used a heparin pentasaccharide as representative structure to dock into the 3D-molecular structure of the cytokines. The results show a discrepancy in K_D values obtained by SPR analysis and theoretical calculation, pointing to the importance to apply more than one method when describing affinity between proteins and HS. By cluster analysis of the complex formed between the pentasaccharide and cytokines, we have identified several groups in heparin forming strong hydrogen bonds with all four cytokines, which is a significant finding. This molecular and conformational information should be valuable for rational design of HS/heparin-mimetics to interfere cytokine-HS interactions.     

从三峡工程建设谈我国当前 的企业创新工作

企业创新是建立创新型国家的根本要求。三峡工程建设者通过集成创新、引进消化吸收再创新和 原始创新,实现了在大坝混凝土快速施工技术、７０万kW水轮机水力设计安装制造、双线五级船闸高边坡稳定 支护等１００多项关键技术的重大突破。但当前我国的大多数企业存在着技术引进消化吸收率低、自主知识产 权少、研发投入不足等严重制约创新的突出问题。为实现到２０２０年建设创新型国家的目标,我国企业需要在 挖掘自主创新能力、加强创新队伍建设等六个方面去培育和提高企业的创新能力。     

Electrochemical characterization of the redox couple of Fe(III)/Fe(II) mediated by grafted polymer electrode

A new grafted polymer electrode (GPE) (polystyrene as polymer) was grafted with acrylonitrile as a monomer using gamma irradiation to produce a new grafted polymer. The redox process of K₃Fe(CN)₆ during cyclic voltammetry was studied by the new GPE. The ratio of Ipc/Ipa >1 of GPE to GCE Ipc/Ipa = 1.7, indicating that this electrode is a reversible electrode and can be used in conductivity studies by voltammetric analysis. The physical properties of the new electrode GP have good hardness, insolubility, and stability at different high temperatures and at different pH. Also, the sensitivity under conditions of cyclic voltammetry is significantly dependent on pH, electrolyte, and scan rate. At different scan rates, two oxidation peaks and two reduction peaks of Fe(III) were observed in a reversible process: Fe(III) Fe(II), and Fe(II) Fe(0). Interestingly, the redox reaction of Fe(III) solution using GPE remained constant even after 15 cycles. It is therefore evident that the GPE possesses some degree of stability. The potential use of the grafted polymer as a useful electrode material is therefore clearly evident.
