Parent and mixed ligand complexes of cobalt(II) and copper(II) ions with N,N-bis-(4-antipyrylmethyl)piperazine or N,N-tetra(4-antipyryl-methyl)-1,2-diaminoethane or/and imidazole as ligand and ClO 4 or SCN as counterion were synthesised and their thermal behaviour was investigated.This work was performed in the framework of cooperation between the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and Romanian Academy and was supported financially, in part, by the Hungarian Scientific Research Foundation (OTKA T 029554).  相似文献

Doppler shift of femtosecond laser pulses from solid density plasmas   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Doppler-shift of short UV pulses (248 nm, 700 fs) reflected from aluminum, polystyrene and gold targets were measured at focused intensities up to 5×1015 W/cm2. In spite of the fact that the Doppler-shifts are expected to be dependent on the atomic weight of the target material, experimentally similar shifts are found for all targets. A possible explanation is provided by the well known dependence of the Doppler shift on the plasma temperature, if different absorption coefficients are assumed for the different targets. This coefficient shows good agreement with that one deduced from a theory based on collisional absorption in the case of aluminum, but in the case of the other targets, however, the experimentally observed Doppler-shift suggests smaller absorption for lighter and larger absorption for heavier target materials. We present a granular-hydrodynamic model that captures the essence of convection in a fully vibrofluidized granular system. The steady temperature distribution is solved analytically. Numerical simulation shows that the convection always develops through a supercritical bifurcation, with its energy about of the random (heat) one. A comparison calculation is performed for a normal fluid. The convection roll, or an active roll as we call it, has an angular velocity gradient from its interior to exterior. The N-terminal extracellular regions of heterooligomeric 3AB-type human 5-hydroxytryptamine receptors (5-HT3ABR) were modelled based on the crystal structure of snail acetylcholine binding protein AChBP. Stepwise rotation of subunit A by 5 degrees was performed between -10 degrees and 15 degrees to mimic agonist binding and receptor activation. Anticlockwise rotation reduced the size of the binding cavity in interface AB and reorganised the network of hydrogen bonds along the interface. AB subunit dimers with different rotations were applied for docking of ligands with different efficacies: 5-HT, m-chlorophenylbiguanide, SR 57227, quinolinyl piperazine and lerisetron derivatives. All ligands were docked into the dimer with -10 degrees rotation representing ligand-free, open binding cavities similarly, without pharmacological discrimination. Their ammonium ions were in hydrogen bonding distance to the backbone carbonyl of W183. Anticlockwise rotation and contraction of the binding cavity led to distinctive docking interactions of agonists with E129 and cation-pi interactions of their ammonium ions. Side chains of several further amino acids participating in docking (Y143, Y153, Y234 and E236) are in agreement with the effects of point mutations in the binding loops. Our model postulates that 5-HT binds to W183 in a hydrophobic cleft as well as to E236 in a hydrophilic vestibule. Then it elicits anticlockwise rotation to draw in loop C via pi-cation-pi interactions of its ammonium ion with W183 and Y234. Finally, closure of the binding cavity might end in rebinding of 5-HT to E129 in the hydrophilic vestibule.  相似文献

This study presents the organogels of glyceryl monostearate emulsifiers and coconut oil as an alternative for developing the traditional organogels. We investigated how the emulsifier type affects the semisolid consistency and the drug release. In these aspects we compared glyceryl monostearate organogels (GMSO) to commercially available references, while studying the effect of the individual constituents on the structural and functional properties.Rheology provided indirect information on the structure, relevant from an application point of view. We observed that glyceryl monostearate as an organogelator results in a network with elastic nature and moderate crosslink energy. The products had low viscosity and low yield value which means practically an easily spreadable pharmaceutical dosage form with soft consistency.Modelling the percutaneous absorption in vitro, we observed that the diffusion of the piroxicam incorporated was significantly affected by the thermodynamical potency of piroxicam, which was favoured by the emulsifier. The glyceryl monostearate enhanced the partition of the suspended drug, resulting in higher drug release.This paper was presented at the first Annual European Rheology Conference (AERC) held in Guimarães, Portugal, September 11-13, 2003.  相似文献

We show, within the context of Miyadera–Voigt perturbations on Lp spaces, that for partial differential equations with delay arising from an immediately compact undelayed equation the delay semigroup is eventually compact. Endoscopes employing a single optical fiber may have advantages over conventional fiber-bundle or CCD array imaging techniques, including the potential for greater flexibility and miniaturization. Although single-mode fibers can provide superior resolution compared with multimode fibers, they are prone to increased speckle noise and suffer from limited optical throughput and reduced depth of field. We demonstrate the use of a double-clad fiber for single-mode illumination and multimode detection to achieve high-resolution, reduced-speckle imaging with high optical throughput and a large depth of field.  相似文献
