碱地风毛菊（Saussurea runcinata）的核型分析

对碱地风毛菊染色体数目及核型进行了研究。结果表明，其染色体数目为２ｎ＝２８；含有ｍ与ｓｍ两种不同类型的染色体。     

双调和方程的Phragmen－Lindelof二择性定理

对平面半无限带状区域上的双调和方程边值问题的能量积分的ＰｈｒａｇｍｅｎＬｉｎｄｅｌｏｆ二择性定理，证明了随着与区域有限端距离的增长，能量或者按指数式增长或者按指数式衰减．对衰减情况，求出全能量积分的显式上界．     

胶韧革菌Gloeostereumincarnatum S.ItoetⅠ mai研究Ⅱ──深层培养

胶韧革菌Gloeostereumincarnatum发酵产物对人体六种细菌具有较强的抑制作用，已做过报道．采用编号为8903菌株对该菌株的最适深层培养条件进行了研究，测定和比较了菌丝和胶韧革菌素的产量．初步试验结果表明，较适宜的条件是（1）培养基：葡萄糖3％、蛋白股0．2％、黄豆饼粉1％、维生素B10．001％、pH6（消前），（2）温度：27℃～28℃，（3）时间约200h（4）每分通气量：30％～50％，（5）搅拌速度：120r／min．当pH值降至4左右，还原糖约1％，氨基氮在20％或更低，约8d可终止发酵．在此条件下，培养液中胶韧革菌素产量可达2．5～3g／L．

Fabrication and evaluation of bacterial cellulose-polyaniline composites by interfacial polymerization

The fabrication and evaluation of nanocomposites based on microbial cellulose and polyaniline (PANi) are described. Microbial cellulose, so called, bacterial cellulose (BC) was introduced to interfacial polymerization of aniline. Two different phases based on water and chloroform made it easy for nanosized PANi particles to be synthesized on BC. Without any help of a surfactant or templates, BC played a critical role of supporting the growth of PANi. As a function of aniline concentration, the corresponding PANi content and volume resistivity were checked. From morphological images observed by FE-SEM, PANi nanoparticles were densely arrayed along every fiber of BC. The conjugated backbone of PANi was thought to contribute to the improvements of thermal stability of PANi/BC composites. The stiffness and brittleness of PANi were compensated by more ductile BC, suggesting BC can be a promising substrate for it. By the simple and facile interfacial polymerization, the electrical conductivity of PANi/BC composites reached up to 3.8?×?10^?1?S/cm when 0.32?M of aniline was used. This PANi/BC nanocomposite can be useful in applications requiring biocompatibility and electrical conductivity such as biological and chemical sensors.     

New Methods for β-Lactam Formation from β-Amino Acids Using (C6H5)3P/CC14 and (C6H5)3P/NBS

Triphenylphosphine/carbon tetrachloride and triphenyl-phosphine/N-bromosuccinimide were found to be very effective for β-lactam formation from β-amino acids in acetonitrile.     

重庆谈判期间中共对绥远地区的策略变化

抗战胜利后，全国和平呼声高涨。国共双方出于各种因素都需要和谈，从8月下旬开始到10月结束，重庆和谈的举行可以说是全国瞩目。随着和谈开始，中共在绥远地区的策略也不断变化，无论是和平争取还是冲突争夺都在绥远地区有所体现。而谈判走向与每一个策略变化是密切相关的，绥远地区的局势也因此不断改变。
